I would rather choose provably fair rather than from other games provider and what I like about it is that they have sports betting which I really enjoy, the withdrawal doesn't have fee and it was fast and there's a lot of option when you are going to deposit. About the crash game it lags to me too but when the multiplier is more than 2 would you able to improve it to run smoothly? Haven't tested it on mobile yet.

I received 2 payments from the signature campaign I always play it first before requesting a withdrawal as you can see in the screenshot and never had a problem
If you have problems when requesting a withdrawal then you can try like I did to play at least 1x wager or if you want to make sure please ask support tell them you are a campaign participant.

Two things involved -
1- its either the amount is not up to the minimum withdrawal amount , if this be the case, then he can try to deposit more fund so as the amount reach the minimum withdrawal amount, but I doubt this cus $62 is no small amount.
2. Like you said, if the money is payment for bounty, maybe one can't withdraw without first depositing to the platform, if this be the case, then it's bad, people should be free to access their money as long as it wasn't gotten through illegal means, but I strongly doubt this would be the case.
