Quick search of the video title big-titty-redhead-bouncing-on-cock-at-home shows the date at Dec 3, 2021

GARZA, who is released on bond, was ordered to report to prison on January 4, 2019

He went in Jan 2019. Could he have been released by then Dec 2021 or is that the pool boy in the video  Wink Cheesy

IIRC his sentence was less than two years, so he was out by then albeit under "supervised release".
He was out October 2021 sometime.  He lived in a halfway house of some sort for a short period of time. Maybe 3-6 months.

Hey guys, I have a special announcement today. These past couple of years have been a long, wonderful and rewarding journey. My goal has always been simple, to empower women to feel beautiful in their own skin. When I first started this quest I made an intentional decision to keep the owner anonymous and in the background. I always wanted our models to be the focus and stand strong in the front. After a lot of thought, and while that decision made sense in the past. The world we live in today is different than it was a few years ago. I believe it’s more important than ever that all groups have a voice. So it’s with great humility that as the owner of limpnel , I step forward to help women both have and find a voice. My name is Jessica and I am proud to be the owner of limpnel !❤️✨ I look forward to you guys coming along with me through this journey & ultimately developing a strong bond & community

In case the gram account magically disappears.

Just when you think it can't get any more cringy. This explains the... uhm... bizarre body alterations.

But to be fair, porn is probably the most legitimate business those two have ever engaged in. Not sure if their church would approve though.

Hello All,

Some interesting developments...

Homero (or his wife) have un-privated their instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/jadenandjessica/ )
and same with his twitter acc: https://twitter.com/nomadjaden

After a little digging some of the tagged pics lead back to that limpnell (limpnelly) "company" someone here had mentioned.

Well, looks like it was a promotion type scheme for Jessica's onlyfans....

You heard that right. Homero's Wife, Jessica Garza had an (evidently top1%) onlyfans account...

Her Twitter account used to promote it (still plenty of pics Smiley) https://twitter.com/iamlunasnow is still up although the onlyfans page itself seems long gone.

Maybe someone out there has archived the onlyfans content but I have looked online and couldn't find much.

Apart from this...

So did Allen Shinners get suckered when he dropped Homero from the Gawsuit?  I wonder what he has to say about this after securing a $4 million judgement?  Has anyone contacted the judge or authorities after these new revelations?  What did they say?

I wonder how he cashed the bitcoin?  Did he use friends or family to turn it into fiat?  Something happened.  Wasn't he a waiter for a while at a restaurant?  Something changed financially.

I missed the following earlier.

1. In the Wyoming POA signed by Jessica is reference to this:

GTW CONSULTING & TRADING LLC  https://ibb.co/JdGF4z8

2. GTW CONSULTING & TRADING LLC leads to

https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=064029163066188247042252110140013237225076032099

and an address change (under History) from the Argentine to the US and the name LUCAS KETLUN

3. Lucas Ketlun leads to a company in....Argentina!

https://www.apollo.io/people/Lucas/Ketlun/55708fdc73696425daf92600

Lucas Ketlun's company is:

4. https://www.apollo.io/companies/Sumar-Inversi-n/5da27fde883c81000166154e?chart=count

5. Lucas Ketlun's company https://www.sumarinversion.com.ar/ does this...

CONVERT YOUR CRYPTOS TO BRICKS!
 https://ibb.co/ZhyYv6p    Cheesy

You'll need to run his site through a translator:  https://www.sumarinversion.com.ar

Homero either bought his house with crypto, or bought that building all the addresses lead to, or both. In all his articles he boasts about having to expand to a larger premise as the business is growing so fast. It's that building off the highway all the addresses point to. That or some other fucked weird shenanigans with this company in Argentina.

If its this easy to scam and make money why isn't everyone doing it?  He had to have stashed some bitcoin. Unless Uncle Stu coughed up more money.  I wonder how he is preventing the flow of money from going towards his debtors?  I wonder how he cashed the bitcoin?  Did he use friends or family to turn it into fiat?  Something happened.  Wasn't he a waiter for a while at a restaurant?  Something changed financially.

It's not that easy for everyone to become a scammer. You have to be a sociopath, you need a certain skillset (to be able to tell people what they want to hear), and it carries certain risks - such as prison. Homero might have had some cash (probably not bitcoins though, remember he was a shitcoiner and there was bear market in 2015) hidden somewhere with family members and used it to start this new scam. But - as I said before - if he had e.g. 100 bitcoins why would he bother scamming again. I'm guessing he didn't have much of a stash.

He's definitely up to no good. It's the identical MO to GAW before it collapsed. 100's of company registrations all over the place.

Even this one jumped from Delaware to Wyoming and changed names.

Delaware: https://www.bizapedia.com/de/jappa-and-jaga-management-llc.html

Definitely them Jessica signed a POA for the name change under history in the .pdf file. for Wyoming.

Wyoming: https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=096205062250162043116131061007032030146214043044

Wild guess it's some ridiculous contraction of their kid's names that they think is cute.

Checking name changes in Texas. I got to think since everything is in her name, he has not legally changed his name. At the same time I don't know how operating an internet company with a fake name can be considered legal? Of course he could always say Jaden David are nicknames.

https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/how-to-do-a-name-change-in-texas

You're not filing with intent to defraud anyone or to avoid creditors
Your new name is not vulgar
Your name change is for a good reason, as granting the name change is at the discretion of the court
You haven't committed a felony
If you have committed a felony, you've either been pardoned or it's been two years since your release from prison or completion of probation

According to the Texas taxable entity search the HXO business no longer exists:

Loading...

The explanation for "franchise tax ended" is:

The entity's franchise tax responsibilities ended because the entity has ceased to exist in its state or country of formation or has ceased doing business in Texas.

I don't recall if it was still active a few days ago when it was first mentioned in this thread. I like the idea that Homero is in full panic mode and closing down his shell companies Smiley

That's true, even only 1000 users is a lot since half of that are not even getting service and still paying. The real question is this:

Through this scheme, GARZA defrauded hundreds of individuals around the world of a total of $9,182,000.  Judge Chatigny ordered GARZA to pay restitution in that amount

From the DOJ and below an article from the reformer:

He started a new business, said Garza's father-in-law, to find a way to pay back his victims and "Because of his strong faith and because it would make God happy. I believe with every fiber of my existence he is sincere ..." No one in court would name the new business or categorize it.

I think the Judge even heard about this and based his sentence on it that he had a "secret company" or some shit and had to be kept secret from the trolls. Have any of the victims received a single nickel from him at this time or are they all going to plastic surgery, leased jets and lamborghini?

Some other notes:

1. A lost of employees or it might be the staff from the original operation, but the two in the box on the right definitely work there today, the Rawandan and the other guy looks like the food guy in one of the pics.

So say 1 mil for the house and say max 1 mil to buy the existing internet company, have any of the victims seen even a nickel as directed by the court before these lavish purchases?

That house is incredibly tacky… makes sense. Looks like it sold for $750k in 2021… how do you have $750k in cash or in credit worthiness/poi straight out of prison?…. who do we get into investigate him? probation officer? Any ideas?… Still seeing tons of fresh complaints and new FB groups popping up like “former Nomad internet customers” - enough people that have been scammed sufficiently enough to join a damn Fb group about it. I know there have been tons of FCC and AG complaints, but getting in touch with someone familiar with the scumbag is probably best
