Maybe the shit is really starting to hit the fans and they are really trying to cover their asses at this point.

So according to Redacted 17 days ago, the FinCen registration (that's the MSB right?) had been "ongoing for some time".

I really hope this is how he answers the Miami Q&A questions:

This one is one of my favorites cause it shows just how awry things have gotten. When paycoin was first trading for .04BTC or whatever and they weren't "setting the floor" yet, it was a gift!! I guess at .01x it really was a gift at that!

AS IF ANYTHING he thought of doing would be 1. Ethical and 2. LEGAL...

The facilitator of a medium of exchange cannot legally control or manipulate any market or exchange in to following his/their "plan(s)". Seriously, who does he think he is?? Well, we already know...

The gift floating around out here is his continued freedom. Enjoy it while you can, Mr. Garza.

One thing that few people know about, there was a coin developed about 6 months back which allowed the dev to adjust the transaction tax so that everyone who sent coins had to pay a fee to a central wallet.  Only the dev was able to mint coins, even though the source code (when released) was to be public, and the pos rates per masternode could be centrally controlled.  The backend of this project was never released, as it was developed privately for a client who backed out once development was complete.

Basically it was a centrally controlled blockchain that could be open sourced.  The major issue is security, one person holds the keys to the entire thing, especially block generation.  Pools could compile and run the coin daemon, but any attempts to generate coins by solving blocks just returned orphans.  POS blocks would return nothing, followed up by a mysterious transaction from the central wallet in the amount they 'should' have received.

I think this would fix a lot of the issues I'm reading about on this thread, but I just skimmed through some posts, I'll have to do more reading.  I'm sure GAW will fix whatever issues they're facing, there must be a lot of money involved here if everyone is talking about XPY.

I was going to stay out of this forum, but I think I can help here.

Here is a 1.4GB dump (~14 GB uncompressed) of hashtalk, generated over the last few weeks on a webserver with `wget -rc hashtalk.org`.

https://mega.co.nz/#!EtBzSRCK!Pe65znHDprZPnvFFhwxdbVdx3d22Tdd2EUNsSYDaN9c

Please don't download it unless you plan to use it in some way, as bandwidth is limited. If you could mirror this somewhere, that'd be great.

There may be a lot of duplicates because of URL scheme, which I didn't have time to fix.

Welcome back, thank you for the archive.

Here is one more "Amazon" post that someone dug up and sent me via PM:

This is a "perfect storm" representation of a Josh announcement: unflappable arrogance + utter cluelessness

Did we already know they (PayCoin) aren't even accepting PayCoin in their own store?

Reply from gravlor in thread, think he drank too much PayCoin Kool Aid,

As previously mentioned by @GAWCEO  it's our job to encourage companies and businesses to adopt PayCoin. Also mentioned was that we should try to get businesses to directly accept PayCoin this will encourage and heighten the chance of continual use of PayCoin rather than just a straight conversion to fiat.
I look forward to purchasing hashgear with PayCoin. Also please expect to be continually asked for this until implemented as I and others here will continue to work on getting more businesses to accept PayCoin.

Thanks, I found a few URLs that I believed had the statements but they all now say ACCESS IS DENIED.

Search google (go to google.com and put the URL in the search box, don't user browser's address bar). You should be able to pull it from cache then. Or let me know the URL and I'll see if I have it.

Good, honestly Redacted was one of the worst GAW fanboys

If anyone has a copy of some of his very adamant claims about the floor and arbitrage please share. Any other drivel you can dig up from google cache or wherever could be useful too. Not as damning as CEO's posts but still.

Ok, I know I'm part of the group that Mr. GAW says don't understand context or can't read or whatever... but his white paper, archive link below, specifically said prime controllers stake @ 5%.  Nowhere does the white paper show 10, 20, 100, or 350 % stake rates... ANYWHERE in that white paper...

Perhaps they meant 5% daily, just couldn't do the math properly and implemented it wrong at 0.97%.

If anyone has any evidence of Garza's previous claims they were registered and awaiting MSB approval before December 26th can please post that here it would be most helpful. We will be sure to credit you but he clearly said before December 26th they were registered but we now know for a fact he didn't file until much later based on a signed document from the receiver at FinCen.

From memory, it was stated in the tinychat video stream and there are no archives unless someone recorded them at the time.

This is the closest statement I could find to what you were looking for.

Thanks, I found a few URLs that I believed had the statements but they all now say ACCESS IS DENIED.

Post the URLs here. Someone might have archived them, or maybe they are in Google cache.
