I expect an interesting match to watch between these two clubs, lately Bayern Munich's performance has been extraordinary with consecutive wins and currently Bayern Munich is at the top of the Bundesliga standings and also at the top of the Champions League standings thanks to the many goals scored by Bayern Munich.
In this match I think Bayern Munich will also do the same thing, scoring many goals and embarrassing their opponents at Wender Bremen's headquarters, Bayern Munich certainly wants to continue to appear consistently so that they can win the Bundesliga title again and try to make Leverkusen have no chance to overtake Bayern Munich at the top of the standings.

Maybe it's time for Bayern Munich to extend their consistency in the Bundesliga by taking 3 points easily from Werder. Kompany a doubtful figure, now shows the ferocity of the players in his cold hands. Werder could be the next club that must be able to withstand every onslaught from Kane and friends. So far there are no serious problems as long as they start, especially the depth of Bayern increasingly solid squad.

When the game shown by Stuttgart is much more consistent then it is not impossible that they can beat or draw when facing Dortmund. Playing at home will certainly provide more value where Stuttgart can be motivated to get three points and they also play in front of their own audience so the pressure on Dortmund will be much greater. But back again as you said that Dortmund is in its best form and it will be very difficult to beat them now.

If you want to place a bet, maybe betting on Dortmund's victory will be much more favored because of all the advantages they currently have. But if you dare to take the risk of betting on a draw, it is also quite good because the potential is still there if you look at the strength of both.

I admit Stuttgart game is indeed extraordinary and they are able to control attacks from various directions, but their opponent is Dortmund who in the last few matches in the Bundesliga has no reason to lose to Stuttgart. The home team's chances to control the game are quite large, but in terms of accuracy, Dortmund pressing could be much better to open up more goals. I will bet Dortmund to win with both teams scoring because don't forget based on h2h both are almost quite balanced.

Mainz's solid defense made Augsburg unable to win the match or equalize, at the beginning of the match Augsburg played quite badly with a quick goal and trailing 0-2 made them a little frustrated with the substitution of players until in the 25th minute they managed to equalize to 1-2, and it was very unfortunate that Mainz who had to get a red card in the first half did not make them afraid and Ausburg continued to open gaps but Mainz was solid enough to end 2-3 over Mainz's victory.

I would agree with you as there were two games that went against mid-game expectations. Brugge played very well against Dortmund, but Dortmund scored the goals and the same happened in Madrid. Stuttgart played an impressive game and deserved to score the goal and take the lead against Real Madrid.

Brugge could have scored the goal to take the lead, but instead hit the cross bar and then later in the game Dortmund literally scammed Brugge with the result! It never looked as if this game could end 3-0 in favor of Dortmund.

So yes I think Stuttgart has a reasonable chance to win the game, but so does Dortmund. They can never be underestimated and if it is another day with full efficiency, Dortmund could score 3 goals out of 3 shots on target. But it could surely go very well for Stuttgart as they have demonstrated how they can resist and partially control a game against Madrid.

Looks like the biggest match in this round.
I believe Stuttgart is more than capable of winning it, despite the loss, they looked really good in their last Champions League game against Real. I'm a bit surprised that bookies share the same opinion and made Stuttgart a slight favourite, especially knowing that last season Borussia was performing equally well in away games as at home.
I think we could see a lot of goals in this one.

Thw game ended in favour of mainz winning by 3 goals as against Augsburg 2 goals, both teams had red card in the game, looking at the statistics from this game, it shows it was really a struggle at some point between both teams because a team getting up to 14 corner kicks and a red cars with about 5 yellow cards is so much of a statistics to handle, literally, Augsburg had a better possession and dominance in the game but it's really interesting how they lost at home even with the possession they had and all the statistical dominance seen so far, well Mainz is now in the 10th position as against Augsburg 12th position with Mainz having five points and Augsburg four points.

While it looked as though Mainz 05 were in the driving seat early on and have chosen to defend, I felt the strategy might backfire on them. It may be very risky for them to defend too deep with only ten players against Augsburg, who are currently having 70% of the ball. Augsburg may have not been able to break through Mainz's defense but their pressure kept increasing, and one mistake from Mainz would turn the match around. In my opinion, Mainz should have had more guts to go out on the attack and try to secure the lead with another goal, rather than just defending. Just defending against such a dominant team could be fatal.

But, The long whistle has been blown, and now everything is clear. Mainz 05 came out as a winner in the fierce match, a match full of cards; 7 yellow cards and 3 red ones were issued by the referee.

Comparing the two teams, Mainz is actually more favored because the style of play of Mainz attacking and defensive players is stronger than Augsburg who is currently losing at home. Initially I thought Augsburg would appear more confident at home but in fact their appearance made me bored to see it.
So the 2-3 defeat was a defeat that was equivalent to Augsburg poor performance and Mainz took advantage of Augsburg weak defense to score 3 goals.
Although Augsburg was far superior in ball possession, that was Augsburg mistake, controlling the ball too much but not having the ability to break through Mainz defense while Augsburg had many opportunities but was unable to score a bigger score.

Like how Kompany was able to get the players in Bayern Munich blend in so fast with his pattern and making tremendous success with every game he has played so far is something worth noting. However, it doesn't change a thing with how he performs all through the season without giving Bayern Munich the Bundlesliga trophy because that was the job he was called up for, so if he fails he's definitely going to be sacked unlike Alonso who could be considered to be given more time base on the grounds that he had done it ones and could repeat it if given the chance.

There's a high chance Bayern Munich may wanna do that but I have doubt Xabi Alonso will want to remain in any club in Germany should he leave Leverkusen because I can see from the look of things how much passion he has for his present club and wouldn't want to remain in the Bundlesliga with another team but would rather want to test new waters outside the shores of Germany to leagues like the Spanish Laliga or English Premier League.

The match was tense and Mainz 05 had already secured their position to get the victory, and this match was quite hot because the two played quite hard and each of the players received a red card, namely Nadiem Amiri from Main 05 and Samuel Essende from Augsburg, and now playing with 10 players from each team, it was very funny.  

It seems that even though the current situation has the same players Mainz 05 prefers to maintain its position, they do not make meaningful attacks, defending to get a victory is the choice taken by coach Henriksen, although the possession of the ball is 70% controlled by Augsburg at this time they are very difficult to penetrate the fortress of Mainz 05 defense.

The match is currently 2-3 and the temporary victory is still led by Mainz 05, this match is quite interesting and suspenseful, although the match was controlled by Augsburg but could not catch up with the goal that Mainz 05 got, unfortunately I think if Mainz 05 does not play nicely with 10 players because of the red card that Nadiem Amiri got will be a disaster for Mainz 05, it looks like the current match for Mainz 05 is tightening the defense to defend the game.

It is not that I am against Kompany brilliant coaching skills but I feel that it might be hard for Kompany to come from nowhere and win Bundesliga this season without having any challenges.

You are right. Any wrong move by Vincent Kompany will bring back all the criticism he had before the start of the Bundesliga competition, because nobody expects he will be able to perform like this. Although we know that he has good players under his management, everybody was doubting his coaching skills, but he later did not disappoint.

 I think Komapny will do everything to see that he gets the Bundesliga title this season so that he will remain relevant in the club as the manager, because seriously, if he fails, I also doubt he’s staying. I was even thinking it will take him time to develop a strategy that will suit the players, but no, Vincent Kompany makes everything possible in a shit period of time. I think Bayern Munich is already back to their normal form. 

According to the stats you’ve given for both teams, it seems this match should be watched upon on a neutral basis. No team seems more powerful than the other team and it clearly shows that any team that is able to put in better performance in this match will win the match. Both teams are not a team that are so powerful, so their game may not be that entertaining to some people and they won’t be a lot turn up in this match. They both know they’ve defensive problems, so I think both teams defence will be tight today and they’ll easily take advantage of each other if any defensive line falls to allow the counter of another team penetrate into them and succeed.

I also think that the win in the Champions League against Feyenoord maybe give them strength for the coming home game against Wolfsburg.
But i guess that they even they dont have played in the CL have enough self confidence for getting the win.
Wolfsburg is in my opinion not really or should be not really a problem for them at home , i go for win for Leverkusen here.

Speaking of Alonso, he is very skilled when handling Bayer Leverkusen, so far they have performed quite well. However, it does not necessarily guarantee that Alonso will be able to handle a bigger team such as Real Madrid for example, because there are many factors that can prevent the development under his guidance. The simplest case is the problem of the egoism of star players, they feel great and are not sure to obey the orders or instructions of the coach. That's why Alonso had rejected several offers from elite clubs before. Because he knows very well, not only tactics, strategies or about the system. but also the role as a boss or leader of the players, they must obey and respect their coach. Thus, chemistry and bonding will be closely connected. One example is Carlo Ancelotti who was able to become a role model for his team. Vincent Kompany, suddenly coached a team at the level of Bayern Munich.
