This is exactly what I think too. I just don't believe in Dortmund much to believe they can actually remain at the top of table till the end of the season. They are too inconsistent and unreliable. It's just about nine games to go in the Bundesliga and I hope Dortmund can prove me wrong and win the league this time around but I can't put my money on Dortmund to win the league even at this stage of the competition.

Leipzig are in some trouble in the league now. I mean that they are fighting for qualifying for top four at the end of the season. They have been eliminated in the Champions League in the end. They have the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal tournaments left for themselves from now on. Their job in the DFB Pokal is also difficult technically. Because they are facing Dortmund in the quarter finals. It won't be easy at all for them to eliminate a Dortmund which is in an amazing form.

I think Leipzig should prioritize finishing in top four in the Bundesliga. They have lost the 4th place to Freiburg newly after the loss against Bochum. I don't even know how they managed to lose to Bochum. They need to fight harder as there isn't much time left for the end of the season.

It was surprising to me to see Bayern Munich lose this match. Especially when the first position of the League is on the line. Let's see if Dortmund can actually beat Bayern Munich in the next match. Which is actually going to give Dortmund a really good advantage in the standing over Bayern Munich. If somehow Dortmund can actually achieve three points from the next match, they should totally concentrate on Bundesliga.

Of course, it is going to be hard. But I personally don't think a draw is going to do much good for Dortmund. Because Bayern Munich will be able to get back to the first position again very quickly if that happens.

you can see that hoffenheim and wolfsburg have very few fans who support their team in other stadiums .
this is actually very very sad for these two unloved clubs . many 2.bundesliga clubs have more fans away Grin

Union Berlin was better than everyone could expect from them, they were very much close to first place in the table and racing with Bayern Munich and Dortmund but still, we should consider the difference between Union Berlin and other top teams, so far during this season they performed perfectly but comparing to Dortmund and Bayern Munich they didn't have the superstar player and they had less investment in their team, still, third place is not bad for them.

That's why they are sitting third on the bundesliga table.

It's not something accidental or luck based when a club stay on the top level for long time , at furst everyone doubting them including me as statistically no way they could finish top 4 but here they are looking solid day after day and champions league awaits!

Yes, the actual game Frankfurt is very good and even I can say that they deserve to get points in this game. But Union Berlin appeared effective with and was able to score goals to make them win and get 3 points. What is more interesting is the standings in the first and second place where Borussia Dortmund can shift Bayern Munich from the top of the standings.

Bayern was playing so badly against bayern munich. All of the goals by leverkusen were coming from penalty. Bayern's players need to learn about how to do clean tackle. In my opinion if bayern's players were making some mistakes. The second penalty was happening caused by a tackle to the leverkusen's player. that's an unnecessary mistake for sure. I think that if bayern has been also making so many chances but none of these chances were giving additional goal for bayern.

Bayern's defenders need to learn even more about how to become even better especially doing clean tackle. That's a very disappointing result to see bayern must have lost against leverkusen. Naglesmann needs to told bayern's defender to think before try to do something wrong.

Bayern Munich lost to Leverkusen doesn't deprive them from getting back to the point. Bayern Munich lost numbers of game in a roll before now and we're able to get back to the top. It is possible for them to get back to the top again, the gap to be at the top is not much.

It is very interesting indeed when looking at the current standings, last week Bayern Munich were in first place and this week Borussia Dortmund can shift Bayern Munich after Bayern Munich lost to Leverkusen. This makes the competition more interesting to watch, and this season has not been the usual monotonous season where Bayern Munich has always dominated the league.
