The streamers may use real accounts for gambling but the way they win on the streaming video I don't think it is right. If the account is real then I think the winning is not real. There is something wrong on the streaming video.

There are many rumors about any of those modus operandi by streamers circulating on the internet, though assuming there are some credit in those rumors, I would say it would be easier for the casinos doing the advertisement campaign to provide an account with a lot of balance to the gambling streamer and allowing to gamble in front of the audience, instead of setting up a complete mirrored versión of the casino with modified percentage of winning , or RTP.
