 Shocked

Order was granted to continue to stay Homero's SEC case. But look how short it is.

Now what does that mean? Was his lawyer begging the  judge "just a couple more weeks please" or did she ask for 30 days, 60 days and the judge is pissed off now and only gave them 2 weeks? If she requested this short period what does she know about the Shinner's case? Either she begged for this short time in order not to piss him off, with the intention in two weeks to beg again if necessary, or the judge has had enough. Not much use to Homero if that is the case.  Cheesy

Scott Fargo, is the "editor-in-chief" of BITCOIN.COM!!!!  https://www.bitcoin.com/

Wasn't this Garza's gazillion-dollar/bitcoin BTC site?

No he 'bought' btc.com for "ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!1!!!!!11!!"

Except, of course, he didn't.

Roger Ver owns bitcoin.com now I guess?

Ah, Uncle Stu's response to their response to his response to their response to his response.....!

Seems it is not in fact finally in the judge's hands

I think it is...but only for the judge to decide whether to dismiss the GAWSUIT or to let it roll forward, without Garbanzo in the Hot Seat.

Thanks!

Yeah, it all still boils down to control as they highlight in there. Remove all the smoke and mirrors and that's it. This reply highlights that and every thing else in a nice readable condensed fashion. Very easy for the judge to read. Short and to the point in other words versus the mountain of text in theirs. I wonder how clever it is to leave Uncle Stu to have the last word. Or does he have it. Because if they now respond to this, the mountain of text they will need to counter it will be double that of their reply before. Surely it cannot go on forever. Come one Judge Judy whack the gavel when you can!  Cheesy Do note they toned down Homero's relationship to now being just a bedfellow vs. the devil before.

And more choice words from Fraser's Defense:  Plaintiffs tried to "Reverse-Engineer" the original complaint from arguing that Fraser had 41% ownership to Fraser having 50% ownership.

Clever Legalese, but it's not really analogous to reverse-engineering.  It's more like, "Garza Maths."

Most notable here that SEC is not going after Fraser.

Yet™.

Obviously it is just a request to delay, judge could very well be sick of it all and deny the delay.  Cool

 Angry Angry Angry  Roll Eyes

What a fucking surprise! The big show was due to commence on Saturday I knew he would leverage Shinner's shit show and try this. Man I hope the judge is wary of this. They'll fuck around indefinitely until the judge in that case makes his decision. So if it is game on in that case Homero will keep delaying this one saying it can affect that one. If Shinner's one is dismissed then are we back on? Question is how long will it take that judge  to decide on it.

Some serous bullshit this mixing up cases like this, pretty sad show on the SEC's part not to clamp down harder on this obvious manipulation of the court system.

The emails also draw attention to a "pay-to-play" accommodation between bitcoin entrepreneurs and on-line sites established to purportedly report on the bitcoin business, including CryptoCoinNews and Bitcoinist. According to qntra.net, Garza made an attempt "to purchase equity in the payola based bitcoin news site amid Garza's constant need to preview articles, have them edited or pulled on demand while liaising with other CCN authors ..."

About three or four days after each article, I get an email from Garza about how biased I am and I will be hearing from his attorney soon. Still waiting.

I told him not to worry, (after all it takes him 3-4 days to figure out what each article means,) but he should keep an eye out for dead animals in his mailbox!   Grin Grin Grin Grin
