The match is over and won by Lyon, a draw you think they deserved was not what they deserved. In the first half AS Monaco looked more dominant on the attacking front, but in the second half Lyon turned things around. Maxene Caqueret and Rayan Cherki who scored the second and third goals for Lyon had very important roles in their win this time. With this result AS Monaco is further away from the qualification spot for next season UCL.

An exciting match and indeed very good to watch.
The comeback from Lyon was quite good in this match although Monaco also played very well. The penalty goal in the first 2 minutes was a bit annoying but on the other hand it just made them try to work harder in this game.
with a final score of 3-1 this managed to get Lyon closer to Renes but it was very unfortunate for Monaco even though in this case it was not too different but their position could have been threatened in the remaining matches that they would do later.

These are interesting considerations but the problem with Sane is that his performance is unstable. Now the problem with Neymar is obvious, you don't want a player who cost you 222 million and an unreal amount of money in salaries to even hardly be sitting on the bench and be ready. Additionally, he is quite a diva and once he is healthy, he also demands a boss role. That is really not sustainable in terms of building a squad and cohesion between the players.

As you said, even if he was the best in the world when he plays, but he would be injured most of the time, it doesn't help because when it counts you can't count on him and then you need to bring on a player who doesn't get the regular time he needs to play that position perfectly. Neymar's injuries have been a problem for so long now. It is nice to watch him play sometimes, but his attitude also made me freak out often times. Too much complaining, which is sad because he is a genius with the ball.

I think it was an easy bet to get that over 3.5 goals in a clash between Lyon vs Monaco,teams who ends their game usually comfortably over 2.5 goals and I tried my luck with little money on this over 3.5 goals who came true.I didn't think that Lyon would have won tonight but I must admit they have played much better than Monaco in this second half while in the first half Monaco played much better and missed a lot of opportunities to close the game,Lyon come back though from 0-1 to 3-1 now and I think they will win this game which was at least an entertaining one.

PSG is not immune again losing to Auxereer in their meeting because they will be fighting with a different spirit. I know how it used to be when a club is fighting to escape relegation and Auxereer is caught up in this condition.

Lyon is currently leading Monaco by 2 goals to 1 and I expected it because Lyon is into the game more than Monaco both in completed passes and in possession. While Monaco is almost sure of European football next season, Lyon is still not sure of any European competition yet. Monaco has to be more consistent to finish well.
