Here I agreed with you just bringing one player is not going to help them for staying into Bundesliga because after 15 matches they won just 2 and having just 9 points which bring them to the bottom of the league table right now and if they want to jump out of this zone then surely they need to improve their defense which is the worst in this season at this level and their attack is also not good enough for having better results so with this all they need to bring few good quality players those can bring good improvement, and they have good results in quick time because if they are not able to change things quickly then surely they have to face relegation and again out of the Bundesliga for another season which could be big setback for the fans as well.

I am kinda having my bet on Bayern so kinda rooting for them to win but in my honest opinion, Leipzig has good chances too to beat Bayern today. Bayern are not in good state right now with injuries and with Neuer's injury things seem pretty hard too. They signed Sommer but it is not sure if he will feature in this fixture today. Its seems difficult for predicting who will be the winner because Bundesliga have been postponed more than two months and each teem need time recovery and back to their great phisical.

Current standing, RB Leipzig on 3rd and Bayern Munich managed 1st position behind 6 points left, I sure RB Leipzig won't loss their opportunity get close points behind Bayern Munich actually RB Leipzig left one points under Eintracht Frankfurt and Union Berlin. Losing points against Bayern Munich will make RB Leipzig possibility drop to 5th standing position.

Bayern Munich's current concern is goalkeeper Neuer who cannot play. I think it can be overcome with Bayern's defensive strength. I'm still pretty sure Bayern Munich will win their frist match this year

I don't feel that what made Schalke's performance destroyed was Sebastian Polter's unfitness. I see the cause of Schalke's poor performance was because Reis didn't find the best strategy for Schalke, Schalke's back line was actually quite tough, it's just that their midfield and front line were very bad. terodde is not suitable as a center forward.

It is important for Leipzig but this game is also very important for Bayern Munich in general. Besides this , German football needs to grow a lot in the next coming years if they want to achieve international trophies once again because internal competition of Bundesliga , provides less competition for Bayern and the other teams are automatically affected by this. The thing is I do not think Bayern Munich is going to lose against RB Leipzig. Even though RB Leipzig is in great form right now, I do not think there will be able to beat Bayern Munich. It's important not only for leipzig but for bayern too. Bayern really needs more points to make sure it can make the gap to the teams below it become even bigger than before. Bayern needs to win the competition this season again. I hope that bayern can also destroy leipzig with big scores.
I'm going all in bayern rather than leipzig although bayern will be playing at leipzig's home but i think that doesn't matter a lot. The odds on stake looks very good for bayern. I do believe bayern will be winning easily.

I agree a lot with what you said. As this is the first match of the year and Bayern Munich's new goalkeeper will be joining the team, the opposition may have some chances. However, Bayern Munich will want to start the year with a win.
