Yes, it's true that Dortmund have extraordinary supporters, but it's a shame the players don't have a winning mentality. Even though this season Dortmund should have taken advantage of Bayer Muchen's inconsistency to win the Bundesliga title, it's a shame that Dortmund didn't take advantage of this opportunity properly.

I dont agree on that , that Leipzig will win that game against Frankfurt easy and already have won it.
They maybe have the better ods on the paper and on the field when it comes about performence and all , but the DFB cup has it one rules.
On point on that Frankfurt is a team that can make all happend when they have a good day , just remember the game in Barcelona.
And still have the faith , even they played in the league not good that they can win the DFB Cup final.

The solidity of the fans deserves an example in this case because they also know they are disappointed because of the performance of their club but on the other hand they also see Dortmund's hard struggle, especially after falling behind and indeed when the players cry it is very commendable and appreciated for what the fans have done with calm and the morale boost given because they are also aware that players need it for encouragement.

I mean Terzic wouldn't get sacked for this. Because Dortmund's main target in this season was never to win the Bundesliga title. Maybe they got too close to doing it thanks to Bayern Munich's making many mistakes. But this was going to be extra effort by Dortmund if they made it.

I believe they met the expectations for this season as usual. Terzic's management would be appreciated due to staying in the title race until the final moments as well. Now the board must be aiming to make as much profit as they can from Bellingham's transfer to Real Madrid. This is their main vision of team management in the end.

Yes and you described this perfectly well. Actually I think we are too often looking at the last game. How many chances did Dortmund let go before the game against Mainz? First of all I think it is great to see Mainz and Cologne to play strong games even when they are not competing for anything anymore. This doesn't always happen and then there are lots of discussions, but I think this season ending was perfectly fair by all teams.

Dortmund lost the title against Bochum, Stuttgart and Schalke. They tied all three games against the 14th, 16th and 17th and against Stuttgart they conceded a goal in 97th minute when Stuttgart was one man down. They also had their chance in the game against Bayern when they played in Munich. Bayern didn't win this one, but Dortmund lost it.

it is very easy for Leipzig to beat Frankfurt even though this team has defeated Freiburg in its last match but I believe that Frankfurt is a little difficult to win the DFB cup while Leipzig's performance has been very strong in the last few matches they have won 5 wins without defeat.
when viewed from the H2H these two teams have in common that they only have the same 1x win. but I still have confidence and have no doubts about Leipzig's performance.

I would say "not entirely" but definitely a bit of luck was involved for them. Think about it this way, even if they won 20-0, their last win of the season would have meant absolutely nothing if Dortmund won, which means that it wasn't up to Bayern that they won, it was up to Dortmund if Bayern would get the title or not.

We could consider that a bit of a luck if possible and I believe that it is going to be something unimportant at this point since the season is already over and there is nothing more to do. I do believe however that the best thing in this case for Dortmund would be to sell Jude and use that money to build a bigger depth for the squad so they do not have a situation where one player injured means a lot of rough period for them anymore.

I am very confident that Leipzig will win this final because they are much better in terms of performance and the quality of their players, so that will be the main strength that Leipzig will have to be able to beat Frankfurt. Regarding rumors of coaches or players who will leave the team, it seems that it will not happen before this final is over and for sure both teams will appear with the main squad.

I would like to say, that from this defeat they will be able to gain experience that will help them in the future, but this is probably not the case. Augsburg seems surviving for this season, and it is really not a good thing for them in my opinion, they are once a likable team that is winning their surely hard game but right now they are a miserable team that can not manage a proper win against Hertha but they aren't making any progress at all,


I like Bayern Munich but this time I am rooting for Borussia Dortmund to win aswell, but it was a frustrating Draw against Mainz it was their negligence, that they lose or draw the game against Mainz, Jude Bellingham is looking frustrated, and maybe capturing the best moments for them, and likely now that the game was tied in their point I though there will be a sudden death match between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich so they can settle this tied points but no Bayern Munich have won,

As you already said, Dortmund has failed to beat Mainz 05 in the final match and therefore this is really completely their fault and they can not blame anyone else here. It is true that the match went down pretty unlucky for them because Mainz scored 2 goals with their first chances but as a top team you need to be able to handle stuff like that and it is also part of the truth that Dortmund had a lot of luck in this season already. They have won games against Leverkusen, Frankfurt, Mainz, Leipzig and others even though they were definitely not the better team there. So the BVB can really not say that the only reason why they have not made it in the end was bad luck.

Leipzig and Frankfurt will face each other for the title in the DFB Cup. That will be a sweet cover for the team that can win this game. Leipzig have the upper hand in this match, although with the bad news that has been heard from these two teams. From my point of view, I see that they don't have the mentality of being champions. that's why, in the last match Dortmund was not able to play optimally. IMO, it seems that there is a mental pressure for Edin Terzic's team, they were carried away by the atmosphere where the situation brought emotional pressure for the Dortmund players to win the match against mainz. one more thing, I don't really understand why Edin Terzic prefers to implement a 4-5-1 system. whereas, the Mainz situation is in a declining performance. The season is over for all teams but there are still 2 teams that have to play the final in DFB Cup on the 3.6.2023 and there already so much rumors from the 2 teams.
Its a little disappointing that there are so much things about who will be leaving the clubs and what players maybe are coming thats crazy , why can that not be done after all is finished.
Gladbach maybe is interested or try to get Oliver Glasner for the next season as a Coach , Kamada is maybe going to AC Milan and so on.
For the DFB Cup final i hope that Frankfurt win it so we see them international next season again.

I was very disappointed with Dortmund's performance in the last match. Such a poor performance from Dortmund in the home match was not expected at all. And it was the most important match of the season for Dortmund. If they win this match, they could become Bundesliga champions. But their performance in this match was silly. The performance of Dortmund's defense in this match in particular really annoyed me. Defenders cannot play well in such important matches. If Dortmund's defense was strong in this match, they would not have lost the match. Dortmund missed out on an easy title win.

Some of the main problems that Dortmund face is the mentality of players and coaches. The reason is, in the final match against Mainz the coach was unable to motivate his players to really get up. What I mean more precisely at the end of the match the motivation from the coach is very important, but instead the Dortmund coach gets carried away and is under pressure so that no one can calm down. Playing in front of thousands of fans who were eagerly awaiting victory finally a dramatic situation occurred.
