filter the scammer is not easy. the analysis may be helpful but even this would not be appropriate and effective. and Furthermore, the ICO scam and not even almost similar and need a lot of aspects to find out it was a scam. Some people in this forum are always discussing or informing about the project scam and that is a good step to follow.
Yes, analysis of project scam is done can not be the correct reference. even some of the project looks a scam after the sale of the ico they were done. It means that at the beginning of analysis before investing that has not been enough to make the risk of scam ico diminishes.

I am seeing that many ICO will not succeed in the future, also there will be strong regulatory rules that will guide ICOs, and will protect investors.

for now, seeing the development of ICO, it is difficult to filter ICO scam. what if we assume that all ICOs are good. because I also think like you that almost 30% of new ICOs are scam.

As there are hundreds of new ICO's every week but unfortunately most of them are scams atleast more than 30% of new ICO's are scam and if things go like this then people will lose trust on ICO. Kindly help me with your suggestions about filtering scammers.
Don't worry about that because ICO will be better in the future. Especially now that most ICOs have verified their team to ICO web listings with KYC features provided so that investors will feel more secure and not afraid of the obscurity of the ICO project team.

I don't know how to filter scammers. But I observe and see ICO now from many things like whitepaper, website, telegram, Linked team, and also their roadmap. If everything is in sync with the project built then it becomes a reference for me to take part in the ICO. Maybe filter scammers from collecting data.

I need advice too because all my limit has been broken, my rules when chose ICO project fail. The realistic advice is only follow project after get listing on exchanges, this is not good move but will safe your asset and time because listing is important thing to replace trust. I can't think anymore just wait until listing, see supply/ demand and calculate with MA. Just like that and I hope will success.
If all rules are broken then it is best not to seek and invest in ICOs during this time, too difficult to choose. I also searched for the listed projects and bought them at cheaper prices than the ICO many times

many investors are lulled into the scam project and they missed the real project. I'm worried about the future of ICO, but I hope that there will be regulations in each country towards ICO in order to avoid scam projects.

ICO will be better and will be different from the system, many scammers have left so that quality projects will emerge.
But we still need to be vigilant and still be careful to invest, we will get potential and quality projects in the next year.

You are absolutely right, but perhaps it's more than just 30% of the ICO are scam. And i think may investors already feeling worried to invest in an ICO due to the increase of scam ICO that keep on appearing.
To be able to filter those ICO, we need to become smarter and check the new project thoroughly..

I find that over 70% of ICOs are scam. So that is why investors become scared and do not continue to invest in ICOs. In addition, the bad market makes investors lose money and they can't invest in this period 2018 is a bad year for the ICO, but the ICO will not die now. If the market recovers in 2019, we see ICO growth like 2017

The future of ICO is dependent on the consumer's confidence for investment after it was launch into the crypto market, how it was presented, the market structures, market strategy, fundamentals, the support system for such coin once it was posted in the market, Yes, we've seen the Scammers who make such posting yet after the said period of the project, it just disappeared into thin air, sad that this people make such a huge amount of profit yet we are fall victims, never the less, the future of one coin after an ICO always dependent on the on the consumer's confidence for investment for such coin...

You underestimated it, not just 30%. The scams in the current icos should have exceeded 60%, which sounds unbelievable, but the icos are really bad now. Most of the projects are aimed at defrauding money. Don't believe the white paper, that's just to make you believe in them. Once they get enough money, they won't do anything.

I think a lot of scams that exist and that more than 30% of the whole. filter the existing project regarding the scam also did not easy to do. many scams free and can still fit in this forum because it is still minimal analysis and there has been no screening of it. If it continues like this will indeed effect conferring on the future of the ICO and impressed the worse.

I believe that in the future ICO will move towards formality and legalization, and the number of scam projects will be less and less.

You can somehow filter out scam projects through your intuition and if you think the project's goal is "too good to be true", then be suspicious about it and read the information they provide and be aware of their telegram. In this case, you can see how these ICOS really performing in the market.
