I don't see how any country can rule that Bitcoin is legal tender. Legal tender means that it can be used in settlement of a debt, and, as not everybody is capable of accepting Bitcoin, I don't see how any government can create a legal obligation to accept it.

Germany is known as a friendly country for new technology, as long as the technology is able to benefit everyone and become one solution to a problem. I have long heard that Germany has legalized bitcoin to be a legitimate method of payment but I do not see from the lateness that happened in Germany could affect other countries to follow legalize bitcoin.

As we all know that governments can not ban or destroy Bitcoin directly, it does not make sense to focus on indirect methods when they have the chance to legitimize it and allow users to disclose it. Their government can always track users who are using it for illegal purposes because we have seen such examples. I am currently seeing a possible reversal of the bitcoin price in the coming months.
