Maybe the Leverkusen team is still strong enough. But we don't see much good performance from Leverkusen players in friendly matches. But friendly matches are not that important. In these matches, the coach finds the weakness of his squad.

Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso is an excellent coach. And he is very hardworking. There is no doubt that Leverkusen won the title last season thanks to Alonso's hard work. So we should have confidence in Alonso's ability for next season as well. It is expected that the Leverkusen team will aim to win the title next season as well. And it is with this in mind that Alonso is building his squad. Bayern Munich will go on to dominate the Bundesliga. But Xabi Alonso will not let the road to the title be easy for Bayern Munich.

Leverkusen are going to have another tournament to compete in this season you know, the Champions League.    I'm really curious about how good Xabi Alonso will deal with this.

I mean he is going to be expected to be successful in not only Bundesliga but also there this time. If I elaborate "success in the CL", I assume the expectation would be to qualify from league phase at least.

Can they do this though? If we see another dedicated effort this year too then why not?    With that kind of a performance they can even beat some of the biggest title contenders.

Yes, I remember how Dortmund lost the League in their last mach to Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga was tough last two season because Dortmund were very serious despite starting the season with some poor performances. But the main problem with Dortmund is selling their players especially the important once, if they couldn't have sold Haaland to Manchester City, they could have won the League last two seasons ahead of Bayern Munich, and they sold Bellingham last season to Madrid which also affected their performance last season either.


I hope Leverkusen can keep their performance again next season because with the preparations Munich is making as well as Dortmund and other teams in the League, I think Alonso need to make some necessary preparations because the performance he displayed at the Emirate stadium yesterday didn't shows that he is well prepared for anther seaon.

Borussia Dortmund are always a lucky team in the Bundesliga when it comes to breeding of young players. They are the best at it and they will always be as far as football is still concerned for now. They are capable of raising youngsters faster and get them sold to big team for big money, in cases like that, they always maintain their stance at the top spot in the league and also have enough profit from the sales of the players. They have this mastery in bringing up young players quickly than any other team but what I feel they lack if winning of trophy mentality. They’ve lost that all and have not being able to provide enough results for that no matter how they try and make it to the finals in some competitions they’re participating in.

Even though Stuttgart may have sold several key players, but the reality is that Stuttgart is also quite active in the player transfer window this time because Stuttgart has also bought several players as well as other  players who have also returned from loan spells. Thus, I think there is still a good chance for Stuttgart to still be able to compete in the top four next  season. But at least,if Stuttgart can still compete at least in the top six, I think Stuttgart will still be good.

Because after all, basically Stuttgart is not a luxury team with lots of star players and also, basically Stuttgart is not a team that always succeeds in getting into the race for trophies every season. Therefore, if for example Stuttgart is still competing in the top six then I think this is still good for Stuttgart. Because at least,  Stuttgart also has good management and thus, it is still quite possible that Stuttgart will have a good performance next season.

I don't think the board of borrusia Dortmund did made a mistake, it's been in their policy the trade of players be it their star or not, they make good profit of it and at same time are able to breed new set of players that still helps them stay a float such that they always maintain decent stance in the table most often than others does. What I see is happening at this time is the change in the era and breed of players such that what was applicable before may be fading away except if some adjustments are made to get it suiting into the new era least they get the team setting back with their performance and results.

The last two seasons have been very competitive for the Bundesliga because, previously, it would even be won by Dortmund but unfortunately Dortmund could not get the opportunity until then it was still won by Bayern Munich, and finally in the last season Bayern Munich no longer got their seat because it was taken by Bayer Leverkusen with a very far difference.

And for this season it will definitely be more competitive again in the Bundesliga because in terms of Bayern Munich does have a change, Bayer Leverkusen also still maintains its championship squad so other competitors such as Dortmund and Leipzig will definitely have an increase for one season ahead, I am very impatient how the Bundesliga is warm again after several seasons dominated by Bayer Munich.

Leverkusen is still in a strong form when it comes to Bundesliga, don't forget that it is only a friendly match and Arsenal is an English team. Xabi Alonso knows that challenge ahead of him next season because his men will also be playing in the Champions League which will make him come up with additional tactics to improve the team.

Bayern Munich are the favorite because they have dominated the league for so long and most people still believe in them because their players are strong but what they need is a good coach that will help them achieve constant victory like before. I hope Kompany can do that for them.

Compared to several pre-season matches played by European clubs in the last few weeks, I see that the Arsenal vs Leverkusen match is a match that we can say is exciting even though in this match Leverkusen lost with a very large goal margin, but in this match we can actually assess strength from both teams for the season, because both fielded the main squad in that match and that it was very different from the pre-season matches of other teams which prioritized young squads to play, Arsenal performance in that match was very good as well as Leverkusen game which was able to dominate the match, Arsenal had a fairly fast attack and effective but unfortunately Leverkusen had a poor defense in that match. Alonso may not have instructed his players to play optimally in that match, but I think Alonso should be able to evaluate their defense so they are ready to compete next season in the Bundesliga and also the Champions League.

We should not open out mouth and say things what if they make it to top four their is nothing that can be done, last season they fucked up and making it to the finals in the champions league they actually need some credit for that because how many clubs were able to make it to the champions league final, at them making that attempt shows that they have been trying to work hard. They might focus this season we never can tell they will be the one to decide that through their performance. I know they won't make it to the champions league final again am sure of that. What ever issue they might be having they should better settle it early so that it does not affect the performance of the club.


Leverkusen Have won the people's hearts and they believe in them so much than even Bayern because with Kompany of board we can not decide what exactly what they will come up with this season so the highest percentage should be going to Leverkusen for now since we can not decide who is going to do better. The changes Bayern made be what will bring them down you know it is still going to be difficult to decide because of the new change. The way at which things are changing in Bundesliga is amazing because the entertainment will be much because of thirst for winning is going to be high.

I am interested in waiting for the performance of Sebastian Hoeness and his team for the upcoming competition, because several of Stuttgart's mainstay players have left in the summer transfer window. Since Stuttgart was handled by Sebastian Hoeness, this team has often troubled other elite teams in the Bundesliga and was able to finish as runners-up. The upcoming season will be a challenge for this coach. Talking about Bayern Munich, this Bundesliga giant always has a chance to win the Bundesliga trophy, especially since this team is filled with players who are above average in quality compared to its competitors. The question is, can Vincent Kompany achieve success with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga? This is a very challenging job for him, at least at the beginning of his career managing teams at the level of The Bavarian. We hope that everything goes as desired, namely that all clubs that previously played well can maintain their performance, especially Leverkusen and Stuttgart. If that goes as expected, at least we have an idea that there will be 4 clubs ready to compete for the title next season. And one more thing, we hope that there will be other clubs that can provide surprises like Stuttgart and Leverkusen, if that happens then everything will be even more interesting.

The Bundesliga has been dominated by Bayern Munich for too long, after Leverkusen's success last season it made us even more excited to see the competition in the Bundesliga. Leverkusen has proven that clubs that were previously not considered can make surprises as long as they can play well and consistently. This should be a motivation for other clubs to be able to do the same thing as Leverkusen, even though it is not easy.

VfB Stuttgart seems to be having a hard time consistently competing in the top standings. Meanwhile the competition between Bayern Munich and Leverkusen will continue next season, because for Bayern Munich, winning the trophy is a must to restore its existence. And Dortmund is between the two clubs that can take advantage of the opportunity to overtake at any time without having to follow the competition between Bayern Munich and Leverkusen. For position 4, I definitely agree to keep RB Leipzig as a worthy club. So for Stuttgart it will not be easy to break into the top.

You know Dortmund is the only team that was competing with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga despite not winning trophies but it got to a point when they started dropping in performance and one of the reasons why Dortmund have not been winning many trophies is because I feel the club is just in for business of producing and developing young players and later sell them to other European top clubs. Players like Erling Haaland, Ousmane Dembele, and Jude Bellingham are all players that was developed by the club and was later signed to other top clubs and they are doing pretty well in their respective clubs. Dortmund is still very much recognized in the Bundesliga so they will continue to qualify for the champions league even if they miss out in a season they can still qualify again the following season because they have a lot of young players that are developing in the squad.

Just Because Bayern Leverkusen won the Bundesliga last season doesn't make them an automatic competitive team in the German top league because they just came to the limelight of the Bundesliga last season so until they have maintained consistent performance in upcoming seasons, only then we can be able to classify them as one of the strong teams in the German Bundesliga and let us not forget the Performance of Stuttgart last season, any team can take the Bundesliga by surprise this season, just in same way Bayern Leverkusen did last season so it may not be Bayern Munich or Bayern Leverkusen.

It was really unfortunate for Naby Keita where last season he left Liverpool to join Werder Bremen but only one season from his contract agreement until 2026, but Werder Bremen stated to part ways with him. Maybe his physical fitness prevented him from being able to enter the Werder Bremen squad and we know where his injury history while still at Liverpool is still recurring at Werder Bremen.

Maybe that's what made Werder Bremen have to decide to let him go and I think at the age of 29 if no team is interested in him then maybe he will retire sooner than we think.

Could there be a Bundesliga team interested in bringing him in? because Naby Keita will leave for free and maybe the most worrying thing is the injury that could recur at any time.

In my opinion, since last season, Leverkusen has always been bad in international matches, although they managed to win because they had a good defense, and in some cases they won because they were lucky enough to score a goal at the end of the game, and the problem doesn't end there, and the international matches that Leverkusen played were against weak teams in their local leagues, and yesterday Liverkusen played against a strong Premier League team that is at a much higher level than West Ham, who Leverkusen beat last season in the Europa League game. Arsenal is a team that is at a level capable of rivaling Manchester City in the fight for the Premier League title, which is why in my opinion I see this defeat for Leverkusen as being a normal defeat. It's very difficult for Leverkusen to stop these Arsenal players: Gabriel Jesus, Leandro Trossard, Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Declan Rice, Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah.

Arsenal were playing with their best players in this game.


And it is the players who have managed to make Arsenal a strong team capable of competing with Manchester City. Leverkusen definitely had no chance of winning this game and this raises another question:

In the European Champions League, Leverkusen will play against very strong teams, Will Leverkusen be able to achieve any good results in the European Champions League games?

They have to keep performing well if they want to be able to make top 4 because the league is getting more and more competitive and last season they couldn’t make top 4 which means they have to improve and put in more effort in order to challenge for the top 4 positions. If they bring in more quality players then it will not be impossible, they have signed one of the league’s top scorer for last season Guirassy from Stuttgart which will be a useful signing for them.

The competition will be very intense and on a different level this season, both teams have a young coach which are very talented. Bayern Munich will bring in more quality players and will have the advantage over Bayern Leverkusen but it won’t be easy for Munich again as it were in the past. We could see another team join up the race so in this league now anything is possible.

This season will also be more competitive with more significant changes on the part of Bayern Munich, because the Leverkusen team itself will still be strong enough to make the Bundesliga more interesting to follow by many people besides the Bundesliga fans themselves. I also want to see the two teams meet this season with their level of ability which has been extraordinary so far so that the best will be seen again at their level of dominance this season.

I agree that a lot of very good players was leaving Stuttgart but as far i have seen yesterday on Sky Transfer News Deniz Undav will be stay in Stuttgart.
And his contract will be going to 2027 and i think that is a very good thing for Stuttgart even he wasnt cheap for them.

I would not cut Stuttgart off and for sure they will and have to be competitive when they playing in the Champions League and the German League.
Maybe they getting a few  young good players in the next weeks , how knows.

Yes, most likely they will be able to, Stuttgart let go of many important players for the team and now I doubt that they will be able to stay at the top of the standings again. We will soon see what they are capable of in the match for the Super Cup with Bayer, by the way, bookmakers offer a odds 1.88 for Bayer to win, which looks pretty good.
And considering that Stuttgart will most likely be uncompetitive in the new season, Dortmund will have three main competitors left, Bayern, Bayer and Leipzig, so yes, they will be in the top 4. But that is not what is interesting, but what Bayern will be like.
