Making a video would be a great idea, it would be solid proof this is a error on there side and not yours.

No, I have not. I never thought it would happen like this. And I'm not the only one with this problem. Maybe I should make a video for any future action on zencloud.

Do you have a proof that you listed it for 900 and not e.g. 90? Because that would've been a common mistake.

I personally looked in to this and was able to confirm that the user above listed the Hashlets for the price they were sold for.

Unfortunately, we can not reverse transactions that we listed incorrectly by sellers.

Imagine a situation where every time a sellers sold a hashlet, then changed their mind (or listed incorrectly, we reversed it. Just like eBay, you can list your Hashlets for any price you want, and you can change it anytime before it's sold. But once it sells, it can not be reversed.

I hope this clears this matter up a bit.

Lie.

There was 3 tabs

my price - 900
fee - 45
and total - 855

And Im not the only one.

If you wanted to sell the miners for $800, but entered $80 instead how is that GAW's fault?
I agree that this may require of them to set some foolproof boundaries blocking people from selling their miners for less than 50% of their purchase price or something, but it looks like in this case the error is not in the system but sitting in front of the screen

I believe the point here is, the OP listed them for one price and left it. Then came back and saw the price had been changed by someone else resulting in them achieving only 10% of the sale price.

Changed by someone else? So someone hacked his account and changed the price or what?
The problem I see here is the support didn't clearly inform him that all sales are final and there was nothing wrong with the transaction.

If this is true they can't do anything. If they reverse the transaction, they will take heat from the guy who bought your shares.

Be patient, it is their API problem. That issue is known, they just need to fix it. The negative balance is just wrong and will be corrected. Do not worry about it.

I see...
I wonder, is missing hashlets part of that problem too? just curious

slightly off topic but, I wouldn't trust gawminers anymore.. my balance just went negative and I don't even know why.

I posted a support ticket but after 2 days of waiting they still didn't fix it :/

Gawminers created a free market for their solo hashlets a week ago - https://cloud.zenminer.com/market .
Same day, I offered my 5 zen hashlets on the market to check how it works. At a price of $900. With a fee of $45 and $855 for me.
I could not find my offer on the market. And I left them for sale.
On my next visit to the site, was surprised to see that my hashlets are sold. But for $83.80 and got for them 0.20715360 BTC.

I never intended to sell them at this price. I wrote to support. Then I realized that I have not received payment for that day. I wrote this to the support team and began a long wait. I wrote most of the team members of the GAW/ZEN on hashtalk.org. No answer. I wrote in several threads in their forum where people had the same problem. Nothing. It's been two days and I wrote here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9019312 .
After another day GAW_Amber replied to the topic. The only thing that happened was that a disoriented girl which does not depend on anything, looked at my ticket.

Again wrote to GAW_Amber in hashtalk.org, and this time she answered. Reassure me that everything is fine(it was a lie, only Samantha was my "support", not Eric or someone else).

The next day, still nothing had happened.
At any time, at the mention of this topic, immediately(alarm) stepped gaw_jess - https://hashtalk.org/topic/9433/my-bitcoins-are-blocked/8
He promised me that everything would be solved that evening or at the latest the following morning.

In the morning, tells me extraordinary story about hashtalk.org and the associated delay in the decision in cloud.zenminer.com. Then continues to explain how work hard on my case.

Finally, they all stop writing.

I strongly recommend to everyone here, to stay away from GAW/ZEN.

Sorry for my bad english.
