"It's a free market"

So basically, you are trying to scam some unsuspecting purchaser by relying on him pushing the wrong button??

How can he start a complaint when he doesn't have anything to really complain about (besides being ignored)?

He thinks he entered a price, but when he sold his shares the price was different, but can't prove it.
The only thing they need to do now is say he entered the lower price himself (which could as well be true), and the case is closed.

Hard to say who is right here without the smallest proof to tip the scales.

The fact that they've given him contradicting answers and ignored him shows a lack of customer support skills. Hard to judge who is in the wrong here, but I will give the OP the benefit of the doubt for now.
I think the benefit should be given to GAW in this case. Every company occasionally has some confusion at the customer service level as reps will sometimes give answers to questions without thoroughly researching, this is a common issue in customer service type call centers.

There is not a trend of this happening and I am sure that there are bigger customers that GAW could have done this to.

They have been around for a long time, have no history of doing this and make much more money as of now acting honestly. I would say without proof of actual wrongdoing GAW can continue to be trusted

The whole thread can be summed up in these 2 posts:

I personally looked in to this and was able to confirm that the user above listed the Hashlets for the price they were sold for.

Unfortunately, we can not reverse transactions that we listed incorrectly by sellers.

Imagine a situation where every time a sellers sold a hashlet, then changed their mind (or listed incorrectly, we reversed it. Just like eBay, you can list your Hashlets for any price you want, and you can change it anytime before it's sold. But once it sells, it can not be reversed.

I hope this clears this matter up a bit.

Lie.

There was 3 tabs

my price - 900
fee - 45
and total - 855

And Im not the only one.

They say he wrote a wrong price and he says they are lying and he didn't.

I wish you luck, but unless they decide to favour the customer you won't be getting anywhere.

Start a complaint with the BBB (I assume you did not pay with a CC, so cannot do a chargeback): http://www.bbb.org/central-western-massachusetts/business-reviews/computers-software-and-services/gawminers-in-bloomfield-ct-316991

Despite you not being a US citizen (I assume?) you should still be able to pursue them there. The BBB has no real "teeth," but hopefully this will force GAW to take appropriate action instead of ignoring a problem customer.

edit:
Oh, and quit swearing when doing this ;p  Just make a clear (numbered) record of how many times you have attempted to contact them and what their replies have been. None of their replies match GAW_CEO's brusque dismissal, which means at least one person from GAW is lying. Perhaps their customer support is only lying from ignorance, but it just goes to show how terrible GAW is at helping anyone when something goes wrong. (and something goes wrong every time GAW implements any software features)

Collecting others that have the same problem would add credence to your case. Have them start BBB complaints as well.

Still nothing. Even the bot "Samantha" dont answer.
Its 16 days issue. Gawsome...

I hear and feel your pain, hell, they stopped even giving me ANY support after 1 week of really simple tickets and me yelling at them due to their moronic excuses and mental retardation at solving any problem...

Today, I finally sold all my shit on their 9-year old's "beta" website, and now the morons "Have disabled btc withdrawals" due to a bug in the prime buy backs... wtf... i can't even rid myself of these pathetic wastes of life.... thanks for the update, and for the record, I KNOW the CEO is full of shit as well on his post about your predicament up above.. scammers be a scammin' ... Gawsome indeed.

If you were to let people chance their mind about the selling price then nothing would stop a seller from selling their hashlets then change their mind several weeks later when the difficulty increases less then expected

No cuts in OP. Smiley

sorry, didn't mean to imply that you did.  it was more for the CEO to respond to why the GAW reps could not assist with the same simple answer he gave.

your answer seems pretty straight forward and simple, just a little curious why that was not explained/conveyed in the communication thread OP posted, unless OP did not disclose that or simply cut that part out ?

I posted a support ticket but after 2 days of waiting they still didn't fix it :/

They continue to work hard. I think they are complete of incompetents if they can not fix the problem for 12 days. Or not even try, just lie and hang me...

Interesting link for their customer support and their attitude towards customers. http://hashlets.info/?p=174%20just%20fyi
