I just feel different teams can be handled different way by each coach. You may have the best coach but without the best players most suitable for the task, he’ll fail woefully and I think that is the case of Kompany at Burnley. Bayern Munich knew what they saw in him that they quickly gave him an offer, a long term contract because of how good of a coach he’ll be for the team when he’s signed. The appointment of him as the head coach is gradually paying off for them. He has a big task in the domestic league games and the champions league, I just hope he’s able to deliver all.

Even last week I remember replying to angry Bayern fans for not being "dominative" enough against some smaller teams in the league. Like dude, give it a goddamn break. I also miss the pre-season times where everyone was shit-talking Kompany, where some people just saw the part where he got his team relegated, and that was enough for them to judge him.

I love how people are reverting their statements now and claiming how happy they are to see Bayern doing good. I am just so proud of Kompany, because he did not let the criticism get into his head, and silenced everyone with the club's performances on the field. They have been invincible so far and displayed amazing performances. I saw some of his press conferences too, and he just touched so many hearts from the press conferences. He is a brilliant manager, great at managing his players, and a top personality.

Fair play to Bayern management for giving Kompany a go, and just turning the club around by a 180 degree. The club failed miserably last season, and this year they are so so good. If you are a Bayern fan, you are having the time of your life for sure.
