No I don't, it's just a feeling to get better right. Nothing related to win in gambling, even though we need luck to make profit in this environment. As you said, it may caused played at land base casino but some people admit do it at online casinos too. Depends on how superstitious influence people to feel better and win in the game, so it's reasonable for those who believe.

Wearing the same shirt or the parking in the favourite number lot might make you feel better and more confident. You don't have anythingrelated to superstition. While you gamble in the land based casinos and online casinos the luck profits you. If superstition can get you win tjen by this time every gambling website could have gone bankrupt.

Yes there are superstitions in gambling too and it's being inherited by us. If you do believe on it and you have known many of superstitions, you are going to think that it's applicable everywhere. Actually, I don't believe anymore with superstitions whether I use it to gamble or not still that doesn't going to give me good winning.

As long as people do believe into some hidden power which will be taking control of their future or at least control of luck factor, I guess people will remain superstitious. I do see many similar characteristics of being superstitious and being religious. So, there will be no wonder on seeing many people are being superstitious, it is just similar to believing into existence of God.

I grew up in a family who believes in superstitions and I followed it as well. After reading some of the comments in this thread, I was quite surprised when I found out that there are superstitions in gambling too like wearing lucky shirt and the lucky number for parking.

I also believe in superstitions but I don not apply it in gambling. I do not think that those will have any effect in the game and also while playing. Winning in gambling mostly depends on the luck already and I do not think that any superstitions applied might be helpful in any way.

Correct, engaging in superstition will not benefit you in any way when you gamble but I doubt is going to give to you any bad effect either, it will be better not to engage in it to begin with but if you want there is no harm in bringing with you a lucky charm.

i believe in superstition but not in gambling. most of the people using different tricks to change their luck like some people change their place. some start playing with left hand, and so many other trick people use to change their luck but i think luck cannot be change so easily, if you have experience and skill then you can do some thing but otherwise it is not such an easy job

I'm not superstitious at all but I do wear a red shirt every time I gamble and I always face to the west. It's not for superstitious reasons, I just think it gives me good luck.

Lol. Its already superstitions when you believed in will give you luck. We all respect those individual who believed in superstitious mate. Don't you worry. But just don't say you don't believed because what you say is already superstitious practice. Besides if you won, you will repeat that kind of manner of doing something.

My friends and I went to the casino's last weekend and we have to happened someone who is really superstitious. Well guess what, he lost that night and we are all laughing at him for believing in such non sense. But he still insist that he should have won if not for greed. I believed him because I saw him already winning but he didn't stop and lost everything including his bankroll.

I also laugh at people who gamble with superstitions. It's really stupid and it doesn't make any sense at all. How can you win if you bring a rabbit's foot or four leap clover in the casino? Does those things change your luck or change the roll of your dice? I don't think so. So we should just really stop with these superstition.

Yeah is should not be treated that way too frequent. However, Gamblers are probably the most superstitious people in the world and they will do anything to improve their chances of winning. Like having a lucky charm on them or any rituals that they think will add a boost of winning. But there are no basis for such claim.

Well we can't blame people if they believe that some superstition can help up their chances of a better result. I mean it depends on a person and if he or she believes that having a ritual or dping something unique before gambling can boost their confidence, then they should be supported no matter what. We all have different beliefs and though nobscientific proofs are there to prove these superstitions, we just have to give respect to people believing in them

sometimes yes its not bad but the other times, i think we can not always follow our supertitions because maybe our superstition being affect with our greedy so it could make us to get loss in gambling games. so always be careful when we want to follow our superstitions and don't be greedy as we are thinking that we can win the games with easy.

Gamblers have different strategy and being superstitious could be one of the considered strategy for them, but we cannot judge them unless we are making money constantly with our strategy. The fact that majority of us are losers, we should mind our own business and continue developing our method in hopes to finally find what is needed to win.

Hmm.. I wonder why being superstitious an strategy. It is labeled fallacy and a fallacy can never be a strategy when it comes to gambling. It is a belief not a tactics.

Losing money not necessary means a person is a losers, it depends on how he view it. Losers are those who cannot move on with their lives upon losing in a casino and keep on coming back to chase loses. But for those who lose , accepted and move one they will never be a loser.

Believing too much on those beliefs would somehow give negative impact not only on gambling area but all on to your life since you will surely apply it on daily living and if you rely it too much then situations doesnt goes on the way you supposed to be wanted then you will surely got upset but still in the end you will still believe on it doesnt care no matter how many it already fails you.

If we depend on or rely on superstition in every affair, surely it will cause unfavorable effects. Superstitions, especially in gambling only as a supporter, something that can foster self-confidence, because superstition certainly will not change our luck.

It just cant be stopped specially to those who have done since the first time they play and made them win for consecutive times.
It is like losing those lucky charms makes them incomplete when they start playing.
When they lose it will be better. They will just put the blame on that thing rather than other people that is around them.
