it's not easy, of course, bitcoin collapses as you say, until now no one has been able to replace the position of bitcoin as the number one coin, and the price has not been rivaled until now, indeed many altcoins have the potential, but not necessarily able replace bitcoin as the number one coin, because everything is not as easy as you think.

in my opinion, bitcoin cannot be replaced by any altcoin. because bitcoin is the parent of all altcoins. even though the BItcoin price goes up and down, it doesn't mean the Bitcoin will disappear or collapse.

Wow that is a brave response. If you look at existing data it might be possible to say that Bitcoin and Etherum will never end. I said that because the two coins had such high marketshare. So I think that what you say will never happen. Bitcoin and Etherum have very good quality levels and they will last a very long time. Both are very favorite coins and have a very good market share at the moment. Believe that what you say is a mistake.

yeah, ethereum also have an enormous share of the smart contract market, it would be very hard for competitors to surpass ethereum because it's usually go to for new tokens, also their smart contract already produced alot of good coins, take a look at tron, it came from ethereum smart contract and left to improve the coin better .

Why you're against with bitcoin? Does it mean the downfall of bitcoin price is your basis that this will collapse? I don't think that their is any altcoins that can manage to beat bitcoin in marketcap. Bitcoin is still strong coin even if the price suffer to go lower than 80% of ATH and it's proven that it can bounce back at the right time.

First of all, Bitcoin is not an Altcoin, also Ethereum is the next most stable thing because it is the most used cryptocurrency so far in the current era, or in our place. Not sure on other parts of the world though.

I don't think those altcoins will die. It is the altcoins that have undergone a lot of adjustment of the crypto market from 2012 until now. It proves to be a huge responsibility in the crypto market and it is very difficult to collapse.

you forgot to say "why" you think that. for example i believe bitcoin is going to continue to grow and in about 2 years from now it will be worth more than $100k.
as for ETH i believe it will fail in next 2 years with a lot of fork wars, a big bloated blockchain, centralization of its nodes and a couple of exploited bugs leading to millions of dollars lost again.
i don't have any opinion about EOS.

nothing that exists today because unlike what newbies think, almost all the altcoins are copies of bitcoin. so if bitcoin were to fail they all will fail harder.
