What's interesting here is that even though the admin is not active I've never seen a complaint. 

Not just here, I haven't seen any complaints about them anywhere online.
They were originally a CSGO gambling site when they began, and they have grown in popularity within the e-gaming community as one of the best CSGO gambling sites online. Due to the fact that their games have already gotten big success within the gaming community, Gamdom decided to open up to the crypto community as well. I think this is a great move, as this is one of the last missing pieces of the puzzle that is needed to enable cryptocurrencies to enter the mainstream of the gaming community.



This site is one of the first to be active on the forum as far as I can remember. And I've never really read any serious complaints about the site, and they have a really solid and solid reputation which is very important. Customers want a reliable site. I think that the necessary countries are banned these days, but that is probably due to the license conditions.

Is it just me or what??? whenever it comes to mastercard topups (not the gift card option)  it changes currency type from the dollar to euro, which i thought was a minor flaw... tried this with my master card and kind of changed currency without a prompt when making the final step to authenticate the transaction, which i thought needed to be fixed as this is some unforeseen expense on my side.

Did you report this problem to the Gamdom support team? In fact, if a user faces such a problem, then no one can solve it without the support of their website. Your problem seems complicated to me because this kind of problem must be frustrating for a player. Gamdom is continuing its activities and trying to support their customers. So if you contact their support team about your problem then they will be able to help you.

It's really discouraging for them when it takes time to receive a reply. But if they're going to analyze it, they're not the only players that needs assistance and I guess that should be taken into consideration by any casino not just gamdom. In fairness, there's not that much concern for gamdom and they're dealing every concern properly on their own platform. The other casinos that do experience most problem with their support, they should upgrade how they deal with answering these queues for better response and customer satisfaction.

Well this one will be consider if the ticket is not answer for one day only but few weeks past this is so stressful for the affected person. Maybe for betterment of all user experience they should check always their support area since mostly this is one of the important place which their costumers always get stress. If they are active for sure we cannot hear any bad feedbacks or concerns from other people who encounter the said issue.
They are active, maybe not on this thread and no one is taking up to the point of posting on this thread because everything is being solved flawlessly through the website itself.
That's actually a good job for them and that makes them excellent in terms of their customer service which should be conducted by almost all casinos.
On that point, there's nothing can be said badly about them if they're doing a good job.

Yes, sometimes problems only happen to new players when they want to ask something while there is no access to talk in the chat room the support service is also sometimes not active so they are confused how to get the answer there is only an email as an alternative but it takes some time to get a response at least a few minutes. lucky some active players are on this forum so it can help.

About their signature campaign, there have been a lot of changes in active users on the forum, I am also a Gamdom player which I think here is a small withdrawal so that is what I like a lot, even though the Gamdom site is more comfortable and simple.

Trackers have been installed on each participant of the campaign marketing team can monitor traffic every week so if the campaign continues it means there is good traffic

Gamdom is just less active on the customer support side especially in forum.


But in their site itself, their support is very active, you can always start a live chat anytime. For regular players on their site, I believe, they are pretty satisfied because they can get in touch with the support anytime. They don't need to post on their thread here to clarify something. And based from their stats of players, it seems a lil bit increasing. Right now, they have about 2700+ online players. This number for me, is already a good one to sustain the site.

Indeed. Integrating crypto has brought Gamdom more advantages and opportunities, for example as mentioned here is the growing number of players actively engaging with their site, and the more interested audiences being enticed to try it as well because of this move. Gamdom has definitely come a long way, compared to what it has been before.

Thank you for this explanation, I understand it now. Well I think I have no other options but to create steam account, so it only allows me to place bet if I have CS:GO or Dota 2 skins? Then creating new steam account is not a good option too no unless I will buy skins and place it for betting? I didn't know Gamdom was going to go crypto, I see your site mostly used by players to bet on Dota 2 and CS:GO. Good for you to branch out or you were in crypto for a really long time and you've recently discovered this forum to promote your website which I believe is already pretty big.

I am not sure about this one, did the Gamdom started to accept and have players that only place bets using Dota 2 and CS:GO skins and items? If so, I think the choice of adding cryptocurrency is a good thing and I think most of its players now is using cryptocurrency to place bets.

I don't have any idea about their marketing team, but their email support team is very active and give response quickly. The email support won't be able to help you in case of marketing discussion. But I think they have the ability to inform about you to their marketing team so that they give you a quicker response. Have you asked their live or email support regarding this matter? Gamdom is a well established casino and bookie. They are spending pretty good amount to run signature campaign in the forum now. I'm wondering why they aren't responding to you!

Yes, I can vouch for it, the marketing it has is very good, and recently I had a small problem on the platform, and when I contacted support and was able to make my problem known, they fixed it almost immediately, It reminded me of the support that stake.com has, they are very efficient when it comes to solving problems and this is something that speaks highly of the site, because later I did not have that type of inconvenience again, I think they take those problems to harden the site and close those kinds of vulnerabilities.

Many of us are wondering why Gamdom team has no representative active here.

But they have signature campaign running so its just shows they also want to spread awareness for the users of this forum.

Anyway asking their live support if we have questions are the best way to communicate.
I am pretty sure they have "someone" here, otherwise how did they contacted yahoo? They must have an account they do not use the website all that much, and just rely that back into people who have been here for a while. Definitely not a great way but could work out in the end as well.

I personally believe that we should definitely stay away from making judgment calls, even the signature keep getting paid is something that should be clear indicator that they are looking at it, and responding to it the way they do, like finding representatives from the inside and not bring their own staff. Plus most casinos do not even consider bitcointalk as the priority source anymore, sure lovely place to get great gamblers but not the biggest marketing funnel anymore.
