No one that bet with huge amount of money that has a strong heart if the person is losing. Gambling should be for those that can use little amount of money to gamble. The recommended amount to gamble with is 1% of your income. If you earn $1000 weekly, the best is to gamble with not more than $10.

I agree with you on this, but to be honest I realized or I have find out that different people are approaching gambling in with different mindsets or excitement, and it becomes an issue to those who approaches gambling as in form of a primary determinant of getting rich which is so unrealistic and at such they end up gambling with an amount that can give that emotional devastation when things didn't work out as expected, there are those who can do up to even 50% or more of their income in to gambling, some has ended up commiting suicide, it is best we gamble within our individual risk tolerance level.

I am very sure that you are talking about those gamblers who come with a misunderstanding about what and how gambling really is, and of course it is certainly very difficult for them to have a minimal approach to gambling, or I mean most of their approaches lead to excessive aspects such as the amount of money bet or in terms of time, because after all when they bet with a large amount then the victory is also big, that is true but unfortunately they do not think that gambling is not only about winning but the risk of losing will always lurk at all times. And also indeed the majority of gamblers like that who make most of them experience a lot of setbacks in their lives, so this is the reason why we must first understand what activities you are actually facing, because that way you will know about what actions are allowed or prohibited.

That it is clearly written that, it is +18 that is allowed in betting centers and anyone who is below 18 is tagged as a child and it is not permitted to gamble. Apart from dead there are many bad effects associated with gambling loss. Depression, crying, begging to return the loss money from the cashier and lot more and because of all those behaviors, authorities and management of the casinos enact laws that restricted those who are not matured enough to face the pressure when it happens.

Many people don't even know that gambling is risk taking and all they think is to win and if they loss they would be emotionally depressed. And that has caused many things in the society.

Gambling aims to entertain the people and have fun while betting. And that is free to everyone, whether you’re a weak or strong hearted one. Otherwise, if we limit gambling only for those who have braver hearts, this gambling will lost its own purpose. Gambling is made for equality, so everyone can access gambling, as long as he/she knows the high risk with gambling, and is responsible enough not to spend money in betting more than he can afford to lose, or bills that weren’t actually intended for gambling purposes.

I still can’t imagine someone could gamble with their hard-earned money. Having that kind of mindset is not strong-hearted, but it is foolishness. Perhaps we should always remember that gambling is supposed to be for fun and entertainment, not a way to grow our money because this is not an investment that we have to expect for such situation. Even if we say we are willing to take risks and accept losses but since we are talking about hard-earned money, we are already wrong. Otherwise, we better call ourselves irresponsible gamblers.
People gambling with their hard earned money is not foolishness, else, you did be foolish too for promoting a gambling casino through your signature ad.
The manner and approach at which people gamble is what makes them either foolish or wise, there are rules laid out for gamblers, those who follow this rules usually will enjoy gambling, but those who do not, usually will experience the bad side effect of neglecting the rules of gambling.

Gambling is supposed to be a fun venture as you have said, but then, we live in a world where every thing is being abused, most especially things and activities where it is possible for people to get profit from, and like it or not, it's what that have come to be and we must live with it.

And with a smaller percentage of funds people do expect big wins, but seeing the amount of betting funds used is certainly not comparable if only 1% of the funds are owned, but also depends on the strategy of each player, it is also about chance and luck.

Maybe the 1% threshold would only make sense if the gambler happens to be a rich or had an extraordinarily high monthly income when compared to the average gambler on the internet. But to me it is rather low and I doubt practically any gambler applies such a threshold to their sessions, keeping in mind how quickly greed can take over one.
Also, I am the kind of gambler who believes there is no actual strategy to be applied in casino games, o ly management of bankroll, nothing else... One can apply strategies easier when we talk about betting on sports or events, because there is a task of analysts to be gone, unlike with slots and Plinko balls, that is only my personal point of view, of course.

Any one planing of going into gambling should first of all come to the realization that gambling was designed originally for those whose heart is strong enough to withstand the outcome of the gambling events as gambling related deaths has claimed the Life of many as their blood pressure increased as a result of losing from their gambling

So before you think of gambling with your hard earned money have a rethink and see if you can withstand the outcome especially in football when the team you placed your bet is losing by 2:0 can you withstand the pressure of watching the game knowing that you're money is going away?
I would say that gambling is for the knowledgeable why? While a strong heart may be useful in terms of managing risk, avoiding huge losses, you don’t need to be strong-hearted to enjoy gambling if your target is simply fun. I only gamble in esports if there's a tournament to make something more exciting on what I am watching. If you approach it with knowledge, you are going to make better decisions and be better at managing losses, but if you are only gambling for fun, then the stakes do not have to be as high and becomes much more about the experience rather than the outcome.

I believe that a person who bets large amounts of money in gambling cannot generally be considered to have a strong heart. In fact, this behavior may be an indication of deeper problems. Strong hearts are usually associated with courage, resilience, and the ability to deal with challenges in healthy ways. While a gambler may appear to be bold in his decisions, this boldness is often based on a weak foundation and can lead to dire consequences.
I agree, I believe that the majority of gambling addicts have deeper issues whose gambling is simply an escape. I don't understand why some people consider it an investment, as the OP describes it as something that is not for the faint hearted. Although I understand what the OP is trying to say, and I do believe that it may apply to the average gambler, but I highly doubt an addicted gambler is capable of considering what's risky or not. It's not quite reasonable to say that gamblers are courageous for making a few bets on a casino, I can't call myself that for betting on a few sport events.

This is because gambling is a form of addiction that controls a person’s mind and makes him a prisoner of an irresistible desire. So gambling is a destructive behavior that has nothing to do with strength, but rather is evidence of weak will and inability to control oneself.

The problem with approaching people with strong hearts is that high-rollers may become admired by others, which can boost their self-confidence and lead them to continue gambling heavily. This is always a symptom of a behavioral addiction.

Not only in gambling but even in trading, if you decide to trade and risk your hard-earned money, always be prepared whatever the outcome is, since the full control isn't in your hands only. In short, have a strong heart that won't get easily affected or distracted whatever the outcome is. Much more in gambling where the house has always an advantage over its players. Otherwise, if you have a weak heart, gambling and even trading won't work out for you.
Be it gambling or trading, knowing the risks, a person naturally involves himself. Now if someone has a heart attack due to huge loss in gambling then it is not right to blame gambling in any case because loss in gambling or loss in trading is a prerequisite of gambling or trading. However, if the heart is weak or strong, it will feel bad if it is damaged and the main target is to be able to control yourself.

OP you said gambling requires a strong heart. Now those who gamble their hearts are weak? Don't those who decide to gamble know that in gambling they either win or lose? Now those who gamble can certainly bear losing. You will find that people who cannot bear gambling losses will never come to gamble. I have seen many gamblers who have lost a lot of money gambling but still survive.

You really have to be strong-hearted if you're betting with your hard-earned money. Because there is an attached pressure to win, but if you come to the casino to have fun, you are not conditioned to win with your money. You don't have to be strong-hearted; you can take things lightly.
Going in a casino and being pressured to win is not good for your health and your pocket as well, You will not enjoy the game and there's a feeling of frustration after you lose.

That's why gamblers or people that newly shows interest in gambling are being adviced to gamble with the amount of money they can afford to lose. There's no body that will have a heart attack after losing if they had only gamble with a little amount that they could have afford to lose, but the reason why gambling will always cause problems for a gambler is if the person doesn't gamble responsibly.

Some people are greedy that they want to earn a huge amount from gambling and because of that, they will stake with a huge amount that they can not afford to lose and after they lose it, they will begin to regret it.

Yes, in my opinion, a person with heart problems should play very carefully. Many players are very emotional about both their losses and their wins.

If a person has cardiovascular diseases, this can cause a heart attack. Sometimes players get so carried away by gambling that they forget about the need to follow a daily routine. A person with poor health needs to sleep at least 8-9 hours a day, and he is also forbidden to worry.

Stress is generally a very serious enemy of health. It is high emotional stress that makes a person age prematurely.

At the same time, if a person is responsible about gambling, if he has self-control, willpower, then nothing threatens him. For many people, gambling, on the contrary, is an opportunity to relax and have fun.

Your advice is right, actually this is the method I use now when I play gambling even though I say I only play gambling once in a while, but I only spend 10$-20$ on crypto casinos, it's better to get used to this to avoid leading to gambling addiction.

At least with this habit, if we are lucky with this amount, the chances are high that we will be able to control ourselves properly if we ever win, it will be easy for us to decide
to stop immediately when we win because we are lucky, right?
I also using $20 as the maximum amount of money that I can use to playing gambling. I am too worry if I use more than amount to playing gambling because that can lead me to lose control and that can make me to use all of that $20 in a day. I don't want to have that experience so that is why we must have limitations when playing gambling. We can have fun with that limit money so we don't have to worry with anything because our reason to playing gambling is just enjoy our spare time. We will not thinks to search how we can win from gambling because that will be too difficult for us.

Earlier, when I was a student, I would have been surprised that something like this could happen to someone: increased blood pressure due to sports games or gambling results. But now I am no longer at that age and I understand perfectly well that such changes in health due to the experiences that a gambler experiences inside is a reality. Moreover, I will note that this is a problem for the majority. Therefore, I agree with the author that gambling and betting are only for those who have very strong health or do not have the ability to worry about the results of matches.

No matter how "hard hearted"  we think gamblers should be, no gambler is comfortable taking in losses. We all do feel that bite. So, to that, I don't agree only those with tough hearts could go into gambling. The tough also bend and crack, just like the rich also cry. What matters in gambling is to be sensitive and reasonable while at it. No one should expose themselves to what they can't stomach losing financially because only a gambler with financial independence can return to gamble another day.

I smiled after reading the OP's post. I don't think that gambling was created for strong-willed people. Rather, the OP confuses gambling with sports, an activity that requires not only physical strength but also a strong and healthy spirit. Gambling is an entertainment that was invented a long time ago for people who are ready to try their luck. But the OP remarks that it is worth thinking about the consequences that other unexpected results can bring that can be applied to all actions in our lives, and it is very fair.

Well, it might be for strong-hearted, but not only for them. Gambling is also for:
1. People who want entertainment and they find gambling an entertaining one.
2. People who want to make money in gambling and they don't care if they lose.
3. People who are finding ways to waste their money. Basically, the rich people. Cheesy
4. People who can control themselves and can accept the reality if they lose their money.

Gambling can be accessed by anybody, but not anybody can handle the pressure that gambling can give especially if your mind is as weak as other gamblers out there who are making unnecessary decisions when they lose. Gambling isn't for those who don't know when to stop when needed. Gambling is for those who can't take losses. Gambling is for those who doesn't even know the word "discipline".
