I just had my first ever withdrawal from here, and even though the situation wasn't anything important, the staff was incredible. I contacted them twice, since I never worked with them before I wanted to make sure if I was doing the right thing, and both times they helped me with lightning speed. First of all there is a thing about having a live support, that shows huge confidence. Look around you and to all the casinos we use, and all of them have mail support that respond to you within 24 hours and sometimes even longer, and evne the great ones have like a few hours at least. Whereas gamdom trusts itself enough to have live chat and they are amazing at it as well. Both times my question was answered (they weren't problems, I just had questions thats all) and they replied to me within seconds and all of it was over under a minute. Great job, great place.

It would be preferable still on having some representative which could make out direct response on some potential users on here.
Thats right and it can keep this thread more active for having an updates. But for users (just like me) who are active on Twitter and following their account, its not a problem because they are still aware of what is new to Gamdom. Anyway im a new registered player on their casino and still exploring on whats their edge to other popular casinos.this doesn't just happen with casinos, even the guys who create altcoins and then create a thread in the altcoins section after a while stop posting on the forum and then stop being active, in my opinion they shouldn't do that, until I can understand that their time is short but they can delegate someone to be active here on the forum so that forum members when they have problems post here and the forum representative guy solves the problem. this brings more transparency because we know that the casino is always answering people... just look at the casinos that had problems in the past because they didn't solve customer problems, here on the forum they couldn't post convincing arguments and that created pressure to the casino that was obliged to solve the case of the person who had problems, when someone has an active representative of the casino here on the forum, it makes the casino more trustworthy for me and it's just my opinion

I just noticed that OP is not active here in this thread I hope besides Yahoo we can have one of their team active here and post promotions and giveaways they are doing great with their signature the last time I saw a big number of signature participants was on Bitvest and 777Coin, I hope no complaints about Gamdom they are doing great and there's a lot of good feedback, especially coming from casino review sites.

i believe ever since the gamdom rep is not very active on this thread. but if you are a regular player on their site, you can easily get in touch with them via their online support. or know their current promos or rewards on the site itself, not only from their soc med. but i got the point that we would appreciate here if one of their staffs is actively attending some important queries, which we want direct answer from the team. but most of the time, we can already get the answers from their active players who are willing to share their experience.
definitely give out some real time experiences which neither to be positive or negative which would really help out on spreading up awareness of their current service that they

Checking to see how many messages per day Gamdon gets versus how many other casinos gets, it is not looking bad, but it could certainly be better as well. We are talking about a casino that is doing a very good signature campaign, which means that they should be able to getting the results in wagering amount but more importantly in attention as well. Just a few posts on the topic itself is not the result they deserve. However, this is mainly due to the fact that they are a bit new here, the campaign is brand new compared to some others. By the time summer comes, there will be 20+ posts on this topic per day, at least 10+ guaranteed. That will allow the website to constantly be at the top, which will get attention, which will get customers, which will profit them a lot.

You are right maybe the admin is not too active on this forum but am sure the casino should be going well because Gamdom is not an all-new site and have built a big community in and off the forum, let's be optimistic that they will continue to build on that legacy to become one among the reputable casinos around.they are doing outside of this forum and if you do see that they had some considerable amount of users then for sure they had got it on other places which isnt totally connected on this forum which does

I will pass this request through support and we'll see how the gamdom team responds. it should be that when launching a signature campaign there should also be an active representative here to monitor thread activity just see since the campaign is running this thread has become more active new users also share their experiences while playing.

Well maybe they have forum support watching the thread and manage to communicate in marketing side so maybe they just pop out once there are important updates and issues needee to take care of, also as long as they are doing fine in terms of giving good players service then all is fine to me. Maybe the one they need right now is to put a person who can manage this thread so that people can also enjoy their pressence here.

Gamdom actually has a dice game, just that it's not directly in such form. It's called Tradeup whereby you bet over or under.
But there is a problem, the game doesn't appear to be available for everyone. When I try to open the game, I get a message: Only for steam users! Does anyone know what this is about?
I almost forgot. It originally involves upgrading a skin from CSGO/ DOTA 2 so seems that it hasn't applied to on-site balance yet. But it does work with on-site balance. Just that they never bothered to remove the Steam-only exclusivity.
For instance, someone wants to upgrade a $1 skin > $2. So he/ she sets a 2x multiplier and hope it succeeds.

If your reason for gambling is to have fun, you will not think much about the result instead of just enjoying the game and stopping it right away before you lose more money. Playing in any casino will give more adventures and we can compare one casino to another casino so we can find what casino we want to play. I see Gamdom has a good chance to grow because they already promote their site here and benefit from their members. So if they have more promotions to attract gamblers attention, that will give more chances to invite them to play the games with more money.

Even Gamdom always holds giveaways that we can participate in, but who knows there will be luck there.
It's true that most of the promotions/giveaways are posted on twitter even i see quiz almost every week for other big events we can find it in that account called King of the Hill
Prize pool $100k you can win $36k for first place total winners up to 200 participants but as you can see the competition there is very tough even for 100+ places you need to collect 50 million points.

Yes it's more likely a dice game but some people really prefer the dice game, I think the Gamdom is not that active here or the representative is not that active here but they are active on their activities such as running signature campaign, if you would like to send suggestion you can maybe send them a direct message to their chat support on their website.
I get it that some would rather see the real deal itself.
I think they'd rather focus on casino games instead of their own house ones. Like you said, people can try sending in suggestions but it still boils down to demand, or people would rather play via casino.
