Like it or not, this is always going to happen. Rich clubs will always be in front when they get a player. Especially in the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund are concerned with profits, actually if they want they are very capable of retaining their players, because financially they are actually fine and are not constrained by a situation which requires them to sell potential players. But that's not what they want, when they realize there is something very profitable when they sell players, they will not hesitate to sell them.
Who doesn't know Borussia Dortmund, and it's not just once or twice that they sold players to Bayern Munich, who are their main rivals in the Bundesliga.
In the new football modern era, money is everything and can change the history of one team for winning many tittles, regarding how faster development progress from Manchester City in Primer League since acquisition and has much money City won many tittle from domestic league until Champion League. Bundesliga has farmer league label because team with huge money is Bayern Munich only than 18 participants teams, I think need new investor for making Bundesliga keep competitive and Bayern Munich not dominance every season how easily winning domestic league tittle.

Indeed has any teams with business priority than keep compete to make Bayern Munich difficult winning domestic league, Dortmund and Leipzig are both team always sell their star player on every season to rival teams Bayern Munich. Its stop sell star player to rival teams seems another Bundesliga participants teams has chance for stopping Bayern Munich dominance in domestic league.

I hope the domination will end for bayern. It looks very boring to see bayern to win 11 bundesliga titles in a row without any losses. The only problem if DFL was also preventing the clubs other than dortmund and bayern from growing by cancelling a lot of investments that have been offered by investors.

Bayern Munich won the league this season without Lewandowski and Neuer. Moreover, they could not make good transfers instead of these two football players. So it was like their hands and feet were tied, but they still won the league. Borussia Dortmund disappointed everyone last season and gave Bayern Munich an incredible psychological advantage. If the Bayern Munich hegemony in Germany is broken one day, I think a club other than Borussia Dortmund will do it. And the closest club to achieving this might be RB Leipzig. I don't think Borussia Dortmund can achieve that anymore.
Bayern Munich league victory this year which they achieved while playing without crucial players like Lewandowski and Neuer not only demonstrates their depth and resiliency but also the strength of their entire roster. Bayern Munich surpassed expectations and triumphed despite the fact that they were unable to acquire significant transfers in their place of these two players. It is possible that Bayern Munich recent setbacks gave Borussia Dortmund a psychological edge but it would be premature to write off the possibility of a comeback. With their steady performances and ambitious approach RB Leipzig does definitely represent a genuine threat, but it would be foolish to disregard Borussia Dortmund. Football is a dynamic sport where things can happen very quickly. Therefore it will take time to determine whether the Bayern Munich hegemony will be broken and it very well may be Borussia Dortmund or another contender who shocks everyone.

Dortmund management must change their attitude if they want to bring the Bundesliga title in the coming seasons because if they continue to sell star players, it is possible that Dortmund will fast for the title for the next 5 seasons.  10 years is quite a long time but Dortmund have always failed to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga.
Well it is pretty easy to say "change your attitude" but in reality i think it is very very hard for Dortmund to close the gap to Bayern Munich or to even overtake them. The sad truth is that Dortmund is very far away from Bayern Munich both in terms of financials and also in terms of International standing and prestige. Dortmund is not considered a top ten club in the world that is the reason why they can not get the very best players. They buy young and promising ones most of the time. If those are doing very well then they will leave the BVB again for a better club.

Bundesliga teams will be far behind Bayern Munich financially. Bayern Munich is a very rich club. They have a lot of money and are ready to spend a lot of money to get the players of their choice. But the other clubs in the Bundesliga will be far behind. Apart from Bayern Munich, no other team in the Bundesliga spends as much money to build a team. Dortmund, on the other hand, is a bit different. This group is strong. They can spot young talent. But in order to gain financially, they sell their star players and accumulate money.

I think it is not money or achievement, because you can sell your players for a lot of money and get better or at least younger players that can be better in the end. Like let's say you sell a player at 23, for 100 million, and get a guy at 18, who will worth even more at 23, which they have done so far. They used their money to get those players, Jude wasn't born at Dortmund and was a player of them, he was a Birmingham player, Haaland came from Salzburg, but even outside of redbull teams, he was at "molde", some Norwegian team, or Sancho was at City u18 before he went to Dortmund.

When you see these, you understand where the money goes to, they won't hit it %100 all the time, but they do spend the money on younger kids that will be great in the future that they can sell.

sometimes sloppy team management like this can worsen the future of the team in the bundesliga standings and many dortmund fans hope that dortmund can occasionally dominate in this bundesliga to be at the top of the bundesliga until the end of the summer.
The fans are always hoping their favorite teams to win the trophy. The problem is how strong the club to win the trophy while it was always selling the key players?
I can understand it.
Supporters can also have a good influence on their favorite team to win because cheers from supporters will give the effect of enthusiasm and confidence to win.
Well dortmund have indeed made some mistakes by selling some of their core players, instead of getting better players but quite the opposite.
I don't know how dortmund management think about it, but this will be detrimental to the team, in my opinion.
But hopefully in the next season they can actually have a core player who is good enough to be able to dominate the Bundesliga and take the championship trophy.

It is true that Dortmund often sell their best players for a reason, but it is very bad to sell their best players to rival teams. because these players certainly know Dortmund's weaknesses so that from several players who were sold by Dortmund and bought by Bayern Munich, they certainly have many opportunities to beat Dortmund.
If that's the only way for dortmund to keep sustain in the bundesliga and why not? Dortmund has no good financial like bayern. I think that if dortmund will not be doing it and it will be affecting the financial from the club.
This reminds me with what already done by arsenal before it has been acquired by stan kroenke. Dortmund needs a big investor to make the club will able to perform even better to compete with bayern.
That's sad if 50+1 rule was preventing it.

The thing that i don't like from this league is the rich club was always buying the player from the potential club. The case that happened with lewandowski, and recently raphael guerreiro was making me feel so bad with this league. Since bayern knew that if dortmund was the only strongest competitor for its club and it was making bayern just need to buy any good players from dortmund to destroy it. This strategy has been used by bayern to make sure if dortmund will not able to build a capable squad to win bundesliga next season. That's why i really wanna see the new rule that will be preventing the domination between a club to the another club. I do like dortmund was getting money by selling its player to the bayern but this is gonna be boring league anytime. I don't really like it.
Dortmund was too easy to sell its player to the bayern.

I don't even like this strategy to destroy its opponent by buying its potential players.

Therefore, Dortmund should get rid of old habits and start with big ambitions to win the title. Indeed, even though Dortmund always sell their key players, but Dortmund can also always get good results by consistently being a competitor in the title race. Therefore, I personally really believe that if Dortmund can retain all of its key players then Dortmund will be able to win the Bundesliga title and possibly other trophies. Because anyway, with Dortmund not selling its key players, of course the players who stay have very good chemistry and this can ensure Dortmund has a consistent and stable performance throughout the season.
Dortmund's habit of spotting out talents, grooming and selling them to other clubs will leave them with no silverware. The really need to change their old habit if they want to contend for trophies. The way the English premier league is attracting a lot of interest, I just hope the bundesliga can attract such level of interest too. I would really like to see a wealthy business or arab buy one of these clubs, maybe Dortmund and pump a lot of money to give the club a fighting chance to rival Bayern Munich. Bayern have so much dominated the league... How can a club win the league for 7 consecutive times? sometimes I ask myself if they are the only club in the league. Things needs to change, I would like the league to be more attractive, competitive and unpredictable.

But as we can see that Dortmund always produce a lot of great players so that's why many of their key players are always eyed by other big clubs, even though it may be detrimental to them but they are really smart to get new talented players, they are like a great club in choosing players so they know that the players they get are going to be big players.

I think Dortmund, even though they lost several key players, they will get more new players who might have the potential to become great players in the future, that's why they have always been a club that always competes with Munich for the German league championship. I can't wait to see Dortmund learn from the failures this season to win the league championship next season.

In the bundesliga, only bayern munich is the most consistent in defending the bundesliga title because other teams are not able to do much because the depth of their squad is relatively dominated by ordinary players but in the depth of the bayern munich squad they are able to present many quality players.
Imagine a team getting back from 1 transfer what they spent in the previous one + benefits. That's what Dortmund is doing to sustain their position while getting new players to train and help them getting the title if possible.
Dortmund are one of the hard numbers in Bundesliga, their problem is having a team like Bayern Munich to ruin their fan, otherwise they would be the first team in the ranking although selling their top players.

I guess you are wrong because you won't know having money is more important than a better place on the table for the managers.
Obviously, Dortmund prefers to earn more money from transferring players to other teams than using the players to have a better situation. Otherwise, the Dortmund we saw could easily win the Bundesliga title if they didn't sell Haaland before.
And even though there is no Haaland, Dortmund can still compete with the top big teams in the Bundesliga like Bayern Munich, which means that Dortmund really have the ability to train their players to be better and they almost won the Bundesliga title. It's just that Dortmund had a draw in their last match so they had to continue to die to become champions, but for next season I'm sure Dortmund will again make better competition from the start of the season to the end of the season.
I agree with you, the absence of haaland even Dortmund can be that strong until almost the Bundesliga last season, of course it is a very great improvement from Dortmund.
Maybe selling haaland to be regret, but if only thinking about it dortmund will not have a good effect on the strength of the team, today they have a strong enough squad, and I also believe that Dortmund maintains its ability to yesterday and increase it for the better, I think it will become The team that will win the Bundesliga next season.
Edin Terzić has a great opportunity to bring Dortmund to bring home the Bundesliga Cup with the consistency of improvement that must continue to be developed.

Borussia Dortmund for a fact has been a traditional club in the German Bundesliga and German football in general in the last two decade of my football experience and must be respected for whatever the decision of the club must have taken in other to keep the club running.
However football is a game of passion whereby a club is judged not by how much they earn in how they get players with low price tags, develop them and sell them with huge prices thereby making good amount of profits, instead a club is believed to be successful when the said club is always winning trophies and that's the reward the passionate fans of the said clubs gets for supporting the club.
Borussia Dortmund must change their transfer attitude and allow their star players to stay with the club and help the club win trophies
I agree that Dortmund must change their transfer attitude and keep their key players, to get the title and make fans happy. Moreover, when they win the UCL I think they will not only win the title, but also have money because maybe they will get a big sponsor. Instead of developing players and then on the table they sell them. That's right, it's not a good attitude because if they can keep players for several seasons maybe the selling price will also be high, and they can earn more money later.

Well, this is a good observation but it doesn't seem to me as it looks and these transfers are to and from of the two clubs, so it's normal with football. Aside from the fact that clubs' targets are not only about winning, money making is also a good consideration, clubs' speculation could either work or not. And those players that were much younger and not performing well or those that were not performing to expectations might suddenly become a golden booth elsewhere after their transfers. So this is not new and can't be the sole reason Bayern wins Dortmund often even as both are keenly contesting each season. Transfer regrets often happen in clubs.

If they were able to retain the good players, Bayern could not have been dominating the league for years. It takes a consistent team to have great success, it's only financially good to sell a player who can make money without using it to another team.
On the one hand, they are doing something quite logical, they always sell their players when they are at their most valuable and make a lot of money. But their chances of becoming champions are dwindling Smiley
Bayern munchen dominated the bundesliga so easily for so many years because they had no consistent competitors to do so. Dortmund might be able to win the bundesliga occasionally in 1 or 2 seasons if they keep their star players from being sold to other clubs and I agree with your opinion on that. Indeed, we cannot stop the business thinking of the Dortmund owner and maybe we can only criticize him, but it must be admitted that many star players have been born from Dortmund since the Lewandowski era to the most recent Haaland now.

That's why, if the Bundesliga wants to be competitive like other league competitions. they should change the system 50+1. thus, there will be more clubs getting cash injections than investors and sponsors. also, it is very possible that the Bundesliga will no longer be dominated by Bayern Munich. Dortmund have done a very good job, staying in the top four of this competition and still exist in the Champions League. besides that, they get profits from the sale of their players.

They did nothing wrong, because to survive and compete in this league they have to maneuver in their business. the unique thing is that almost every season Dortmund always creates young talents, then sells them at fantastic prices. but they can still compete, and remain a top club in the Bundesliga. So, what do you think so that this competition can be more competitive like other leagues. I mean, at least the competition hasn't been dominated by just one club in the last decade.

Without Haaland they were able to nearly get the trophy and only lost it in the last match but in this summer, they just sold Bellingham to Real Madrid. This transfer is a second highest transfer in history of Dortmund only after the transfer of Dembele to Barcelona years ago.

Dortmund has that transfer strategy to sell their star players at highest price when they can. They also want to maintain their salary ceiling and don't want to break it for their star players anytime they have to convince their star players to prolong or sign new contracts. In finance, it is a very smart and safe strategy but in sports, it did not help them to win titles. With this strategy, they will not win Bundesliga in many more seasons.

I also think Dortmund needs more effort to get the next season's trophy because they usually sell their good players. I don't know why the money or the trophies? Dortmund have been waiting for so long for dortmund to get these trophies, but I think they always misuse them, and that is why Bayern Munich always challenges them when it comes to these competitions because bayern always utilize their star players in order to get these titles. I don't know if Dortmund management is not seeing how it goes to them, but they really need to change how they are selling their star players.

The competition from bayern and dortmund have been also happening in the transfer market too. Just like the last match of the previous season. That proves that if dortmund lack of winning mentality. It's only 1 step ahead to get victory over dortmund in the bundesliga but dortmund was not able making it happen. Dortmund was aware of that, but the problem is you can't always be sure if the players will always show the best performance. The last match against mainz has been showing to us how bad dortmnud at that match as mainz was leading 2-0 before dortmund was making it to be draw.

However, if Dortmund continues this way, I believe Bayern Munich will be leading all the time, and Dortmund will keep waiting until they change or get new players, since they have already sold them out.
I hope the domination will end for bayern. It looks very boring to see bayern to win 11 bundesliga titles in a row without any losses. The only problem if DFL was also preventing the clubs other than dortmund and bayern from growing by cancelling a lot of investments that have been offered by investors.
