As there are hundreds of new ICO's every week but unfortunately most of them are scams atleast more than 30% of new ICO's are scam and if things go like this then people will lose trust on ICO. Kindly help me with your suggestions about filtering scammers.

Maybe not that percentage of scams, those who wants just to run away with your funds, but a lot. I truly believe they will sooner or later pay their price, it is not hard to find out who has collected the money and where they went. However, you are not likely to receive them anyway.
I would say the most project are just worthless or doing a project with no hope for the success. Would they ever ever put their funds into that, I really doubt so.

The market will be more regulated and the entry level will be higher, where you need to spend some for legal documents before you are even allowed to collect any. Otherwise, you will face all the rigour of the law. I could be wrong, but that's how I currently see it and who knows how long it may take.

I think already a very large number of investors have lost confidence and interest in ICO projects. If the situation does not change in the near future, restoring the ICO market will be very difficult.

not only in ICO there are a lot of scammers but also in real life, for example, how many people invested in pyramids or banks that then disappeared in vain, unfortunately everything is so arranged in the world, and how to determine where fraud and where reality is necessary only for you, do not believe in gold mountains, and carefully read the white paper, and then you can distinguish the fraudster from a good investment

Firstly you should know that ico is a working project or not. And then look for the team members. If you trust them you can investigate. Good luck for icos and all your investments..

Unfortunately, there are a lot of ICO fraudulent projects now and they in many ways harm the image of cryptocurrency. The bad thing is that it’s almost impossible to avoid them. Scammers have learned to create good documents and they are very difficult to detect. There is a great hope that in the near future the activities of the ICO should be regulated by state bodies and this problem will gradually disappear.

I think a launching ICO with a help of various platforms with their own base of investors and experts will have a success but it did not happen yet. Definitely, a detecting of scammers must be performed via a check of every team member and his portfolio. It is not necessary to have a well-known platform but a team has to be successful earlier and have an experience in an area one want to work in.

around 200 million dollars were collected by different ico's on September and in comparison with previous months it is a small amount and we all remember how hard it was for projects. But, if the market recover soon their 10-15 million could become 30-50 or even more million in ETH if they just hold it. So i can assume that there were most greedy ico's on August-September 2018.

It is difficult to distinguish a normal project from a scammer, the main thing is to look at the social network of the project and who made it and what these people did before this project.

Last year I have joined in many ICO projects and I got lucky that Every ICO was successful. This Year I have participated in many ICOs, Every ICOs succeed except one. So, In this bear market how could I choose good ICOs? Every day I spent hour after hour time behind researching ICO projects. It is the easiest way to earn money from the crypto market. Did you think ever, In this bear market how lots of ICO projects are coming and also making 2-10 Million USD? Many investors are still investing in ICOs.

This Year I contributed to Bitdepositary, Credits, Ubex, Cryptassist, Egretia, Ingotcoin and many others ICOs and every ICO were successful. Though Cryptassis and Ingotcoin are running to make some extra money!

The Future of ICO is really good, Many investors will come in this platform. And investors without knowledge will get out from ICOs and that will be really enjoyable. So, now the decision is yours, what kind of ICO investors you want to be?

At the moment, about 80 percent of ICO are scams, but people still invest in ICO for some reason, of course less than before, but still invest.

Actually most of the ICO investors are temporarily stay away from with it because many of ICO nowadays is a scam. That's why a lot of ICO projects are failed to reach their hardcap because of lack of investors.

This issue is talked about a lot, there are projects they do not scam but not list the exchange or the price reduced ~ 0. It is really difficult for investors now.

Something is being done to regulate and control ICOs but now everything is insufficient. Unfortunately choosing a good ICO is totally up to our research and ability .

You're right, there are so many ICOs scam right now. But there are some good ICOs, just need to be careful in choosing ICO project and in my opinion the ICO will always grow in the future.

The less scams there are, the higher the chances ICOs will stay. Its the ideal way to raise money and involve the community! But negative example make it hard to the good ones to succeed.
I agree with you bro, with the current rate of fake ICOs in the forum soon nobody would want to trust any ICO, even if its genuine enough it would still be one of the fake ICOs. soon enough ICOs will be completely gone, because of lack of participants and investors.

I agree, lately many ICO's are introduced into the market, and after they reached their required capital some of them got lost and scammed, giving a false hope to their investors, so for us, we need to do extra study before participating any bounty of such projects and or investing into it.

It is true that all of you said that this year the ICO was more fraudulent than the people who actually developed the ICO project, because I had participated in various kinds of projects and none had produced results even though I got tokens but tokens still had not entered the market even groups they disappeared.

I think that more than 30% ICO is scam. Every day, there are millions of ICOs born but no practical application, whitepaper is unclear, making the market crypto disturbed and distrust of investors. To invest in a good ICO, the potential I think you need to carefully select from is to look at the whitepaper, the founder, the general supply, the media, the community,...

The future of ICO can be fairly good now, but we still have to be selective in choosing the existing ICO, now there are lots of ico that are not potential and only a scam. so I think when we are faced with a lot of ico choose the best ico and potential so that we can get profit.

personally, before following an ico, it's important to understand the ico that will be followed properly. we can see the teams that handle and also the supply tokens. ico that is a scam makes us get a big loss, so we should be able to avoid it.
