I played just now in Gamdom I would like to ask if it is just me or the crash games sometimes is lagging? Is there a way to avoid this and run smoothly or is there an option to turn off the animation? Sometimes I am panicking especially when I am near my target and I don't use automatic cashout since I am more comfortable with manual cashout.

Yes I experienced it too but it's not too bothersome it's only a few seconds. Crash  game activity is quite high in Gamdom each round there are 50-150 active bets
more active than other sites it's a good idea to also activate auto cash out while you can still get ready with manual cash out this is just to anticipate if there is more lag

I did not notice any significant lag in the crash game personally, but I always make use of the autobet function as a protective measure against possible connection disruptions. This is the best precaution to take and I recommend everyone to use it.

I also did not notice any lag but yes, there are many users playing simultaneously at gamdom and usually, i see the number over 2000. Sometimes, the site takes time in loading, but once it is loaded, there is no lagging.

I also like the interface of the crash game where you can not only play the game but at the same time chat on the left side of the screen.

There are only a few active players in the game crash but they make several bets at the same time so there are lots of running bets
does that action affect the game crash so lag occurs? we know in slot games there are thousands of spins made but it doesn't have any effect so we can assume it's related to each player's network.

In Search of Incredible
Been trying to reach out to anyone responsible for marketing there for over a year now - go figure, massive twitch fake streamer campaigns but other than that, just another unprofessional crypto operation when it comes to business matters. The least anyone could expect is getting a response when emailed numerous times.
I don't have any idea about their marketing team, but their email support team is very active and give response quickly. The email support won't be able to help you in case of marketing discussion. But I think they have the ability to inform about you to their marketing team so that they give you a quicker response. Have you asked their live or email support regarding this matter? Gamdom is a well established casino and bookie. They are spending pretty good amount to run signature campaign in the forum now. I'm wondering why they aren't responding to you!

Crash games tend to lag quite badly, especially with poor network. Most casinos would warn against manual cashout due to the high volatility.

Yikes, I had a similar experience years back when my account was compromised. It was days until they replied but things were too late by then.

If you don't mind me asking, would you like to give ours a shot? Who knows, we might come to an agreement, since you're quite reputable here and we're seeking for interested parties to experience what ours have to offer.

Well  that's the most appropriate reason to avoid spam because there are bonuses in the chat room. maybe in the beginning this site was launched every user doesn't need a level to join the chat but as it grows, chat activity starts to get disrupted with spam that's why the rules keep improving we can understand.
So today your problem remains the same? autobet not working properly?

I understand about that I just want to use the community chat to ask about the x2 in roulette for lower stakes since the live support is not available, the autobet is working my base bet is $0.1 to $0.3 and when I lose I multiply it by to so around $0.2 to 0.6 right? but when I check it it goes to $1 so I think the minimum bet to use in autobet is $1 thought that's not a big deal for me since I can manually place bet.

Yeah I got your point unfortunately none of the users here answered maybe they didn't play it either. I'm also wondering why support has been inactive since the last few days
even though when I first created an account support was always active, there are only moderators in the chat room unfortunately we don't have access to the chat room.

Live chat off for now you can only send email while waiting for support online to be active in the public chat minimum level is 21 you can see all active users there all level 21+
Unfortunately for the roulette game, I have never played it  but it seems your problem is related to game settings are you sure you set it up correctly?

I see, but it wouldn't be a good thing to at least lower the levels of the user who can participate in the chat maybe 10? it looks like feature that we need to earn but maybe they do that to avoid spams and I understand that. In regards with the roulette I think I set it up correctly, when lose increased bet by x2 I think that was easy to setup up since i used that autobet feature in other gambling site.

I have concern why there's no live chat support and how many levels should I get before I can use the public chat? I also wants to ask about the auto bet I placed $0.1 bet and if lose my bet should be in 2x which should become $0.2 but when I looked at the bet after losing it is $1 was that the minimum for automated bets? I think you should also consider the low bets, the game is roulette by the way.

I'm not that concerned about the lack of live chat - you can get your point across fairly easily using the public chat or their support function. I've used it before and it works just fine.

In terms of smaller bets, it's up to the casino's discretion.

Some casinos simply don't want to deal with the influx of spam transactions/bets which is the reason why they do this. I've used Gamdom a lot of times back when they were still focusing on CSGO, and I've never found the min bet to be a thing of concern.

As he said, he can't get in in public chat because it requires higher level to use the feature. I found out that you can easily increase your level here. For now, he can wait the live chat to get online or send email if he can't wait. From my observation, gamdom's support is very responsive. Maybe in this thread they are not very active but if you contact them on-site, they are prompt. Regarding smaller bets, I used $0.01 in crash and it went thru just to have leisure playing. But don't know in other games.

I just had my first ever withdrawal from here, and even though the situation wasn't anything important, the staff was incredible. I contacted them twice, since I never worked with them before I wanted to make sure if I was doing the right thing, and both times they helped me with lightning speed. First of all there is a thing about having a live support, that shows huge confidence. Look around you and to all the casinos we use, and all of them have mail support that respond to you within 24 hours and sometimes even longer, and evne the great ones have like a few hours at least. Whereas gamdom trusts itself enough to have live chat and they are amazing at it as well. Both times my question was answered (they weren't problems, I just had questions thats all) and they replied to me within seconds and all of it was over under a minute. Great job, great place.

Pleased to hear it this is what we expect as customers, but may we know the specifics of your problem? just so we know how to fix it if we get the same problem

By the way I also requested a 3rd withdrawal today it was processed quickly without a hitch, as usual i always increase my balance before withdrawing the payment from the campaign.

It would be preferable still on having some representative which could make out direct response on some potential users on here.

You are right and if you are really a potential user and really want to ask something about their website why would you post in a forum where in you can have a direct contact with their team with the contact support you can find on their website itself. I still prefer with the social media in terms of updating but as what I see some users prefer the forum I think it wouldn't hurt if they could be a little more active in the forum.
They are running off with some business then they should be at least versatile in terms of marketing and having some people on making out some response on this thread
would really be a great thing because most of crypto traffic is really lurking on this forum which it is really just dumb not to consider on putting up some focus on this place.
Well, they are the ones who do ran off the business but they are just wasting off some potential recognition that they might get on this place.

This, I can attest as well that they are very prompt in attending your concerns via live support. And this is why I am not seeing complaints from this casino despite not having active rep in this forum. Because if you are a player of the casino, you can easily contact their live support and they will assist you accordingly, no need to post here as they can directly assist your problem. And if users will notice, there's no existing issue on this site, which already speaks volumes for them. So for those users who do want to play in gamdom, I believe you are in good hands. It is not because I am promoting them but my experience is telling me that they are treating their players, whether you are a small or big one, all the same.
