You are right. There are a lot of challenges in the Bundesliga and for Vincent Kompany because many people didn't believe in him in the firdt place, they thought that the job of managing Bayern Munich that will be willing to take back their title winning monopoly back from Leverkusen is too big for an inexperience manager like him who couldn't help Burnley to escape relegation in the Premier League last season. Because of these, Vincent Kompany has no room for errors, he has to keep given his best to make sure he almost wins all the matches that come his way, and from his performance so far in all competition, he started well, and he can do it to help Bayern gain back their dignity in the Bundesliga.

That was true for the first games but no that Kompany had a great start in the Bundesliga as well as the Champions League I think if there would be a game that isn't going so well ( for example maybe this weekend against Leverkusen ) he would be forgiven. In these first games he kind of already proved that he does have the knowledge to move a team forward, even when it's such a huge name as Bayern Munich. No team or coach os prefect and single games that are lost aren't a problem. These problems arise only if the team doesn't play good and convincing football over a stretch of games and/or or get the results they want and need over several games in a row.

Leverkusen is not playing close to its performance last year. They suffered their first defeat against Leipzig. In the Bayern match, they will be playing away and their form has dropped. Moreover, Bayern is in very good shape. They are very efficient in goal. When we put these together, we understand once again why Bayern is the favorite. Bayern can win the match and leave Leverkusen behind for the championship. Therefore, I am sure they will prepare very well for the match.

Yea, you are very much correct on larger part of what you actually said, but I don't agree to when you said that they lost the league because of the change of manager, no, though the changes actually affected their performance negatively, but even though Nagelsman was not sacked, I don't think they would have been able to wrestle the title away from the hands of Bayer Leverkusen, because last year, Bayer Leverkusen was just too hot, and their consistency was what I am quite sure that Bayern Munich would not have been able to match, even though Nagelsman was still their coach.

But as for this season, I think they are pretty good, and by the look of things, they can now compete as the Bayern Munich of old we all know.

All praises duly deserved are now been given to Kompany after a lot of criticism against him to not been able to handle the team, that Bayern Munich is too big for him to handle after a failed managerial role in Burnley, the premier league side club which lead to their relegation from the league. I just feel different teams can be handled different way by each coach. You may have the best coach but without the best players most suitable for the task, he’ll fail woefully and I think that is the case of Kompany at Burnley. Bayern Munich knew what they saw in him that they quickly gave him an offer, a long term contract because of how good of a coach he’ll be for the team when he’s signed. The appointment of him as the head coach is gradually paying off for them. He has a big task in the domestic league games and the champions league, I just hope he’s able to deliver all.
