I guess you are wrong because you won't know having money is more important than a better place on the table for the managers.
Obviously, Dortmund prefers to earn more money from transferring players to other teams than using the players to have a better situation. Otherwise, the Dortmund we saw could easily win the Bundesliga title if they didn't sell Haaland before.
So, did you say that if dortmund can only rely to the haaland? Haaland was never winning bundesliga with dortmund unlike lewandowski which has been ever winning bundesliga 10 years ago.
No guarantee even if haaland is still playing in dortmund and the club can win bundesliga trophy from bayern. The fact that if bayerns are still keeping its record in the bundesliga to win this league for more than 10 years in a row.
That proves that if there's no club that can prevent bayern to win the league. Dortmund was losing in the previous season due to the weak mentality that owned by its players.

I will not think that halaand will have a good progress like he was in city when decided to stay even longer in the dortmund.
Football is a game for eleven players. Haaland has been playing in dortmund for several years but no achievement being achieved by him.

Borussia Dortmund is known to be selling their best players in almost all the summer transfer windows and that is why Bayern Munich will continue to dominate the German Bundesliga for more seasons to come.
Jadon Sancho was sold last two summer before Erling Haaland was sold to Manchester City last summer and now Jude Bellingham has left for Real Madrid. I think the club's transfer strategy isn't concerned by the success of the team rather they're more concerned by how much they make as gains when they sell these players. They might also be lucky raise another great player before the end of next season and still sell him at the end of the season

If they were able to retain the good players, Bayern could not have been dominating the league for years. It takes a consistent team to have great success, it's only financially good to sell a player who can make money without using it to another team.
On the one hand, they are doing something quite logical, they always sell their players when they are at their most valuable and make a lot of money. But their chances of becoming champions are dwindling Smiley
Bayern munchen dominated the bundesliga so easily for so many years because they had no consistent competitors to do so. Dortmund might be able to win the bundesliga occasionally in 1 or 2 seasons if they keep their star players from being sold to other clubs and I agree with your opinion on that. Indeed, we cannot stop the business thinking of the Dortmund owner and maybe we can only criticize him, but it must be admitted that many star players have been born from Dortmund since the Lewandowski era to the most recent Haaland now.
The reality is sometimes not that simple. Being able to compete or not, of course, must be seen from a number of actual conditions, even if the players make a sizable contribution but must pay attention to other conditions.
This season is proof that conditions other than players have an effect because Bayern's conditions this season actually provide something different and are quite tense, especially when competition is held even until the match ends.
But it all comes back the same in the end, saying Dortmund can compete or not at the moment it seems with their conditions, they are only focused on second place and nothing else can really be done when Bayern really get back to their good form.

Dortmund management must change their attitude if they want to bring the Bundesliga title in the coming seasons because if they continue to sell star players, it is possible that Dortmund will fast for the title for the next 5 seasons.  10 years is quite a long time but Dortmund have always failed to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga.
Why change dortmund's attitude? There's nothing wrong with it. The only problem is on the DFL itself by preventing the clubs from getting more investment from investors. Dortmund was doing it caused by it's not a rich club. It used the money to sell its player as a way to keep its financial better. There's no way that can be done by dortmund other than it caused by the income from playing in bundesliga was not enough to pay all the expenses.
DFL was blocking investors from taking a part in the club..

In the bundesliga, only bayern munich is the most consistent in defending the bundesliga title because other teams are not able to do much because the depth of their squad is relatively dominated by ordinary players but in the depth of the bayern munich squad they are able to present many quality players.
It's caused by bayern was the only team that consistently buying good players from its competitor. Destroying dortmund from buying its good player has become the main strategy for bayern to always consistntly winning the trophy for more than 1 decade.
The only problem was in DFL. If DFL will give approve for the investors to put their money and bayern will be rarely winning the trophy again.

Imagine a team getting back from 1 transfer what they spent in the previous one + benefits. That's what Dortmund is doing to sustain their position while getting new players to train and help them getting the title if possible.
Dortmund are one of the hard numbers in Bundesliga, their problem is having a team like Bayern Munich to ruin their fan, otherwise they would be the first team in the ranking although selling their top players.

It's more than two decade ago. Lots of things are changing right now. That's why dortmund was using strategy to sell the player after developed it as a way to stabilizing the financial of club. Dortmund is not as rich as bayern. It must also think the expense by the club as well.
Bayern is always raiding dortmund's player which was also making the club to be even weaker when it comes to the new season. This strategy is a very bad strategy since dortmund was the only potential competitor in bundesliga for bayern.
Buying the good players from dortmund = winning the league for bayern. The investors must be going in. Bundesliga will always be like that forever without the hand from investors to build the clubs.
That's why dortmnd has no choice other than trying to use such strategy as a way to keep its financial stable.

I put a lot of respects for dortmund as its hard work to make sure the club will not face financial trouble that will be affecting its players.

11 years without a title I would call a big failure than a good competition  Grin In general, Dortmund has actually turned into a trophy-free club - they sometimes win the German Cup, but all their significant successes like the Bundesliga title or some kind of Euro Cup are in the past. Sad situation for a top 2 club in Germany. In every other country, the top 2 (and even the top 3) have done significantly better in the last 10 years.

Bayern Munich undoubtedly are the best club in Germany and they possess the best players in terms of quality and delivering great performances in the country as well.
However I think Borussia Dortmund had a better chance to end Bayern Munich's dominance in the league by winning the title on the last day of the league season but wastefully threw away their best chance to win the Bundesliga in 11 years.

Yeah this was a really big waste of Dortmund. It was like Bayern Munich handed over the title chance to them so many times during the season. Especially the last time was a huge opportunity for Dortmund. But Terzic couldn't make it to the title after all that title races for a whole season. That start against Mainz was telling us so much thing.

Bayern Munich can win the Bundesliga title even while they are having an inconsistent season. This is just unbelievable. Maybe we watched a thrilling title race to the end but I didn't like the ending at all. If this dominance of Bayern Munich was brought to an end finally then it would have been a really special moment. Maybe this would have even increased the level of attention to the Bundesliga.

One thing I really want to see is that it is not easy for Dortmund to let go of its key players, because if Dortmund dares to make the choice to keep their key players by increasing their salaries then of course Dortmund will be able to win a trophy. Because even though Dortmund always sell their key players, but the reality is that Dortmund can still compete well in the Bundesliga title race. Therefore, if only one season Dortmund can retain all its key players, then of course Dortmund will be able to stop Bayern Munich's successive title success.

A team got some ways to make money and even teams like Dortmund earn money by selling talents they have like Bellingham and previously with Haaland they lose many great talents and because of that they are not in a situation to compare them with Bayern Munich but that's how they can earn money and that's their business for years.
Among them are Bellingham, Mahmoud Dahoud and several other players who will leave Dortmund this season, either being sold or leaving on a free transfer. But what's interesting is that Bellingham departure to Real Madrid happened recently and of course Dortmund made a sizable profit on the sale of Bellingham. The player selling business has indeed been carried out by dortmund in every season because it is an easy way for them to get big profits. From this huge advantage Dortmund can buy many other players from other leagues at a low price and that is what they do in producing talented players every season. But with what dortmund is doing, of course, it makes them not too strong in every season because they have to lose several important players in every season.

Leipzig was the team that beat Bayern to take it to last game, if it wasn't for that then Dortmund wouldn't even have a chance to win the title, Bayern would have simply be the champion anyway, Leipzig won and Dortmund got a small hope at least.

If a team is good enough to take out Bayern from the title leadership, then they are good enough to beat Frankfurt as well. I am fully expecting them to be winning the title and that should be a lot better, I know for a fact that it is not going to be easy, but at the very least we are going to end up with something a bit different, and that should be a bit better in the end and I could see it becoming an easy Leipzig win which would not be a good return, but you can do like 2.5+ over and it could be much better.

I say that the one who was going to win the Bundesliga here was Bayern, there is no other way, Dortmund does have a very competitive team and they can almost take the Bundesliga away from Bayern, so things are not bad, only experience is here It is the one that came to the surface and it is well seen , for my part I see that what Bayern did is excellent, they made their caste known, despite the fact that they had so many technical and strategic problems, they were removed from the UCL , when they did not have everything to win , well , things didn't work out for him , but at least they Stayed with the Bundesliga.

Liverpool are set to do battle with Bayern Munich in the race to sign Wolfsburg defender Micky van de Ven.

The Netherlands U21 star has done well in the Bundesliga, leading to suggestions that Liverpool may sign him. But as usually happens when players impress in the German top-fight, Bayern are also said to be hot on his trail.

One of Dortmund most profitable deals in recent years Bellingham official move to Real Madrid before the end of the month represents a significant milestone for the team. Their strategic acumen and excellent decision making are demonstrated by their success. Even though they might not be able to win the Bundesliga this year Dortmund tactical decision to play Bellingham ensures that they can still accomplish their primary goal. The club astute business acumen is demonstrated by their ability to make substantial profits from the sale of young gifted players like Bellingham. Even though it was disappointing to lose the championship to Bayern Munich in what on paper should have been an easy match the traumatic finale to the season will live in memory. Terzic remarkable performance during the season should comfort fans and the board though as Dortmund came perilously close to winning the desired title.
Bellingham's expected switch to Real Madrid underlines Dortmund's effective plan and good decisions. Even if they don't clinch this year's Bundesliga, using Bellingham and prioritizing their goals was shrewd. The club's smart dealings have made big profits from selling stars like Bellingham. The next step is to get a suitable replacement or boost other parts of the team. Dortmund's adaptability was clear post Haaland when they got more points. I believe, improving their overall score next season could bring them the long-awaited trophy.

I think there is something worse for them. Some of these successful players have transferred directly to Bayern Munich in the past years. Of course, I do not judge the players. When the players see that Bayern Munich wants to transfer them, they immediately want to be transferred to the champion club. I think this is very natural. However, Borussia Dortmund seems to be in a bad cycle in this regard. Lewandowski, Hummels and Götze were some of the best-known examples of this.

So, I don't think they want to sell football players just to make money. They are not the right address for football players who want to achieve success by winning the championship. For this reason, they have a hard time keeping the good players they have in their squads.

You rightly understand my point on why it'll be very difficult for Borussia Dortmund to end Bayern Munich dominance in the German Bundesliga.
It takes a consistent to achieve success and if the club's management doesn't stop that their traditional transfer policy, it simply means they're more concerned with how much the club makes from those transfers instead of helping the club win major football honours
There is no reason for Borussia Dortmund to be able to thwart Bayern Munich's dominance, while Dortmund last season sold their best players and this is Dortmund's mistake in not being able to take the opportunity in their last game against Mainz which could give pride of being the Bundesliga champion last season but failed because of a draw.

Mate, it is still early to be sure of anything about Tuchel in fact. Because he arrived at Bayern Munich quite late in the season. Nobody was able to understand what Bayern Munich were trying to achieve with this action in the middle of important tournaments. Kahn and Salihamidzic got sacked for this reason most probably. Because it was a really huge risk to take there.

Of course they still won the Bundesliga title but it was so lucky for them as Dortmund threw away their chance just like that. I don't blame Tuchel for these runs in the Bundesliga and Champions League both. He didn't have much time to do really nice things. But in the upcoming season he will have nothing more than time to execute the plans in his mind.

I believe Tuchel is a really decent manager also. But let's say he still couldn't manage to have a good chemistry with the players then I would understand if Bayern Munich decide to sack him too.

It will be interesting for me to look at Tuchel if Bayern make some serious reinforcements to the squad. So far, nothing has been heard on this subject, if Bavaria does not strengthen, then I am sure the next season will be no less difficult (even if Bayern wins the Bundesliga confidently) and the chances in the Champions League will be even less than this year. Bayern now is Real Madrid last year - without big changes in the squad, the problems will only accumulate.

There is a simple solution to solve most of their issues for next season in fact. It is to make the right decision about the striker transfer in this transfer window. As I always say, the striker kind Bayern Munich would make use of the most is a complete forward. Comparing the times with Lewandowski to now, there is just a huge gap.

Choupo-Moting has done his best and he has been quite beneficial from time to time. But this isn't enough for the team as we have seen. Mane has also been given a chance in the position but he was also not as effective as he is while playing as winger.

With the right transfer and a decent management by Tuchel, Bayern Munich should be good to go.  Smiley

I think we should not forget where Borussia Dortmund is coming from. In the late 1990s and the early 2000s they were at the same level as Bayern Munich or maybe even ahead of them a few times. In order to do that they had to make very high debts though which almost led them into bankruptcy afterwards. Then Jürgen Klopp came and the club has risen again and they even made it into the Champions League final back in 2013. Still they are pretty far behind Bayern in terms of financials.

A little flashback to the history of Dortmund. if I'm not mistaken, Dortmund is one of the most successful clubs in Germany with a score of 8 German league titles, only losing to Bayern Munich.  they have also won the Champions League trophy once.
The 90s were the golden age of Dortmund, and in the 200s Dortmund became the first German club to open publicly or go public. they won the Bundesliga trophy in 2002 and were runners up in the UEFA Cup in the same year. but after that they experienced a drastic setback, financial problems again became the cause. debt that many make Dortmund have to look for loans so as not to go bankrupt. in short, Dortmund was given a loan by rival Bayern Munich.

During the Jurgen Klopp era, Dortmund's achievements immediately increased. in short, Klopp's arrival made Dormund excel again. well, as you said Dortmund is far behind Bayern in financial terms. that's why, they changed their business style to create more young talents to become stars and then they sell. that way, Dortmund does not rely on ticket sales and sponsors. and now, they are one of the clubs that always generate high profits. Naturally, if their current priority is not focused on the trophy.
