Marseille are one of the teams that impress me so far after leaving three weeks behind. It looks like De Zerbi has made a quite positive impact on the team success.  Smiley  7 points in 3 games is really good.

They score lots of goals easily. They only have a conceding problem at the same time. But it isn't an issue that can't be solved with this determination. Apart from that it wouldn't turn into a serious problem as long as they are this capable in the attacking line. I want to see how they perform against PSG as well. It is in Round 9 and a home game for Marseille. They can't beat PSG home in the Ligue 1 since 2011. It is a huge record.  Sad

Considering the way PSG play this season, the record might get bigger.

PSG is in good form but today's match is challenging for PSG. Lille is a renowned team of Ligue 1. The team is performing well in this season as well. Lille won the first two matches. Lille will not want to lose today's home match. I think the team will try to share the points in the match. Lille will be happy if they can get 1 point against PSG.

Lille is a strong team but PSG's past record against this team is very good. PSG have won four of their last five matches against Lille. PSG team has not lost a single match. PSG have played very well in the first two matches this season as well and managed to win by a big margin. Luis Enrique's goal continues his winning streak. He will be looking to cement his place at the top of the table at the start of the season.

No team can score in 20 minutes yet. However, PSG's players managed to make two excellent attacks. PSG players are putting Lille players under pressure. Hopefully PSG will be able to score in the first half.

At the end of the first half, the PSG team managed to take a 2-0 lead. And I'd say if PSG's luck isn't too bad then there's no chance they'll lose this match. In the first half we saw the dominance of PSG. Despite Lille's home match, the team is unable to put up any resistance against PSG. Lille players had only 2 shots with 35% ball possession in the first half. It is also unlikely that Lille will dominate the match in the second half.

Vitinha scored the first goal from the penalty spot. Vitinha scored the goal in the 33rd minute of the match. And just 3 minutes later Barcola's goal gave PSG a 2-0 lead. PSG won the last match against Montpellier by a huge margin of 6-0. In today's match too I predict PSG to win by at least 2 goals. PSG's players look very confident.
PSG's last match was against LOSC and in this match too PSG beat this team by a big margin. PSG started this season more aggressively than last season. The difference between last season and this season is that last season there was only Mbappe, this season there is no Mbappe. Although Mbappe is an important player in their team, we never said or thought that it would be difficult for PSG to win the France League title without Mbappe. We know that apart from Mbappe, the players PSG have can definitely help PSG win the France League title without much effort, but the biggest concern is the Champions League. With such a good team, this team does not have much experience of doing well in the history of the Champions League, so with this less strong team in comparison, nothing good can be expected from this team this season.

That's what we really want to see from Paris Saint Germain that they will be able to perform well in the Champions League, this is a good task for the coach to show his best ability, Enrique will be responsible for everything that Paris Saint-Germain can show in the Champions League.
Actually it's not interesting enough when talking about them in Ligue 1, because there are almost no teams that are balanced with them in Ligue 1 so they can dominate easily. In fact, the task of all coaches who have handled Paris Saint Germain is to bring them to achieve in the Champions League and until now no one has been able to do it.
The only problem that is still unresolved at the moment is PSG ability to compete with other elite clubs in the Champions League, this job needs to be completed immediately by Luis Enrique so that the club owner can see his team achieve success in the most elite competition in Europe. PSG's performance in Ligue 1 is beyond doubt, this season they are still the best team because until now no other team has managed to break their dominance.

Luis Enrique is an experienced coach, but PSG failure last season in the UCL must be overcome immediately by maintaining their performance when playing in the competition. Even though they have just lost Mbappe, their quality is getting better, the players work well together and have managed to increase their goal productivity. The progress that PSG have made at the start of the season must be maintained if they want to compete in the UCL, they cannot afford to be careless at all because the competition there is very different from Ligue 1.

That will be a great achievement for Enrique if he is able to build a team that will be strong enough to UCL. He would be honored by the club because that has being what they have being dreaming of and thay is what they want.

There is no doubt that PSG will always be in their best performance to win their league even without superstars like Mbappe or Messi because they are already the best in the league and the management will always want to maintain that standard.

Luis Enrique has found his ideal squad this season for Ligue 1 competition and I think without Mbappe they are still very strong to compete for trophies, but to be honest with the current squad, I don't think they will be capable  to compete in the Champions League Because the competition in the Champions League with the new format is very tight, especially since PSG has to face strong teams such as Munich, Manchester City and Atletico Madrid, who have had a great mentality in the Champions League so far, this season there is no doubt that Enrique will be able to win domestic trophies easily like the previous season but for the champions league it looks like he won't be able to do much, enrique is a coach who has a lot of experience in the champions league but the squad he currently has is not enough to win the champions league trophy in my opinion.
This season is Enrique last season as PSG coach, let's see what he can do to bring PSG to open a new history in the Champions League?

Paris Saint-Germain doesn't know what they had till they lose it. Kylian Mbappe was a rare gem in the team, always available to deliver his team and netting goals against oppositions, PSG won the major titles but the only thing remaining for them was the UEFA Champions League title which was priority for the club, but things didn't just go as planned. The Frenchman had to make surprisingly move to join the Spanish giants, atleast he's 99% confident of winning the UEFA Champions League title with his new team.

Carlo Ancelotti knows the perfect tactics to implement for his team, he believed his players and have already made arrangements for the upbringing of tender talents. As for the new frontline in the club, Kylian Mbappe is a prominent player and I must say, he's successful at his age in football. He just have more trophies to bagged in Real Madrid jersey, give him time, he will deliver as usual.

Mbappe's decision is quite right, it is better for his future career when he chooses to join one of the most successful teams in the world today, namely Real Madrid.
In terms of percentage, Mbappe's career is much more promising, but for PSG, Mbappe's departure is also not considered too excessive because in a football team you can't depend on just one player, in fact, with Mbappe's departure, the PSG team can develop its team to be much better, especially since PSG is a team with strong finances, so I don't think it's difficult for PSG.

To defend the Ligue 1 title, of course PSG will have no trouble this season even without Mbappe and for their target in the UEFA Champions League, I think it will be the same because with Mbappe, PSG also cannot win the UEFA Champions League title, so now PSG will try to build their team with different strengths with the same goal, namely winning the UEFA Champions League.

Mbappe is really a great player that every team will love to have but we shouldn't forget that PSG is a club that have had great players before Mbappe and when they left Mbappe come on board and now his era is off and a chance for another great player to show up again, there is a saying that when a door closed another open that is what is going to happen to PSG after Mbappe, they just had their three matches of the season which was so incredible and well played, they got nine points and 13 goals, conceded only two, I know definitely they will fill the absence of Mbappe but in main time the will forget when they have found his replacement.

The PSG we see now is not much different from last season and since the beginning of the season I am very sure that the pressure they received has disappeared immediately. The proof is before winning against Lille, they had already won 2 times and this makes them a productive team. It feels like sooner or later all the players are at the same level and don't have to rely on each other.

Barcola is a fantastic winger, not only fast but his dribbling to break through the opponent's defense is also difficult to stop. His achievements so far prove that his preparation is increasingly mature and he could be the top scorer for this season. It can be said that Mbappe will always be a team need but that is not visible now because all the players play like a whole family and no one is special.
So far PSG are crazy, and I see Barcola will score above 20 goals this season, he looks very good so far with PSG. PSG have now scored 13 goals in 3 games and this is extraordinary because they did it for their first season in the post-Mbappe era.

This answers the doubts of many people that without Mbappe PSG will have difficulty scoring goals, now it is proven that without Mbappe PSG can score many goals in one game. Because even without a star, Enrique has a way to beat teams in Ligue 1, because Enrique's strategy must play compactly by being able to rely on young players to step forward, and overall PSG has a consistent identity and style of play under Enrique.

In addition, we also have to look at the fact that PSG have dominated Ligue 1 for years because whoever the coach is in their team, they are the best team in France and can win almost every domestic match. The question remains whether they will be better without Mbappe if they compete in the Champions League? We have to see how they are in the UCL.

Last season Nice managed to surprise me in the first games, they stayed in second place for a long time, but for some strange reason when the league was nearing its end, they started to drop in performance and failed to finish in the 2nd and 3rd position, something that even left me very shocked. For this season Nice's squad had some reinforcements such as:

1 - Victor Orakpo

He is a striker, last season it was very visible how Nice had difficulties to score more than 1 goal, but I don't see Victor Orakpo as being a solution to this problem. They could have focused on signing at least 2 good strikers, this would have allowed the team to score more goals and win games. Then they would improve the midfield so that the balls would reach the attackers in perfect conditions

2 - Anguy Ndombélé
3 - Morgan Sanson

They are midfielders, probably the coach's intention is to make the balls reach the attackers better, but to be honest I think the coach could have made a better choice

Nice played 3 games: 1 loss. 1 draw. 1 win

They are not as good as last season, but in the last game they managed to score 4 goals, something incredible coming from Nice. Will they be able to score a lot of goals in most games from now?

PSG is still showing its consistency in the match in week three this time because indeed with the productivity of goals owned it looks like Enrique wants to prove himself that he deserves to make changes including in terms of formations and players.

They seem to have completely forgotten Mbappe in PSG's attack line and that is evident with 3 weeks passed all getting wins with very good goal productivity. Barcola who replaced Mbappe's role this season has really proven himself that he can indeed do that and so far he has scored 4 goals which of course is a good achievement and must be maintained.

In today's match, although the opponent is quite strong, PSG is still superior by managing to get a fairly landslide victory in the big match this time where they prove that they are very different and do not only depend on one player to make a good breakthrough in the new season.

The PSG side has always proven to be the head of the table every season and we can't question that or even feel surprised about their performance, is something we see every season but slacking behind at the beginning of the season is something we haven't seen which is good, let's give it to them after all they would have been slow in terms of performance because Mbappe wasn't there as usual. Is a good thing the PSG side are working very hard to make things different, let it not be all about one man and now is good to me to see them play as a unit without Mbappe.
The host (Lille) wasn't up to the task to me, if not the goals would have been very close not the 1-3 we saw, and I'm still waiting for them (PSG) to face Marseille and let's see how they can beat them with that kind of goal margin. Lille was poor in their defense and couldn't man mark the PSG side and they can try their best to stop them when next they visit PSG but for now it wasn't a good performance.
Although what you say for Ligue 1 is entirely true, there is a slight difference that makes this interesting where PSG for now are in great consistency and confidence when they are under pressure and Enrique makes a difference by making PSG as if it is a new club where they do not put forward big names as a benchmark and prefer young players so that the situation is not used as a benchmark / branding a club just as they have done a few seasons earlier by making the brand as if Mbappe is everything. This season they changed that and they can do it well (at least for the beginning of this season) which makes this very good and differentiates PSG this season from the previous season.

Technically for Ligue 1 PSG still dominates from the previous few seasons but the difference is very significant in terms of the squad and I prefer the condition of PSG now compared to the previous few seasons.

I remember in the last season when PSG was about to lose Mbappe and he wanted to leave PSG to join Real Madrid the fans of PSG and the managers of this team were all worried about losing Mbappe in PSG and they tried to keep in PSG in any situation even they wanted to spend more money for keeping Mbappe.
But paying too much attention to one player is not good at all and we saw even an important player like Mbappe will leave the team one day but after leaving this player nothing to be changed.

Since Real Madrid planned to sign Mbappe and PSG held him back to increase his salary and give Mbappe privileges at that time, but at that time I also thought it seemed like Mbappe had to leave and PSG did not have to go that far. The reason I thought that at the time was because Mbappe was still young but given the privilege I thought it was very excessive and also,  considering that if he joined Real Madrid then Mbappe also had a chance to get better by getting a lot of trophies and awards.

But yes, in the end PSG's efforts also seemed to be in vain because Mbappe still left and what hurt him again was that Mbappe left for free or free transfer fee. Therefore, I think it was very excessive when PSG gave these efforts to keep Mbappe at that time. Because after all, basically every player also has the freedom to choose whether to leave or extend his contract.

If Mbappé leaves, they can definitely have players to replace him. The biggest team in France is Paris Saint-Germain. Many young talented French players are dying to play for Paris Saint-Germain. They also believe that after seeing the development of Mbappé, Paris Saint-Germain can take players to the next level. Therefore, no player's place will be empty. Paris Saint-Germain will definitely fill that void.
While it's true that one player doesn't mean the whole team, specially when it's that big of a team, it's clear that they had to spend some good money for someone who they sent for free. That is the only bad side of this, Mbappe left for free when they could have just sold him a year or two ago, that would have been better for him, but they didn't and they really trusted themselves that they could keep him, which turned out to be wrong, there is really nothing wrong with spending some money to get some good players and that is what they did, but if they sold Mbappe then they could have used that money and wouldn't have to put up so much of their money to get these players.

In the end, they are rich, and they are doing fine with transfers and they will of course be great with the players they have right now. The results they got so far shows that transfers they did were great ones and they will of course end up with some good results for a while longer.

We have just witnessed several times the performance of Paris Saint-Germain in Lique 1, I admit they played quite well especially the midfielders and front lines that I pay attention to. you could say, some PSG players are starting to find their rhythm. unfortunately, we don't know how the long-term performance of Luis Enrique's squad will be. for this competition, before the league started I had no doubts about them at all. the chance to maintain Lique 1 is very wide open, considering their performance has improved. well, Enrique should have done it. that's why I often say, even last season. that, Luis Enrique is building the foundation of Paris Saint-Germain. and, now they are starting to show it. the question is, are they able to maintain the consistency of their performance for a full season. well, no one knows. talking about PSG in the Champions League, I don't expect much for the competition. because, for me personally their players are not ideal enough as a competing team in the fight for the UCL title. however, that doesn't mean they don't have a chance. therefore, I prefer to review their performance from match to match until they play in the Champions League.

Haha, don't worry it still early, I believe Mbappe will create many goal in the future and we can definitely witness many big surprises given by Mbappe with Real Madrid.
Previously when Mbappe was still here with PSG, he had shown how great he was and now he is with team that I think is much better than PSG, but we can see something different now where PSG without Mbappe can still play well.
I quite admire PSG at the beginning of this season because they were able to show the same strength where they managed to easily win even though in the pre-season match they were unable to show good increase in performance.
What Enrique did really came true, he made the players get used to it and not be so dependent on Mbappe and all of that had pretty good impact after Mbappe left.

Yes, this may be Enrique's greatness in making the team finally free from players with great influence on the team. we can see PSG with Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar. it was a great effort to realize PSG's ambition to win the Champions League. but it still failed. now Enrique is trying to build a team with even quality in all lines. it will make the team's performance very good.

We will see how Enrique will make a strategy to win PSG in the Champions League with a new match format. in Ligue 1 I think PSG's performance is unquestionable. 3 matches that have just been completed they won with extraordinary scores. they are favored there.
That will be a great achievement for Enrique if he is able to build a team that will be strong enough to UCL. He would be honored by the club because that has being what they have being dreaming of and thay is what they want.

The coming and going of a star player at the club is a common thing, but in this case what happened to Mbappe at PSG is a different thing in my opinion, Mbappe has grown and developed at PSG from a very young age when he was recruited from Monaco and even the arrival of Messi and Neymar was not able to make his position as a mainstay player in the PSG front line replaceable, So we can say that their dependence on Mbappe is very big and of course sooner or later we will see the effects of losing Mbappe will be seen at PSG later.
Since Mbappe departure to Madrid, PSG has not brought in a star player who is indeed projected to replace Mbappe role in the front line, but fortunately they have Barcola who is currently impressive, but will Barcola be the next Mbappe at PSG?
I don't think so, even though Barcola is a talented player, so far he has not been able to bear the burden given by PSG as a replacement for Mbappe, even in the last few seasons his performances are still very inconsistent.

I only took a sample of the goals scored by Paris Saint Germain when they were still with Mbappe, if we look at the last few seasons, during Mbappe's time here their goal tally was between 80 and 90 goals. So, let's see this season, whether there will be a drastic decrease in their goal productivity, stable or even better.
From the 3 matches they have played in Ligue 1 this season, their goal productivity is still fairly good, they can even score 13 goals from 3 matches, that is a very good record that they have managed to create. The reason I made this comparison is because when we talk about Mbappe, we cannot be separated from the discussion of their front line, because Mbappe is a mainstay player in the front line.

People who doubted PSG when they lost Mbappe must be regretting their words now because PSG is still the strongest in League 1 even without its goal-scoring machine, PSG even went crazy after losing Mbappe, PSG players were even more productive, unlike when Mbappe was still in the team. On the contrary, Mbappe had a little difficulty adapting to his new club, he seemed to have difficulty creating opportunities, but I can still understand it because every player still needs adaptation that takes a long time.

Even so, I am happy that PSG has not experienced a decline, it is even better if the players continue to play solidly like this, it is likely that PSG can compete well in the UCL.

Another superb performance by PSG! They are really one of the teams to trust while betting these days.  Grin  Of course they won't win forever but I don't expect them to lose so many points in the Ligue 1 this time unlike the previous season.

Everyone is enjoying their game. For example Barcola completed last season with 4 goals and 7 assists in 25 games. But now he has scored 4 goals in 3 games already. That's an insane improvement!  Cheesy

It seems like Mbappe's departure has affected everyone in the team positively. Because he was stealing the spotlight and this was a big obstacle for the other young talents in the team to show their skills comfortably.
