PSG won again and made it three for three in the league. It was their toughest game so far but they didn't struggle against Lille. After Vitinha scored from a penalty, Barcola also scored and they had a comfortable game. Lille reduced the difference through Zhegrova, but then their goal was disallowed and Kolo Muani had the last word. PSG look set for a comfortable title again this season, with Mbappe's departure not affecting them at all.

We see PSG winning the games in the French League without their superstar player Mbappe and that makes me remember that PSG had players like Neymar, Messi, and Mbappe in this team and they spent too much money for these players but in the end they couldn't get good results in the Champions League and now they are not spending too much money while they still have good performances in the games we saw from this team. Other than this they didn't have any problem in forwrs about scoring goals.

You said they spent so much money and couldn't lift the Champions League, but they have a better team currently. We cannot determine how good the team is until they play in the Champions league. PSG has always dominated the French League, so their hundred percent performance is not strange. They also have the best and most expensive players in the Ligue One; they should be donating. The benchmark to grade players and coaches in PSG is their performance in the UCL. PSG got to the Champions League finals in 2020 when they lost to Bayern Munich, we will have to wait and see if the current players will be able to make it to the finals.

According to my prediction and almost failed to get a fairly large odds for me. Kolo Muani came in the second half and was frustrated with the first 2 goals and Lille had a change in the second half his performance improved and PSG conceded 1 goal when PSG defense was a little careless. Kolo Muani performance was really impressive which gave a happy impression to the fans even though it was only in league 1 but this is proof that Enrique has forgotten the playing style of relying on 1 player like Mbappe. PSG is currently accustomed to the appearance of very solid teamwork and all PSG players can contribute to scoring without relying on anyone.

Wow, that is a choice that really requires high confidence too, happy and congratulations on your victory. But indeed, considering the results obtained by PSG from the previous match, it is indeed worthy of choosing that option. But in this match, that PSG is also playing away and moreover the home team is also not a weak team, but you still choose PSG to score three goals like that, that is very impressive. But, I personally assume that if for example Lille does not score a goal in this match, then maybe the match will only end with 0-2 but yes, because Lille managed to score a reply goal, it triggered PSG to score another goal.

I personally really did not expect PSG to be very good after Mbappe left because after all, PSG also always managed to win with a big score. Maybe, by doing so it also proves that PSG can work as a team and not just rely on one player like when Mbappe was in the squad. With very impressive results sofar, then maybe PSG will also get goodresults in the Champions League with its new format. This season is very interesting.

So happy to see how challenging the Ligue 1 is going and the teams who can make PSG feel the heat are getting ready for that day they'll meet. Marseille are really taking the games one after the other without any rush and they are giving enough goals with the man Greenwood who have changed the way they play is something they should be grateful for.
I can't wait for the day PSG and Marseille will knock horns together, because in as much as PSG are dominating the league like no team can offend them I think Marseille has what it takes to bring them down this season, for now I don't see any team that can disturb PSG apart from Marseille, so is getting closer for PSG to test their strength.
You're right. It's no more a one sided affair but now other teams are stepping up and accepting the challenge. PSG have been holding court for a while now with them beating teams without apologies and I'm also anticipating the match between them and Marseille. I've watched Marseille and I must say they aren't a team to give up or discard so easily especially with the presence of Mason Greenwood. That guy has been a beacon of hope ever since he joined from Getafe and I'm glad he isn't on loan like he was at Getafe and doubly excited that he has left Man UTD. Indeed a change of scenery can do wonders for anyone.

Congratulations on your win with the odds of 3.5 is very big, and I don't know why the bookie dared to give that number to PSG.

It is true that PSG has a different style of play, they no longer have big stars like before, that is what makes Luis Enrique to change his style of play, everyone seems to contribute and support each other in his game.

But I would love to see PSG meet all the teams in the standings, and whether they will be consistent in this way, the risk is that when one gets injured and is replaced with a player who does not have the same ability it will be a little difficult to build an attack.

Marseille performed quite well in their three matches at the start of this season, although they do not have a solid pure striker. To be honest, I am not too sure about Marseille's center forward, Elye Wahi, that he has not been able to prove consistent and play an epic performance. Although they have not yet found the striker they are looking for, Marseille has currently borrowed Neal Maupay. Although not a striker who is hungry for goals, it could be thanks to De Zerbi's touch that he is able to show his ability and stability. No less competitive with PSG, Marseille is also productive in terms of scoring goals in their three matches. Greenwood, is one of those who has created five goals in his 3 matches with Marseille. Even though his status is not as a pure striker who must score goals throughout their matches, even so he was able to show his ability. In addition, Marseille can be a team that shadows Paris Saint-Germain by sticking closely to the League table. To be honest, I am not sure if Marseille can beat Paris Saint Germain when they meet in the next match. because PSG also showed a solid game, including their two wings, Barcola and Dembele, who are increasingly established in their game. PSG midfielders are also now more creative under Enrique's tutelage, there is also Joao Neves, a young player who makes the difference. but we'll just see how far these two teams advance throughout the competition, especially when they meet later.

Marseille wont slack off this season. They're storytelling while playing games. They're in with a chance with Greenwood. I swear, that kid changes everything. Marseille is now a contender under him.

With or without Mbappe, PSG are still a power. They're destroying teams, and Barcola's scoring is ridiculous. They'll never surrender. Its true that Greenwood has given Marseille confidence and togetherness. They're fearless and scoring goals for joy.

Styles will collide in this game. Marseille's tactics versus PSG's firepower. The pitch chess battle will be exciting. Marseille's approach may test PSG's efficiency. We'll see. This is a game you wont want to miss.

So money is not everything. Paris Saint-Germain could not achieve any success outside the league when they spent a lot of money. However, this year, despite Mbappé leaving, there is a good harmony in the team. As long as this harmony continues, they will win the league again. When we look back, they could not win the Champions League despite spending a lot of money and their only success is winning the French league. Now, they will win the French league again without spending money, in this case they will not have spent a lot of money and I think Paris Saint-Germain is more profitable.

Mbappe departure seems to have had a positive impact on PSG, their game is getting better, the quality of their attacks is getting sharper and their goal productivity is increasing. The victory at Lille's headquarters completed the previous two wins, their success in collecting full points in three matches made PSG dominate the top of the standings and their might in Ligue 1 was still able to be maintained. PSG performance is very different from when they were still strengthened by top players like the ones you mentioned above, this season they managed to score 13 in 3 matches. The quality of the squad makes PSG more confident in the Champions League, this time they have found their identity with an increasingly solid squad quality.
Indeed, it should be so because PSG does not have to be weak when they have to lose their star players and if PSG has really found their identity again through an extraordinary performance in Ligue 1 this season. I also think that PSG will be a tough opponent in the Champions League this season even though the throne and pressure will always be different when the team is in another competition. But on the one hand, I also still think that PSG should be much stronger than they are now because here PSG only face opponents who are not quite on par with their strength, so when PSG face opponents who are so on par in the UCL it is no longer so difficult to get a win.

Instead of Mbappe, Barcola is doing very well for now. If Mbappe was in the team, he would probably play like this. Barcola scored 4 goals in 3 matches and this area is important for PSG. Because it is difficult to fill the area that Mbappe left. I think both Asensio and Barcola are names that strengthen the team in the attacking lines. They also played very well against Lille and won 3 points with 3 goals. The Champions League will be next. Let's see how they play there.
This is what the team needs, a potential player that's vibrant enough to fit into the shoes of the former key player. Kylian Mbappe have been nothing but a thrilling improvement for PSG, feels so good to see Barcola stepping into that space and having an epic performance. PSG former player, Kylian Mbappe absence is felt but PSG just have to work extremely hard inother to accumulate three points on the ligue One table. We know it's been really a smooth day for Les Parisiens, winning all games played this season, and hitting back on top. Paris Saint-Germain headcoach, Luis Enrique is not missing his key players, he has learned to settle for accommodating factors and alternatives.

PSG's gameplay was very organized. I wouldn't say PSG players attacked a lot in this match. But every attack PSG made was very sharp. And had Lille's defenders not performed well, they would have conceded a few more goals. But Lille were a bit unlucky. In the second half they managed to score two goals but one goal was disallowed. I am satisfied with PSG's performance. I'd say PSG can easily continue their winning streak for a few more weeks.
Lile is actually quite good, it's just that in this third match they have to meet PSG, so it's quite understandable. PSG dominates, their finishing is also much better than Lile. Lile actually also had several opportunities to score goals.

Source: LOSC vs PSG

The statistics show that there is a pretty good resistance from Lile, only the finishing is not strong yet, plus the saves from the PSG goalkeeper are also that good. Oh yeah on the other side, the goalkeeper from Lile also tried his best there were some saves, only the overall defense is still not that strong to hold back PSG's attacks.
Away from the finishing which almost became an issue at some point for Lillie, I see their midfield as another point of slight weakness although PSG has a better one which gave them that edge, PSG had the lead in this game absolutely even if Lillie wasn't a really weak side even the statistics could testify to that and I see that PSG is so far improved such that they are literally going to of a good productive level this season, so far they are yet to have a single defeat this season and I hope they are able to add some consistency to it enough to get them maintaining top position on the table through the league.

Mbappe went to Real. I thought Real would score a lot of goals, but nothing has happened so far.
I thought PSG would have a goal shortage when Mbappe left, but so far PSG has scored more goals than last year and is in more scoring positions.
I couldn't figure this Mbappe out. He may be a good football player, but I don't think he will be able to contribute to Real like Ronaldo did. Maybe he can even be transferred to other clubs before 3-4 years.

No need to be surprised by the achievement of the beginning of the season obtained by PSG and everyone knows without mbappe, PSG is still the strongest club that dominates League 1.
But the problem is now not only about League 1 but PSG must also be seen from its performance at UCL later and that's when you will know how the difference between PSG with Mbappe and without mbappe.
Whereas this is only the beginning of the season that we cannot see whether PSG can maintain its consistency and in my opinion when the UCL match has started to definitely get a stronger pressure despite having quality players but without mbappe, PSG will look bad at UCL.
This does not mean I think about something bad to PSG but we'll see how PSG will be in big competitions.

But I am happy to see the current PSG without relying on anyone and only club cooperation is able to build consistent performance in League 1.

Not really shocking result from PSG, they have been on a roll and doing great. In fact, this is a very very weird start of the season and I feel like it is going to be incredible if the season goes on like this, I doubt it will but if it does it could be very weird.

Not just from PSG side, we are talking about Mbappe being here, they won the league but they had a year where they lost and they weren't dominating like this at all times, and they lost Mbappe and still dominating, showing the fact that Mbappe wasn't the only reason at all, and Real Madrid on the other hand, had two draws in three games since Mbappe joined, and as far as I know he didn't score there right? That is definitely a very shocking turn of events so far.

Even before Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint Germans had great and important players who had made great impacts for this great club. It's funny when I see such comments revolving around Kylian Mbappe some people even went ahead to say that it'll be difficult to replace him in  La Liga. It's a new season already and they have been kicking and moving nicely. Luis Enrique is a great coach and knows how to get the best from the available players.
Below is Mason Greenwood gunning for Marseille since he joined them this season, five goals in three games is such a great job in his debut season. I'm certain he will go on to help them win trophies. He is such a talented lad even as a Manchester United player. He is gradually becoming the face of League 1.

PSG is still showing its consistency in the match in week three this time because indeed with the productivity of goals owned it looks like Enrique wants to prove himself that he deserves to make changes including in terms of formations and players.

They seem to have completely forgotten Mbappe in PSG's attack line and that is evident with 3 weeks passed all getting wins with very good goal productivity. Barcola who replaced Mbappe's role this season has really proven himself that he can indeed do that and so far he has scored 4 goals which of course is a good achievement and must be maintained.

In today's match, although the opponent is quite strong, PSG is still superior by managing to get a fairly landslide victory in the big match this time where they prove that they are very different and do not only depend on one player to make a good breakthrough in the new season.

The PSG side has always proven to be the head of the table every season and we can't question that or even feel surprised about their performance, is something we see every season but slacking behind at the beginning of the season is something we haven't seen which is good, let's give it to them after all they would have been slow in terms of performance because Mbappe wasn't there as usual. Is a good thing the PSG side are working very hard to make things different, let it not be all about one man and now is good to me to see them play as a unit without Mbappe.
The host (Lille) wasn't up to the task to me, if not the goals would have been very close not the 1-3 we saw, and I'm still waiting for them (PSG) to face Marseille and let's see how they can beat them with that kind of goal margin. Lille was poor in their defense and couldn't man mark the PSG side and they can try their best to stop them when next they visit PSG but for now it wasn't a good performance.

So far, Marseille has only played against small teams like Brestois and Toulouse. In the game they played against an average team, I'm talking about Reims, they drew and conceded 2 goals. I dare say that Marseille would easily lose against PSG. This season, without Mbappe, they are playing much better. They have a much stronger attack than when Mbappe was on the team. Now that Mbappe is gone, the coach can make better decisions. It seems to me that the PSG coach couldn't organize the team well when Mbappe was there because the focus of the fans and the board was on Mbappe, even when he wasn't contributing much. The coach was in a position where he was afraid to take Mbappe off, but now without Mbappe he can organize the team well.

PSG

3 games, 13 goals scored, 3 wins, 2 goals conceded

Marseille

3 games, 10 goals scored, 2 wins, 4 goals conceded

PSG would beat Marseille without any difficulties Grin
