Cheesy In the real world, when you are in a closed psychiatric clinic, then you are of unsound mind! Of unsound mind means criminal incapable! Wink

I think GP is claiming "not guilty by reason of insanity".

I don't think I can argue with that. You win !

Yes, if you are resident in a closed psychiatric clinic, neither theft nor fraud is a criminal offense for you! Cheesy
This is untrue unless you are sharing your own experience.
You are in a closed psychiatric clinic and are sane? Cheesy

The residency of one in a psychiatric clinic does not have a causative effect on their moral integrity:

This is untrue unless you are sharing your own experience. The residency of one in a psychiatric clinic does not have a causative effect on their moral integrity: it is usually the other way around, in which a mental condition affects one's morals, such as a case in which one decides to steal money from another and refuses to return the aforementioned funds.

Warning: Trade with exteme caution! publicly shown at my profile

Warning: One or more bitcointalk.org users have reported that they strongly believe that the creator of this topic is a scammer shown above my threads

That's because h4ns proved that you scammed him out of 210 Euro.
I have not seen the proof, can you please show it?

In the other thread you claimed I stole 210 Euro, is scamming and stealing the same criminal offense?

You stole 210 euros from h4ns by promising to refund the money he paid to you and then keeping the money for yourself.

In what country?

I don't know the laws of every country.  I can tell you that 'scamming' is not a criminal offense in most first world countries.  The term isn't even defined.  Neither is stealing.

I hope you're not circling back to complete denial because we already made so much progress, with you admitting that you took 210 euro and that you didn't deliver the promised result by June 30.
I did not promise any result of my assistance! Roll Eyes

Maybe if you will take less hallucinating drugs the conversation can become more substantial?

Did you understand that h4ns wanted my further assistance until September 3rd?

Then why did you say this on Sept 13th?

The foundation / law firm currently handles 6 claims at 6 different Curacao based sportsbooks for h4ns and therefore at the moment I can not comment on it, but will do later.

It doesn't look like he wanted your assistance any longer:

The communication and interaction between h4ns and Game Protect ended 1.07.2019 at 14:34?

It doesn't look like he wanted your assistance any longer:

Considering that the conversation and interaction between h4ns and Game Protect continued until September 3rd, it looks like he wanted my further assistance?

Why didn't you refund h4ns when he asked you to do so?
I refunded h4ns September 3rd, the same day he informed me that he does not want my further assistance!
Do you have some kind of mental issue? You quoted and replied to the same post 3 times already.

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand for damage caused by his defamation campaign - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley
You can't force him to pay for something you haven't proven: a defamation campaign. The 210€ has already been substantiated, by yourself.

Perhaps the next time I have to pay for something, I can simply choose not to and claim they are defaming me when they call me a scammer. Smiley

No.  You didn't.
In the real world, reducing claims from each other is refunding. Smiley

Only if both parties agree on the claim or a court intervenes.
Please quote the laws where it says "only if both parties agree"?

h4ns does not owe you money.
Based on the applicable laws h4ns owes me compensation for the damage caused by his defamation campaign!

Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails

Game Protect is probably a scam, read the reviews on the Bitcontalk forum. He is the least trusted user in this forum.

Advising the public (including minors) to read extremely mentally ill brain wash nonsense shit on bitcointalk.org makes the criminal offense even more serious! Cheesy

You owe h4ns money.
I reduced the 210€ from the compensation demand for the damage caused by his defamation campaign and owe him nothing!

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand for damage caused by his defamation campaign - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

If you know that I owe something to h4ns please show the judgement?

Pay your debts and quit whining about having a bad reputation bc you don't pay your debts.
If you are concerned about paying debts, why do not you ask h4ns to compensate the damage caused by his defamation campaign?

You are not the victim.
I am the victim of h4ns's defamation campaign and I will hold him liable! Wink

Thanks for proving my point.
You have made your points months ago (several red flags posted by you):

Very kind of you to speak for me. However my point is this:

I would (and have) started threads about it, but of course any time I do the gnashing of the teeth, crying, and wailing from individuals such as yourself is never ending preventing any productive discussion. It is all part of the group effort to silence anyone criticizing the made men, and unless you get on your knees by ignoring the malfeasance of the other made men, then you are the them in the us vs them.

Thanks for doing your part to prove it.

According to your brain wash theory, sending over 100 emails each other is non-existent services? Roll Eyes

Did h4ns pay you 210 euro to send 100 e-mails?
No, he donated 210€ for my assistance and assistance was delivered. Cheesy

You can only donate to Game Protect and it does not take payments. Wink

I said this so many times before. Your use of the word donate should have been a flag to your customers so long ago.
