Tim Leibold from Hamburg SV will probably move to the USA.

That is certainly a good decision for Tim Leibold. He has been only a substitute lately at Hamburger SV. And since his contract only ran until the summer and the club did not longer showed any interest in planning further with him, this step is understandable. Now he is going to Sporting Kansas City for three years.

For Hamburger SV, however, it now means that they need a new defender on the left side.

Tim Leibold from Hamburg SV will probably move to the USA. he will get a good new contract with Sporting Kansas City.
he will get 2 million dollars for 3 years. it is less than CR7 in Saudi Arabia but better than we all get here with Bounty in three years.
Tim had a few good months at HSV until he got injured. after that he never got back to his good old form.
so it's good for him that he got another good contract and a bit more money for his later life without football.

Hamburger SV is fighting for the top spot in the table. And their performance this season is quite good. They are now second in the points table. But I think they should change their game plan. Although they have performed well, they have lost 5 matches this season. Tim Walter should change his match strategy. Their squad is now quite strong. If they can perform somewhat consistently they can go to the top of the table. But Darmstadt and Heidenheim are playing very well. Basically these three teams will continue to fight for the top spot in the table.

The main thing is to return to Bundesliga, I don’t think that they set their main goal, to win Bundesliga 2. Ganover and Kaiserslautern will also retain the chances, the lag of 5 points is not so critically, this is only half the season, the whole struggle is still ahead. But I think that Hamburg has very good chances to return to Bundesliga next season, in the near future they will have two friendly matches with Cologne and Freiburg, they are trying to agree on matches with the Bundesliga teams.

Yes, in fact this is aglo that cannot be denied, HSV is one of the best teams in the Second Bundesliga, if they continue as they are going, they can go up, and in part I think they deserve it, it is a team that can do it well and they need to measure themselves against the best, now the team that is really that I have always liked since last season with St Pauli, so many emcoines that made us hit, not now, now I don't know what happened to them, but I think that to pear Of the HSV problems after what happened with the drugs, this has greatly harmed the team, and it affects everyone in part, from the coaching staff to each of their players.

Hamburger SV has already lost a few games and reached 4th place at the end.

Hamburger SV started the new season with the same coach from last season for the first time. When they failed to achieve the goal of promotion the years before they also sacked the coach. The club seems to have finally understood how important it is to have a constant.

I am going to be honest, in my opinion the latitude of a team like HSV is something that I do not like to see from a team, whoever it comes from, if they have problems at the management level, if they have problems with the players, that is something they should they take forecasts and have them all arranged to be able to do things well when they play, I know that they had problems with a player due to the drug they found in his body, so I think that this may also be a precedent, but the truth is that all this is Quite disappointing, a team shouldn't be let down, they have to get ahead, HSV have a lot of fans, anyway the 2nd Bundesliga always gets like this. The fact of losing first place is somewhat disappointing for me, because they have a very good run, they had a very good run.

I think Hamburger SV will make it this year and get promoted to the 1st Bundesliga. But I think they will have a hard time in the 1st Bundesliga. In the past, the expectations were always higher than what they could achieve. I do not think that has changed. There are still problems in the managementboard and these people are being dismissed too quickly. There is no constant to be seen.

yes. this year it's finally supposed to go up. but like every year there's still the bad month of april.
Hamburger SV has already lost a few games and reached 4th place at the end. but if hsv doesn't get promoted to the 1.Bundesliga this season,
it won't happen for the next 5 years either. I think this season there are not so good teams in the 2.Bundesliga.
last year Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen were the big competitors. this season it is normally a bit easier.
and who knows which club will come out of the 1.Bundesliga next season. then it won't be easier for Hamburg if they don't make it this season.

The result of the B sample from Vuskovic is finally published. EPO was also detected there. But that was also expected. It would have been very unusual if this sample had been negative. He will probably now be banned for 4 years.

Vuskovic has a market value of 5 million euros. Hamburger SV can depreciation this sum. Furthermore they have to look for a new defender. These will be turbulent weeks.

oha. but that's not good news. if it's all true, there could be a 4-year ban. that would be a catastrophe for hsv.
he's always shown very good games lately. if vuskovic is missing now, hsv needs another player.
but who's going to pay him. and is there a fine for vuskovic? not a good winter for hsv.

Wow, that's really bad news, just when things are going well for HSV these things happen, I think this has a lot to do with bad luck that can happen in a team, plus I don't see the need for them. To do something like this, a player must play according to his ability and according to what he has in mind, his motivation, his everything, HSV is a team that was doing things well, and the player hasn't played for 4 years It's practically a life gone by the board, what can that player do if he doesn't have action here? How can he live if all he can do is play soccer? As a player, life can be thrown away so ugly.

I think Hamburger SV will make it this year and get promoted to the 1st Bundesliga. But I think they will have a hard time in the 1st Bundesliga. In the past, the expectations were always higher than what they could achieve. I do not think that has changed. The truth is, I hope it is like that, this team has shown that they have a good level of football, it is time for them to go to the Bundesliga and show what they are made of, however, I would think very carefully about what has happened to them and they are right. laying off a lot, linking to a player who is doped is something that does not look very good, German football is very delicate with these things, it is very strange that these things are seen in football, and to us as As football fans we get an idea of what Maradona did at that time, I thought that this was already an issue and that no player messed with such substances, but sometimes things don't go the way you want.

29 years young. only coached one club before and the club was active in the regional league.  (FC Pipinsried) whether that was the right decision? i'm not so sure.
but the managers of FC.St.Pauli must know better. otherwise they wouldn't have promoted Hürzeler to head coach. but it's not easy to get a good, well-known coach in the winter who then costs as little money as possible.
i wish him good luck and hope that st.pauli stays in the 2.bundesliga. a drop to the 3.bundesliga would be a catastrophe. financially anyway.

St. Pauli now also has an assistant coach. Peter Nemeth. He is 50 years old and could be Timo Schultz dad. But he is a assistant coach with experience. He was previously in Dynamo Dresden and Arminia Bielefeld. He achieved with Bielefeld the promotion to the first Bundesliga in 2020. But now he has to make sure that St. Pauli will not get relegated. Promotion is currently out of the question.

If Hamburger can actually qualify for the Bundesliga, it would be a remarkable achievement for them. But it is going to be challenging for them if they continue to perform like what they are doing right now. First of all, they will have to be consistent. Without being consistent, they will not be able to stay at the top of the table. There will always be another team that performs better if they are not consistent, and the other team will also have a chance to get promoted to the Bundesliga. And another thing you know, the defense of hamburgers was not very convincing. They have to perform well defensively.

Hamburger are one of the teams i want to see promoted first because they were such a great team and second because what happened to them on the recent seasons and how close they were to being promoted. this season so far is going good they are on the second position with only two points away from the leaders next they will face braunschweig a team from the bottom of the table on paper it seems like an easy game but they must be carefull since these teams always create problems for them but i expect them to win.

St Pauli has a new coach. After Timo Schultz was dismissed 2 weeks ago and the assistant coach Fabian Hürzeler took over the training, the club has decided to make him head coach as well. This is his first job as a head coach. Before that he was always an assistant coach. Now St. Pauli have to improve in defence and attack so that they will not get relegated at the end of this season.

With 29 years he is even the youngest coach from Bundesliga 1 to 3.
Maybe he is also the right coach. Maybe he manages to strike the right note? We will see.
But as you wrote, it is difficult to get a new coach in the winter time. Maybe they will just try to stay in the 2nd Bundesliga until the summer and then look further. Because there were no details about the duration of his contract from the club.

Vaccinized.. immunity level is full.
I had read that a judgement is expected before the end of January. It should also be in the interest of all parties to reach a result quickly. Hamburger SV has to plan for the next season and also for the current season. I assume that Hamburger SV is no longer planning with Vuskovic.
But there are already rumours. Hauke Wahl from Holstein Kiel would be a possible candidate. His contract expires in summer and he knows the Hamburger SV coach from their time together when Tim Walter was the coach in Kiel.
ok. today Hamburger SV extended the contract with sporting director Jonas Boldt until 2025. so this issue is also settled and Boldt can now look for a new defender.
now we have to see if Tim walter will also extend his contract. i hope that a new defender will be presented before the start of training on 2 january.
We will find out in the next few days/weeks whether Hauke Wahl from Holstein Kiel will play for Hamburger SV.

Darmstadt's performance this season has been very good. They are at the top of the table with 36 points from 17 matches. And their performance is quite stable now. Now if they make any changes within the team then the effect will be seen in their performance. I wouldn't be surprised if the team's performance becomes unstable. And so I would say, since they have been able to perform consistently well this season, they should not make any changes within the team now. Extending the contracts of the players of the team will only be profitable for them.
Exactly. Never change a winnig team. It is an important signal for the whole team that the club plans the future and that the players themselves see a good future. Darmstadt has every chance of playing in the first Bundesliga next season. I think that this prospect has also persuade Tobias Kempe and Klaus Gjasula to extended their contracts.

Darmstadt should keep their squad unchanged. And thus trying to continue the performance. They have to sign new contracts with the players. If the players of the team change, the effect will be seen in their overall performance. Darmstadt will need to add new players to their squad if they are to qualify for the Bundesliga next season. Darmstadt needs to form a stronger squad to play in the Bundesliga. Looking forward to seeing what Darmstadt management decides.

I had already commented on this in the past, when a team is playing very well, they are performing well, so nothing should be changed, if the team sells a player it will change the entire structure of the team that made the team win games, so in the same way that if the team hires new players, these new players when they enter the field to play will not be synchronized with the old players, so the team will not be well and will not have good results, there are several times when coaches hire players thinking that with this will make the team start to play well, but what was expected of them playing well, they start to play badly

and people start to wonder why the coach changed the team that was playing well to put new players and make the team start to play very badly? the coach spent money on bringing in new players and the team that previously had good results starts to have bad results, this creates anger in the old players, in the club management and in the team's fans, by that I mean that if a team is playing well , so nothing should be changed

Hamburger SV does not have many alternatives to replace his position. He was an important player and would have been very important for the goal of promotion. It is certainly disappointing for the other players that he doped.
I tried to find information on the internet about when the last doping case took place. But I could not find anything quickly. According to  few media articles it seems there are not very often doping controls.

when will the verdict come? is there already a date known? i read that it might be in february. and who will be the new central defender?
there are not that many good players on the market this winter. it will be very difficult to find a good replacement.
