Xabi Alonso has done better at Bayer Leverkusen than Vincent Kompany at Bayern Munich even though both are doing well. And youbare right Kompany faces a lot of pressure at Bayern Munich because People expect a lot from him And Small mistakes can cost jobs.
Xabi has built good name at Leverkusen and has More freedom to try new things. Kompany experience playing for Manchester City helps but managing Bayern Munich is tougher. Xabi has advantage but Kompany leadership will be tested.
In my opinion it cannot be compared, because Xabi Alonso started handling Leverkusen when Leverkusen was slumping and at that time they were in the bottom of the standings approaching the relegation zone. It was a short journey in my opinion, because Xabi needed less than 3 seasons to be able to bring Leverkusen to win the title starting from 0 or even minus. While Vincent Kompany started handling Bayern Munich when they were actually still doing well, everything was exaggerated when they failed to defend the title, or in other words Vincent Kompany only needed a little improvement because in terms of capital Bayern Munich already had a very large capital to become champions again. So once again the two cannot be compared because they have different situations.
While we have two players or coaches from different leagues or conditions we can't compare them, but this season is going to be interesting because we are having both on same level even Kompany is having better sources and his club is also having dream start of the season which can give them good advantage against Bayer Leverkusen which is defending champions and having some pressure of giving their best like they have done in last season.

Bayer Leverkusen is doing good job as they are having good start of their new campaign but Bayern Munich start is also surprising with now coming games are going to be challenging as in next two months they are having the toughest opponents which will bring real test of Kompany quality and his ability to handle situations next six games could be vital for his career as they are having 2 big games in Champions League against Aston Villa and Barcelona and then four challenging games in Bundesliga against quality opponents.

Dortmund had an excellent outing against Brugge, not anything far from expected though. They were and executed everything well and sure enough they got the result they have wanted coming into the game. Dortmund didn’t create as much chances as expected but they were able to capitalize on the chances they had to score three goals in the game.
Brugge is actually not a difficult opponent for Dortmund, but Dortmund's victory also indicates that the Dortmund team is starting to develop at the start of this season regardless of the final results they get, but I highlight the Dortmund team's game under their new coach and indeed they have positive progress and that indicates that there will be an increasing performance if they can maintain their consistency.

Dortmund won the game against Brugge. It's quite far from your prediction. Though they won a bad game, the final score was not disappointing to me. I took a bet on Dortmund, and it went well.

In the first half, Dortmund lacked accuracy in their passing. And, in the second half, they lost control over the game, this due intensive pressure from brugge. They didn't create a good chance until the first goal scored by Gittens.

If Brugge had scored (which they could after they made some chances), the game would change, but Brugge didn't take their chances, and they did. They still won, but it wasn't a fine game to me though.

Also keep in mind that this is Brugge, it's not a major club like Real Madrid, Bayern or Manchester City.

Both managers have been impressive in their respective clubs but Xabi Alonso has made more impact with Bayern Leverkusen than Kompany has made with Bayern Munich. In terms of pressure I agree with you that Kompany will face more pressure with Bayern Munich because any little slip up someone will lose his job not like Xabi who has already made a name for himself with Leverkusen.

The difference between the two, besides the pressure issue, Xabi has proven to be successful at Bayer Leverkusen last season while Kompany is still very new at Bayern Munich so he has not proven anything, for now I think Xabi Alanso is still the best of Kompany.

Kompany did have a good season and he adapted quickly to Bayern Munich, that is very natural because he has a good squad and Bayern Munich is a great team, but he also has a lot of pressure at Bayern Munich. This is very different from Xabi Alanso coaching Leverkusen whose squad is as it is but last season they were able to win the Bundesliga trophy without being defeated, this will also be a confidence booster for Xabi Alanso this season to become the main competitor in the Bundesliga trophy fight.

But what is certain is that both of these coaches have a good future and even have the potential to become one of the best coaches and the real test for both coaches is at the end of this month. because the two teams will face each other, so here we can judge who is the best of the two coaches.

Mainz should be not a problem for Augsburg but mostly i was wrong in the last season on the friday games so dont count on me.

But the most interesting game on the coming weekend will be on Sunday , Stuttgart against Dortmund and i guess i will be here going for Dortmund.
But Stuttgart can be very good at home.

That's because Xabi Alonso has given some achievements for Leverkusen during his coaching this club while for Vincent Kompany this is his first season to be able to give satisfactory results for Bayern Munich. I think all head coaches have pressure in coaching a club including for Xabi himself where he must be able to maintain good achievements for Leverkusen, to be seen as a good coach and for Vincent Kompany this will determine his fate in the future if he can give what is expected by the club most likely his career as a coach will also be respected and he will not be underestimated anymore even though he does not have much experience but so far he has shown positive results for his club and looks more productive.
Xabi Alonso and Vicent Kompany used to be star players and they are very experienced as star players with many matches at highest level of competitiveness. Their past experience as star players is very helpful for them in their coach career. Xabi Alonso has more experience as a head coach than Vicent Kompany and it's natural that Xabi at the moment is receiving more good assessment than Vicent Kompany.

I take into account their positions as players too, Xabi Alonso was a central midfielder and Vicent Kompany was a central defender. I believe Xabi Alonso as a central midfielder had better vision on how a whole match goes, than Vicent Kompany. This player experience from their positions, can help Xabi Alonso better than Vicent Kompany.

Exactly, many people judge him based on his performance at Burnley, they didn't consider Burnley as a small team with low quality players, they only judge him because he failed to qualify for another season with them as they were relegated back to Championship; Nevertheless, if you are watching his games then, you will know that he is a good coach that can achieve greatness if he have the players that can serve him; and now that he have all he wants in Bayern Munich, he is showcasing his coaching experience and it is now favoring Bayern Munich.

You’re right and for a coach to succeed, he also needs to have good players on his team. This may be the case of Vincent Komoany at Burnley that made him not to succeed as their coach. Some people may still not believe entirely in this and will think that when a coach has all the best players he needs to play with, they can excel no matter the conditions of the managerial skills of the coach. Vincent Komoany started well and it shows like he’s going to do well for this team and make them be a top name team in this season in the Bundesliga and the champions league. He’s indeed showing a great talent as a manager, he’ll have to keep it up if he wants to win something this season.
In fact, Bayern Munich management was criticized a lot when they brought him to the team. Everyone said that they were better technical director alternatives and I can say that they were right about this. On paper, experienced, experienced coaches who had been successful in the past could have been brought in, but they preferred Kompany. As we can see, his technical knowledge is actually not bad. Bayern Munich is doing a very successful job in attacking football. In the last match in the Champions League, where they scored nine goals, this is a result of

I think if we compare the two young coaches Kompany with Xabi Alonso, coach Kompany still has more favorable conditions when owning a top Bundesliga team. With a star-studded squad, coach Kompany's job is simple, he just needs to help Bayern Munich regain their form. As for Xabi Alonso, he made the impossible possible, when he took a team that was relegated, and Xabi Alonso transformed the team to achieve the achievements they have today.
But in terms of pressure, I think coach Kompany will probably be the one under the most pressure. He is on the knife's edge, the Bayern Munich board can execute Kompany at any time. Just make a mistake. Grin

All teams, both coaches and players, will certainly get their own pressure, Xabi has fought very well last season and he has given the title to the Leverkusen team and Kompany with his current game they are very convincing that they can make Munich return to the trophy path, of course before they get there they have to go through the obstacles that exist of course the obstacles experienced by Leverkusen and Munich will not be the same but they will get those obstacles.

Of course failure will always be highlighted by the media because they will get it from football lovers and of course for every player or coach must be able to overcome such things with a mentality of not caring, and I think Xabi and Kompany will not be fooled by the media spotlight because they come from players who can be said to be quite strong mentally.

It's like I was wrong initially when Kompany waa announced as Bayern Munich coach because I thought that he will not be able to understandthe players easiky and improve the team performance, but that was not true because from the look of the club's performance since the beginning of this season it shows that Kompany is a coach who has the zeal and passion to bring success back to Bayern Munich, and it is possible for him to achieve it. The team has being performing extraordinary after he took over as manager.
There was a lot of controversy when the new coach of Bayern came in because of everything that Bayern represents, but personally I think that when a coach connects well with his players and the players with him they can do a great job. It is not a lie when we think that Leverkusen is one of the biggest titans of the Bundesliga, because the Bundesliga now has many teams that are looking for it such as Dortmund, Leverkusen, Bysern, it also cannot be denied that Bayern is one of the teams that has to recover quickly, since they are now looking for their leadership, that is what they are focusing on the most, directly Kompany is the one who is doing such a great management, I guess Bayern fans must adore Kompany.

It makes sense why many people doubted Kompany before, because his experience is still minimal, and in my opinion, those doubts will only disappear when Kompany successfully presents a trophy at the end of the season as proof of his managerial quality. The rejection received by Bayern Munich management from Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann and Ralf Rangnick, in my opinion, also influence a fair assessment of Kompany.
Actually, every manager will be doubted in their capacity when taking on a new responsibility, especially as a manager at a club like Bayern Munich who is trying to dominate the Bundesliga again. Quickly, the former Burnley manager has adapted, and with a series of victories that have been achieved, I am sure he will succeed in winning the hearts and trust of the fans. If this impressive performance is maintained, Kompany will not only be praised but also loved by the fans.

I'm part of the that his performance is shocking, I wasn't him to start off this good, yeah, though we have couple of months to go into the new season, the Bundesliga cup and champions league has begun ,coupled with other trophies, I don't want to talk about thos too much but, I'm still watching out Kompany is bringing to us at , giving that Bayern Kompany isn't that an experience coch when come to coaching
Well it's always good not for write anyone off almost immediately because definitely they may get you shocked and that's exactly what kompany is doing currently, the only time I'm really scared for him is at the point where he's going to have to maintain same performance on a very tight schedule where the champions League is coming in now along side the bundesliga and other league games that they will be playing soon, it's going to be a hectic one for him, so it will be better he prioritize a few and channel enough energy and get the best off them.

To be honest, I wasn't also expecting Vincent Kompany to be this good in his first season but I think one of the things that pushed him to his best was the intense criticisms he faced from many who doubted his managerial abilities after it was announced that Bayern Munich have appointed him as the club's manager. 15 goals in two their last two games is an unbelievable number and I hope they continue to excel as the season progresses.
No one expected this even before the season started it was not uncommon to doubt Kompany's capacity which was considered too weak to coach the Bayern club so the current situation for Bayern is definitely not too unexpected for most people.  But this is the only way for Kompany to prove himself and indeed he has been able to do his best until now.

I think for now the view of Kompany should be a little higher than the previous doubts because after all with the performance he has now where the EPL style that Kompany wants to try to apply in the Bundesliga still looks quite comfortable for his performance and now he just has to be able to continue to maintain Bayern's excellent condition at least at the beginning of this season and Kompany must not feel that he can be consistent now because in the end the season has just started and there is still a long way to go for the trophy this season.

For the fact that I know that Bayern Munich management will not make the wrong decision towards their team. Make me believe that there is some potential they see in Kompany before bringing him as the manager of the club. Although everybody criticises Kompany's ability to manage this team, everybody was not supporting the management action for bringing Komapny as the manager.

Right now, Kompany is surprising everyone with the way Bayern Munich are performing. The funniest part is how they turn up in the match and the goals they scored under the management of Vincent Kompany. I don’t think we all expect this much performance from Komapny. I hope the performance goes like this till the end of the season.

Bayern Munich are known for scoring plenty of goals when it comes to playing against a weaker team or when they see the opportunity presenting itself for them to score more. Vincent Kompany may have been moved to perform this great because of the much criticisms he received but I think he’s still doing his best to see that the team finishes in a good position by the end of the season. With the matches played to far in the Bundesliga, a lot would have already be expecting him to make Bayern triumph and win the Bundesliga this season and not just a runner up like last season which they were defeated by Bayern Leverkusen to miss out on the trophy. I just hope this consistency continues till the end of the season because that’s the only way he can come out victorious, consistency matters a lot.

I was one of the people who criticized Kompany because Burnley was relegated from the English premier league, I still don't know why Bayer Munich's management could attract Kompany to their team, maybe what you say is true he saw something in Kompany that no one else knew, because he was in the job and yes the results were quite satisfactory during the season both in the Domestic league and in the UCL, they are always showered with goals in every match, especially with Kane who is a Goal Machine in every league he participates in, he is an extraordinary executor to make goals, with this most likely Leverkusen and Dortmund must be even better to be able to keep up with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga.

I think Dortmund will have some problems with Brugge. They won the last four consecutive games and are in decent shape while Feyenoord Rotterdam is having some problems recently and Leverkusen just got going again as you could see in the last game. Dortmund needs a high level of efficiency as I think it won't be the typical game where they have a lot of ball possession. I think Brugge shouldn't be underestimated at home. Feyenoord neither of course, but Leverkusen is in a good spot despite their loss in the Bundesliga against RB Leipzig. It was more an accident than a convincing victory for Leipzig, hence I expect Leverkusen to be in full control.

Brugge is in good shape after winning four games on the bounce, Brugge will be tough, especially at their place. While Dortmund usually enjoys more ball possession, they would need to be very clinical to win through this match. Surely, Leverkusen also looks eager not to continue with a loss after Leipzig defeated them but showcased the next game as maybe the one to portray what they are really made of. Feyenoord might be going through a rough patch, but problems were never to be underestimated.

I think this game eventually took a turn that was not really anticipated most of the time during the game. Brugge actually played quite well and had huge chances to score the first goal. There was a massive save earlier in the game and then they hit the cross bar. The final result was not actually representing very well what happened during the game, but for Dortmund it is of course huge to get started into the Champions League season with a win away from home and a 3-0 clean sheet as the goal difference can play an important role towards the end of the first round in the Champions League.
