Goverment wants to control bitcoin and it is understandable at some respect. Because it may be used in order to harm their economy.

What do you people think about the future of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in India under the current government policies? Shocked
If the government studied about bitcoin then defintely the future of bitcoin on their country will be great. Bitcoin can help tjeir economy as long as the government provide good policies that may protect bitcoin investors. I expect that many of the people from india will not hesitate on investing in bitcoin.

I saw information that Indian government is considering launching its own cryptocurrency and that the executive director of the Reserve Bank of India at a recent conference stressed that the agency is not planning to consider Bitcoin as the national cryptocurrency. Officials are not sure about the reliability of Bitcoin as a currency, and reports about the use of digital coins for money laundering and terrorist financing cast a shadow on the reputation of the first cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is also viewed with suspicion because it is not regulated within the framework of the monetary policy of the government of any country, and its price is subject to considerable fluctuations. So I think everything will be limited to the launch of its cryptocurrency. And as for me, these are worthy decisions at the level of the government, while other states are not at all ready to accept cryptocurrency ...  Wink

If we refer to the statement made by the Minister of Finance of India, Mr. Arun Jaitley in February 2018 then, himself had time to say that the Indian government is actually only interested in the potential of blockchain technology, and the Indian government plans to proactively explore the use of blockchain technology in supporting the digital economy. I think your opinion is correct.

The government's strong hold against Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is gradually coming to an end. The citizens of India now have a great participation in cryptocurrency more than before.

The government also have a point to to study and be hesitant about  bitcoin, as  part of the process, in implementing, laws but I think in the end up adaptation of bitcoin is as an ultimate decision.

still always think positively for bitcoin there. as long as the bitcoin lovers there still have a positive impact, bitcoin will continue to live there. But if bitcoin is misused there, the worst can happen ... !!
No, it is not just like that. It will work if there is a huge participation of the community but India isn't that civilize country and for sure people won't prioritize such investment rather than of their daily needs. People in their have its limited access on internet and it could be a big help if they have knowledge about this(crypto).

I don't think there's a government in the world that can stop bitcoin. China, Korea and many other countries are trying to influence the crypto world, India too. But btc will live, and the government can't do anything with him

I think it will be legalized and developed in the future not only in India but also in many other countries. As the modern industry grows, the need for time is needed, and Bitcoin will tackle this problem in fast paced settlement thanks to Blockchain technology.

As far as I know, bitcoin and crypto exchanges are currently banned in India. At the same time, the Indian government is analyzing the practices of leading European countries with respect to regulation of crypto. I think that's a good sign, which may eventually lead to liberalization of the laws related to cryptocurrencies, thus improving the life of millions of people.

In India future of bitcoin does look good. In the month of April 2018 reserve Bank of India ban bitcoin trading in India. According to RBI no bitcoin sites like zebpay, koniex, unocoin can not exchange any bitcoin with any any indian bank. According to Indian government bitcoin is not a legal trader. But you can do mining and other bitcoin related things  in India.  indian people can do signature campaign job or other bitcoin related job and they can convert their bitcoin into any other international currency by the help other sites. So according to recent data in India bitcoin has not a good future.

India is one of the big economy in south Asia. If bitcoin have become popular in India, neighboring country Bangladesh and Nepal will understand the necessity of it. So they will legalize it in their country.

Bitcoin will not be able to get a good future in India because the Indian government bans it. Of course, the ban may be broken in the future. Wait for the development of bitcoin and how will the countries that accept bitcoin affect the government of India? To bring a brighter future for bitcoin in Ấn Độ

I upset such state prohibitions on bitcoin. Because most often they are not justified, and I believe that the government simply acts in its own interests, because bitcoin can make the economy more transparent.
