I believe the future of ICO will be great as more investors are willing to invest even though there are few ICO scammers are there but i know our investors are keeping more on researching to avoid few ICO scammers in cryptocurrency.
It is difficult to predict about the future of ico for the future, I myself hope that the development of ico is not like this year, ico in the future should be better and more qualified so there are no more ico scams like lately which often happens
Thats what will happen on the future. There will be more measurements in the future to determine whats scam and not. Once SEC steps in and gains regulatory power to filter all ICOs then we will see more ICO crackdown.

If we can't make a regulation to at least reduce the scam project, then it could be a bad future for ICO, since it will make the people/investor's trust to dismiss from ICO. That way will make an investment become harder to do.
As there are hundreds of new ICO's every week but unfortunately most of them are scams atleast more than 30% of new ICO's are scam and if things go like this then people will lose trust on ICO. Kindly help me with your suggestions about filtering scammers.
My hope is going forward, ICO is better. I also hope that there is an institution to register the ICO project to minimize fraud that often happens lately. With data collection, I am sure the number of ICOs with scams will decrease dramatically. And that will foster public confidence in the ICO in the future.

1) Site - basic visual quality evaluation.
2) WhitePaper - is it serious and detailed enough?
3) Team - read about the founders, check their social media accounts and background.
4) Idea - is it worthy? Realistic? Smart?
5) Product - is it working already? Maybe some betas ready?
6) What is the current ICO stage? Was there any presale? How much have they raised already?

It’s hard to say what the future will be for ICO. I think that there is a lot of regulation ahead. Perhaps this will benefit high-quality projects and it will be easier for them to develop in the market.
I have invested in three ICO projects and all three of them were unsuccessful, the price of them fell a lot . After that , I have switched to do bounty program , I was really amazed that so many ico projects are scams and failures . After that , I have never invested in ICO although I saw some very potential projects .I'm really afraid ico .
for me myself also very often follow ico whose end ends there is no response I always correct whether it is wrong with what I am doing or it is not yet on the edge of the manager. whereever despair is also cured but after I thought I was in this field right my decision and I am ready with the risks if I have not been fortunate enough that I have made a lesson for what I am doing next to be more careful and more thorough in working on a project.

this year a lot of ICO projects failed and could not gather the softcap target, and what happened was that the project could not be run, making investors who joined there become disappointed. finally ICO projects are becoming less attractive

I believe that legal regulation of ICO projects is necessary. It would be correct if the projects went to the ICO with at least an alpha version of their product and some budget, and the investors funds were protected and returned to them in case of unsuccessful fees.
Unfortunately, fraud is common in almost any field of activity. Your experience will play a big role in filtering. And the number of 30% is not very true. here 60-70% of fraudulent projects seem more like the truth. Learn the basic rules for choosing a company to invest in, and then the probability of scam will decrease.

ICOs that have a strong charisma also become a great strength of an ICO, sometime a project that it seems to be low profile succeed on the market without having a perfect features and high profile team. Take a look at karatcoin, simply their project doesnt really that helpful in the blockchain tech but they raise hardcap for their project though the concept is quite simple. I can sense that they achieved it due to simple objective which is rare to find in ghe cryptocurrency. The thought of incorporaying gold in the scene is also a factor since only few platform succed in this concept.
I suggest that you give time and effort to research about the ICO project from their team members and whos all behind it and also the mission and vision of their project if theres a value for it. I also notice that if the token/coin sale is in short period of time then its a scam. I prefer joining in high hard cap and long period of sale.
Now there are a lot of fraudulent ICO projects, we need to be careful when intending to invest in. In the future, I hope there are stronger regulations and there will be fewer phishing projects
