How can they not pin the best team in Ligue 1, when they have everything compared to other teams. They are very good financially, they have a lot of star players, it will be very disappointing and strange when they can't do their best against opponents who are far below them in quality. But I think just being the best in Ligue 1 is something that is really a shame with the ability they have.

It may seem normal to you, but frankly, I was surprised. I did not expect such an ineffective game from Monaco. It was a game where the winning team would take an important step towards the champions league and they could not show their presence. Lens is in second place with a lot of matches. Let's see if Marseille can get their ranking again.

Lens deserved to win with a score of 3 - 0 and Monaco was destined to lose because Lens had a very good performance in yesterday's match and Monaco also performed quite well but failed to score against Lens.
for me it was a bit difficult for Marseille to catch up to Lens' points even though it was only a 3 point difference. because if you really look at and compare the performance of these two teams, Lens will be superior to Marseille.
in the upcoming match Lens will play against Marseille. let's see who will be stronger.

it's not only you who predicted wrongly but there are also many bettors who predict wrongly so there's no need to blame yourself lol. lens and monaco have not been stable teams since the start of the season, so we cannot predict which team will win when the two meet.

Marseille clearly has the best chances to finish top 3 as they are one game down. With six points advantage and the better goal statistics, it is highly unlikely that Monaco can still catch them during the final phase of the season. Although it is only the Champions League qualification phase, I think it is the minimum goal for Olympique Marseille. Of course they want to take the 2nd rank if possible, but having secured the 3rd rank lets you breath easier during the upcoming games.

For Monaco this loss was a rough setback. Particularly because they didn't lose against some random team, but against their direct contender for the European qualifiers.

Monaco seemed really vulnerable against Lens today. I wasn't expecting this kind of a game between these two teams honestly. I thought that we would watch a very competitive game and the result would also be a close one. However this wasn't the case at all. Lens totally dominated the first half especially and this helped them secure a 2-0 lead already there.

Monaco tried something in the second half but that was no help I'm afraid. This win was really important for Lens because there is a chance of finishing the week at the second position. Marseille's job will be quite difficult against Lyon away in my opinion.

At the opposite of the other major leagues, there is a different between the top 4 spots here. Being second will grant direct access to Champions League next season while third rank will grant a UCL qualifiers spot, so more work to do... 4th spot is for Europa League and 5th for the Conference League qualifiers.
There is 6 rounds after that one and indeed, nothing is guaranteed in these spots apart from the first one going to PSG most likely.

Their condition by losing players in the first 20 minutes slightly affected the result for Lens against PSG. But in today's match against Monaco with a complete set of players they really showed their true selves.

The score was quite striking in this match and of course this made them take back the position where Marseille, who currently haven't played.

Lens is currently winning and that puts them on 2nd position for now. Lens have been good this season so I don't find it surprising that they are 2nd on the table, although Marseille have not played yet.
Marseille will play Lyon tomorrow and that can be a pretty difficult match for both teams. Lyon is struggling to make it to the Europa league while Marseille is fighting to maintain their second position. No matter the outcome of tomorrows match, I still think Lens will finish the table on 2nd while Marseille and Monaco will finish at 3rd and 4th respectively.

I think the Lens vs Monaco match will be very fierce so that in the first half there will be no goals scored. A draw in an important match for both teams. Auxerre hosted Lille. Lille played a dominant game in the first half. Lille scored a goal in the first half and led at half time. They played a dominant game from the beginning to the end but didn't have many shots on target. Despite playing so well, it didn't help them to play with too much pressure.
