After reading that I've come to the conclusion that this guy is just as big of a scumbag as josh.

I wouldn't normally say employees are complicit in the fraud committed by their company (I think many are intentionally kept in the dark) however this guy appears to have known about the fraud/lies all along.

Quote
BoN: So to start out, who are you? What is your history with xpy?

ME:... I was also the lead dev for the Paycoin project, and also the primary admin for all prime nodes.. I wrote the initial concept documents, and was a primary contributor to the whitepaper.. I even mined the genesis block myself.

So he's happily taking responsibility for the steaming pile of shit called the xpy whitepaper, and the lead of the xpy (lack of) development.

Quote
BoN: What prompted you to depart?
ME: The realization that GAW Miners LLC. had not honored the requirements of the Acquisition Agreement and merger documents that were part of the LeaseRig.net / GAW merger and also ethical reasons.

So besides the multitudes of fraud and BS he was surely aware of during his time working for GAW, his reason for leaving was because he didn't get his paycheck. (and "ethical reasons" which happened to coincide with his missing paycheck)

Quote
BoN: Moving on, he now claims you and Joe Mordica are holding 4 million coins hostage, is there any truth to this?
ME: No. Joe isn’t really involved in any of the wind down operations for the company. There is a corporation (BCI) which was contracted to wind down operations for Zencloud and Paybase.
ME: http://www.bci.io/files/gaw-bci-lr-executed-redacted.pdf

BoN: Are you related to BCI?
ME: At any rate. No one held anything hostage. We were just finished working with someone who had been stealing company IP and embezzling funds [Garza]. I am related to BCI, as are many of the developers who used to work for GAW.

BoN: So what is the current situation?
ME: In an unfortunate choice of management decisions, GAW laid off all of their developers, and therefore were unable to access any of the platforms.

Seems to suggest Josh may have not been lying (for once) about the extortion.

Sidenote: I think it's a bit ironic they've named their company "Blockchain Innovation Corporation" when in the ~3-6 months they've been working on paycoin we've seen literally zero innovation.

I can't believe some people still do not now what kind of person Josh Garza is, is it so hard....let me explain he is a hustler that's all...you do not have much experience...this is the only
way for paycoin to live....paycoin foundation as saved the coin people will get their value back, but it will take time

Which part are you conflicted about? I think there's enough source material now to answer almost any question.

so Garza is still trying to lure people on his side with the honor program? no way someone would still fall for this BS lies.
Anyways, thank god the climax was not reached in this drama, so more entertainment for us Cheesy

This is beautiful because it's exactly what I (and many of us) guessed was going on.

There is one thing that surprised me, though. I assumed the pan-account "lockout" was due to him stiffing a contractor (leaserig.net) on a bill, which would fit his pattern of not paying bills. Turns out it's just because he fired everyone who had the ability to access them.

Garza should be commended for getting so many sketchy people in one organization. When your most ethical employee is that Eric guy who looked the other way when crimes were being committed, you've put together a rare team of scumbags.

Just going to re-post this here in case my post over at HT gets shadow-banned or I get out-right banned:

@MrCEO said:

Get a load of that crap! How can something stolen be considered consideration?

Consideration means you're giving something to someone. You can not give them something they already own!

Sounds to me you employed these contractors to close down Paybase and Zencloud... you didn't pay... so they they are holding the coins/prime controllers as collateral? You come on here saying they were "stolen"?

I don't think you'll get the proper sympathy from us.

I think the thing that is lost on everyone here, is that the contract shows that zencloud will be closing in 4 months or less. You will offer some sort of new revenue stream via "mini-primes" on probably hashbase.

Nobody else caught the analogy where Josh compared Team XPY's effort of "giving Paycoin back to the people" with "giving computers away to the projects" Huh

I once heard this retard claim he'd had professional PR training.... Must've been the same tutor that taught him to spell.

Any information on the mission of Blockchain Innovation at www.bci.io?
Its just ran by some of the former GAW folks.  Some we haven't heard of.

Looks like Jonah Dorman, Evan Lucas and Matt Eden

The Scamcoats are coming!
Anybody watching these assholes?

I think these first two guys are Jeff & Keith-"representing" the Hashtalkers

I would not trust any of these shady looking characters to mow my lawn. Seriously. Anybody who willingly invests in the trust of these obvious lying scumbags deserves what they get. I actually laughed out loud when the Rev Adam Gene Scott Matlack went on about "The Blockchain doesn't lie" a few minutes ago. DUH, and it said that the last "hack" story from you and your cohorts was complete bullshit. They know full well that the fucking fools in the Paycoin Cult will never take the time to actually look though, so they can say whatever they want.

Josh is still our CEO right?

I thought Paycoin is Bitcoin 2.0.... so i invested all my money into it. Please dont tell me i've lost it all.

You not lost all , just 99%

Cant wait for my next paycheck to lower my avg cost.

Then your paycheck better come quick before GAWd let remove PayCoin across the exchanges after a fork;)

You have to use LocalPayCoins then

Ryan Kennedy AKA moolah is now CEO. I'm sorry.

That would probably be an improvement. His spelling is better.
