Gamble responsibly
This did happened to me in the past, especially if I use high amount of money, that will make me to continue to think about the bet until I see the result. This is followed by mood swing of I lose the bet.

That is even better, I can have a sleepless night to watch the match if it is during the night, I can keep on looking at livescores if I am not able to watch it.

I'm glad I overcome this and I see to it now that whenever I'm login off to casinos I'm playing I will not think about it whether I lose or win.
You did not overcome it, you overcome using amount you can afford to lose for gambling, that is why you are not thinking about it anymore. Or am I wrong?

I've never had trouble sleeping at the thought of gambling because I know gambling is entertainment, and I don't treat it as something of value. If I lose, I will go and stop gambling and rest for a while. I also do it if I win because it is important to reduce the fun or tension after gambling.
I just take one, two or three matches in just a week, with low amount of money, even I do not have the mentality of 'if I win, I will stop playing', or 'if I lose I will stop playing', because I just take few matches weekly, not more than 3. But I like the idea, but it is still a sign of addiction even if not addiction.

We tend to be emotional when we are playing especially when we are new to playing one game and encountering unexpected situations I also have a share of that when I lose my one month salary from gambling and that's the first time it happens, but as we go on experience is our teacher, we become mature players because this is the pathway to becoming a responsible gambler and I don't see a problem if we experience this, we are just human after all.
I have been gambling since 2014. I become addicted. It affected me. I stopped gambling in 2019. I gambled again in 2020. I lose but I did not get addicted and I stopped for another one year. I started to gamble again in 2021. All I noticed is that there is nothing profession about gambling than to just have fun with the one you have knowledge about, gambling with just little amount which is very important.

Anyone experienced or suffered from this, whether from winning or from losing where a particular gambling session keeps staying in your mind and you'll having sleeplessness thinking about that particular session over and over again, the same bet keeps repeating over and over again and you keep asking yourself what if you do the opposite.

In gambling games such as poker, sports betting, or anything casino related I have never felt something like something is haunting me for the rest of the night.
However, a few years back when I was still in my college years, we use to have a betting game either with basketball or some online games, whenever we are close to winning and then we lose eventually, that really haunts me for the rest of the night especially when there's a huge money on the line. It's like I could've done better than that, and I could still have the money plus the winning lol.

For some people gambling is entertainment. After working all day one will be at the saturation point and entertainment can make one's mind refreshed, they can sleep peacefully because their boredom has disappeared in the gambling place. For active gamblers, they may have difficulty sleeping, because what is on their mind is where to get the money to return to the gambling place. Gambling can be entertainment and can also make a person depressed because of dependence on gambling and the difficulty of getting a source of money to return to gambling.

It seems to me that if you are having these thoughts or even losing healthy sleep, it is a sign of poor mental health. Simply put, it's probably a gambling addiction. I would refrain from gambling for as long as possible. Try to find something else to do, read a book or watch a TV serials. Addiction is a huge problem that can make life a living hell.

If you have experienced the sleeplessness thinking about a session over and over, the incident  must have been very memorable. It could be excitement or very regretful which the outcome could be different if you did the opposite.

Don't think too much of your loss or what you could have done, there is much to do  in crypto than just gambling so if you see yourself having a sign of addiction like what above users are saying. Maybe take a step back.

 Huh

and how are you going to enter the casino and not think if you are going to lose or win? you need to be strong and accept defeat or victory and in case you lose you have to think about where you failed, that's called being brave, you can't hide thinking that if you enter the casino without thinking about defeat or victory then you are solving the problem because you believe that you are playing for fun. yes, playing for fun is a good thing but even when playing for fun a person needs to think when they lose the reason why they lost, doing that is not being addicted, and being careful to avoid the same mistakes in the next games. But if you are playing these games that depend on luck then I would say the situation is different and complicated.

I have no idea if I ever thought about a bet after I lost, but before I make a bet I think about a strategy and when I fail I think about where I made a mistake, I don't think about the outcome of the game I think about the possible mistake I must have made to correct in the future

You must learn not to think about gambling, regardless of the outcome, to rest comfortably and sleep well. Otherwise, you can experience insomnia, interfering with your health.
That's also how i felt towards gambling. I only gamble more on fun and that i never use my hard earned money just for that, so even if i lose much, that won't affect my health and sleeping routine. Maybe OP you are betting a huge amount every time you gamble, and so you always have regrets whether you lose or win because simply you're into gambling for money and not just for entertainment alone.

when it comes to gambling, i learned how to move on in every bet. because if you will go back again and again to your bets, you will go crazy and it will surely affect your mental health. ive learned my lessons many times in gambling. more on offline casinos before. but that's the past. and now, i just gamble with my extra money, not really after for the winnings anymore but more on the fun side. but if i bet in sports, of course, we hope that we win our bets. but on luck-based games, am not expecting anything here.

I have something like that after a long poker session when I lose very close to the money, or heads up when I become second. It's not really possible for me to turn off my brain after a few intense hands. My mind keeps focusing on things like making the correct read and if I miss played a hand. For me the best thing instead of trying to sleep is to drink a glass of wine and try to clear my mind. Gambling is very fast and we can't always make the correct decision. It helps a lot to tell myself that I played the best to my abilities and should be proud of my winnings. Losing sleep over gambling is a bad sign and it needs to be addressed. One thing could be to stop gambling a few hours before sleeping to get some distance, or like me limit it to 2 times per week.

This is a sign of addiction and it's a normal occurrence if you are already obsessed with gambling. Many gamblers experience this since there's a risk of money involved that gives an excitement to gambling. You can highly experience this if you don't have other things to do in your life besides gambling and sleeping.

You are right, it would be a sign to take into account that points to addiction. It doesn't mean 100% that you are addicted but it is a clear symptom. Other reasons could be that you've been playing for long hours, or that you're remembering some exciting games, where you've won or lost a good amount of money.

But definitely, if it happens often, you have to watch out if you are getting addicted.

Definitely, gamblers whether winning or losing will have to think of other scenarios that could have happen before he sleeps.

Might be a sign though that you might be addicted, in the beginning I also have the same experience. But as I mature as a gambler, specially playing with the money that I can afford to lose. Then regardless of the outcome I can sleep better after playing.

I don't request loans~
Idk, I've never had an instance of it. If there was one then it would be the jittery feeling whenever I feel good cause of winning big (or sometimes even small wins count tbh). I've always tried to keep the mentality of getting over it whenever I lose since back then, overthinking "what if" scenarios were the norm for me. So while doing that (and gambling sometimes here and there), I eventually got used to doing it in most cases. Ofc I still get those "what if" mentalities sometimes, but I quickly get over it after a day (which is honestly a pretty long time so it can become rather painfull still).

You can highly experience this if you don't have other things to do in your life besides gambling and sleeping. I once become addicted to gambling by the time I'm newly losing my job. I focus my attention on gambling and dream that I can get a steady source of income by just gambling on a daily basis.

With that in my mind, I usually experience some fantasy when sleeping after a session of successful gambling since you will never forget your winning until you lose it all. The sad part is when I hit rock bottom by losing all my savings in a single hour of gambling games just to chase my loss. Until now I can't still forget my winning days and I'm just playing safe when I'm gambling as a lesson learned.

That to me happens only when I have hit a big win, like a x3000 multiplier,I keep thinking about that even at knight and say to myself what if I hit this win with a much bigger bet. This thinking leads me back to the game the very next morning and playing with a bigger bet trying to get that awesome win but unfortunately I keep losing this way.If I lose money I don't lose sleep over it as I say what's lost is lost and I keep dreaming again about a big win that will come, unfortunately there has been a really long time since I haven't hit one.
