Bitcoin may be the TCP/IP of money.
my desktop 7950 is mining between 20-28 on stock clock settings, seems -i doesn't affect on this card,
buy all my 7970s are doing no more than 15 per card, maybe my -i is too high for them? (use default -i 20)
or driver is too old? updating the driver now

does ram plays a role in hashing speed? coz my desktop has 32G or ram and only 1 GPU hashing.

what processors do you have in both?

desktop I have a fx8320 which is also hashing @ 6 core for 14.5S/s

4 cards rig has a E2160 that doing no hashing

it's CPU related? I tried to swap a 7950 out with my desktop card and the on in my desktop is still doing 22-28
but the one back to the rig is doing 16-19.....

or does OS matters?
My desktop is running windows 10 while my mining rig is running win 7 both are 64bit

5x 280x, AMD Driver 16.9.2, Win 10 x64

I can't get any options to work besides -c, -u, -p and -g.  Using -g makes miner run really slow.

My issue is crashing graphics driver.  Solution seems to be using -i from what im reading but i get unrecognised command for -i and the others listed.  Anyone else having this problem?  Drivers crash one by one every few minutes of mining.

Processor is an AMD Sempron 145.  I know it is slow but didn't think anything faster was needed when graphics cards are doing the mining.  Was also trying to not use as much electricity with this processor.  Anyway, so I need a faster processor?  Is that my problem...maybe?  Motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD.

Thanks guys!

Awesome work with this Genoil, getting almost 40 sol/s with my RX480s Cheesy

How???  Im not getting anywhere close to that.  Max of 25sol/s. Pretty disappointed actually.

Some settings for MSI or 280x cards for 0.5 version

genoil.exe -c poolurl:port -u loginname.worker -p x -i 15 -w 64 -P 0 -g 0 1
pause

set -g acording to how many gpus you got. if -i 15 is too much and amd driver crashes pop down to 14 or 13.

Running my 280x for almost 20min without any crash or errors. Will continue to report back in status Smiley

zec-sa#0: 36.9S/s       zec-sa#1: 30.5S/s       total: 67.4S/s

-15 doesnt do anything for you

-i parameter sets 2-log of equihash bucket size & OpenCL global work size. Only the following values are supported: 20, 19, 18, 16. Lower values will usually lower performance, but free up GPU resources for desktop work or dual mining.

Well setting at -20 just kills the amd drivers so meh no idea still buggy miner will continue to work with it or remove intensity option

Can i mine CPU and GPU at the same time?

Yes i use the suprnova miner. Set the rigth amount of threads so u dont lose gpu intensity.

Miner keeps losing connection with Suprnova and stops mining.

@Genoil

Thanks for miner, On 12 rigs it works fine, 1 rig not so..

All rigs windows 8 x64, 280x

This is what happens when I run the .bat

Then when I run it as admin..

It did ask for mscvr120 and mscvp120.dll which I downloaded manually.

Cheers

Fixed this,

The rig had corrupt msvcr120.dll & msvcp120.dll files.

I have really weird results.

Using OpenCL platform: AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing
gpu#0: Tahiti
gpu#1: Ellesmere
gpu#2: Tonga

zec-sa#0: 27.6S/s       zec-sa#1: 30.6S/s       zec-sa#2: 22.2S/s       total: 80.3S/s
zec-sa#0: 24.2S/s       zec-sa#1: 29.0S/s       zec-sa#2: 22.6S/s       total: 75.7S/s
zec-sa#1 submitting solution
zconn submitted and accepted.

So my R9 280x is almost getting as much as my R9 480x?  My R9 380x is getting less than the 280x.  Why is my RX 480 getting suck poor results?

I'm going to keep it brief this time  Grin:

https://github.com/Genoil/ZECMiner (planning to keep the reade up to date on this one!)

Binaries only, sorry.

So until the big boys are ready with their 100Sol/s cannons, you can mine some ZEC with this piece of shit. Highly unstable but pretty fast thanks to @mrb's SilentArmy kernels. yay

I think getting to 100sols is going to be a lot tougher than getting to 50 was.  At least on the 256-bit AMD cards.  On Hawaii cards I think you'll see 80-90 on cards that can manage a 1.4Ghz memory clock, while the Rx 480 will max out around 60.  The inability of AMD GCN to efficiently do IO in less than 64-byte chunks is the issue.

clGetDeviceIDs at the 480 8GB(Sapphire) with modified bios at 0.5 version, tried all commands, not one not helped... But excellent work at the Radeon 390
