Let's talk realistically, at the moment PSG is top of the Ligue 1 standings with 75 points. Below that, there is Marseille who has 67 points. Below that, there is Lens, who has 66 points. Currently, PSG is 8 points ahead of Marseille and 9 points from Lens. Meanwhile, Ligue 1 only has 6 matches remaining. if, we see who will be against PSG in the last 6 matches. it seemed, neither team was a formidable opponent for them. so, obviously, it looks like PSG are very close to the Trophy this competition.

Compared to Lens, the team in Marseille is not weak. The team in Marseille is strong enough. And they are consistently able to perform well in every match. I wouldn't say that the Lens team is weak. The Lens team is pretty good even though the team lost to PSG. Then the team managed to win the next match in a remarkable way. I think the next few matches Lens will play brilliantly and secure victory and move forward.

After sixteen years finally Marseille put an end to the streak of not being able to win away against Lyon. And they finished this streak with a really awkward goal at the same time. Grin

It was like Lyon literally prepared and scored an own goal for Marseille to get the win they wanted from this match. It was one of the rare moments we see in this sport for real. Marseille could have scored their 2nd goal earlier in the match actually but they wasted some crucial goal opportunities instead.

This is really good for Marseille because there isn't much time left for a Lens v Marseille match in the league. This is going to be a really important match for both sides considering their chance of qualifying for the Champions League group stage. Clement admitted that Monaco did not show their best performance in yesterday's match. Marseille is good in away matches but not consistent. I don't think their performance against Lens was good enough to be used as a reference to judge what their match with PSG will be like. Their winning over Lens was a result of Len's messy defense. Currently, I will still rate Lens as a better club than Marseille even after their loss yesterday. PSG might be in poor form but will not accept defeat from either Marseille or Lens. Don't be surprised that Relegation clubs may defeat or play a draw with PSG but Marseille wouldn't. To me, they had a lucky win over Lens yesterday.

Lens' victory was indeed very impressive and almost everyone liked Lens' victory, which beat Monaco. maybe this is the goal for Lens to chase second place in the standings even though it is difficult to shift Marseille's position but this is a threat when the difference in points is only 1.
