But being the leader in the league and beating Bayern Munich was a very special situation. They really brought dynamism to the league.
It was not only Leverkusen that was bringing some dynamism into the german league again.
There was also a few others like Stuttgart Leipzig and for sure that nobody has expected Heidenheim.
Hopefully they can continue that good performance next season again with there style of playing.
I think there is a surprise team every year in the German league. Last season Stuttgart won more points than expected. Heidenheim seems to have had a good season. It is difficult to predict what will happen in the German league next season. For me, the fight between Leverkusen and Bayern makes me curious. I'm sure there will be a similar fight in Dortmund.

LOL. Bayern Munich's dominance for years has finally been broken, and what broke it was a team that had not yet tasted the title and even its coach was a coach who was previously thought to not have much experience. However, Xabi Alonso with his strategy was finally able to break Bayern Munich's dominance, which in my opinion is something many people have been waiting for.

Their failure in the Europa League final for me is not a matter of greeting at all, indeed there will definitely be disappointment for them, but for me that does not diminish my assessment or appreciation of them. Xabi Alonso also decided to stay, and I think it was a very good decision for him, even though there were several offers that came his way. It seems he wants to prove that he can bring Leverkusen to talk more in the Champions League. because if we talk about his coaching career, if he can succeed in bringing Leverkusen to a good performance in the Champions League, then there will be even bigger offers.
Over a decade of dominance been broken by Leverkusen is something that is worth been commended because every effort Leverkusen put into winning the league title, was such that you just can't seem to see as luck, at every point they were brilliant in their performance, even at the points where it felt like they were no longer doing enough ro be able to be deserving of the title, when they had streaks of draw and times where they had to do a come back, it was a show of resilience that got them to the point where they were still able to scale through winning the bundesliga at a very good point ahead of any possible contender who were trying to contend them.

Not having coaching experience just yet before every even starting to Coach Bayer Leverkusen was a reason enough for some persons to want to look down on the abilities of Xabi as at the moment he took over Bayer Leverkusen as the head coach, buy increasingly he took the entire world by surprise which has further brought about all the attention he got recently and just like u did mentioned, I'm in support of the fact that he was able to turn down all of these offers and decided to still stick back with Leverkusen and make sure he's able to get them to become even bigger than they have just been. Thw champions league is a bigger platform for exposure to Leverkusen, I pray he gets to utilize it well enough.

Thanks to Xabi Alonso of course. He is like a mastermind to me honestly. He mixed the things he learned from the bests in his head for years and created his own beautiful system.  Smiley  Who would have thought it would run like clockwork right? Yeah maybe they lost in the Europa League finale. But I believe there was some complacency there too.

Anyways, as Leverkusen is likely to keep their current squad with the best players I expect another determined performance throughout the season. But this time I hope to see a big title competition.
Yes, of course thanks to Xabi Alanso who was able to motivate the players and maximize the Leverkusen team players so that they were able to write new history and even Leverkusen broke Bayern Munich's dominance with an unbeaten record in the Bundesliga. Of course, this Bundesliga unbeaten record makes Leverkusean feel satisfied even though they failed in the Europa League.

This satisfaction was also because they were able to win the Bundesliga for the first time and break Bayern Munich's dominance. Satisfied because of the long wait of 120 years for Bayern Leverkusen to win the Bundesliga trophy. I think by winning this they can be the first step to winning again next season and also in the UCL league.

Next season, we hope that Bayer Leverkusen remains solid and its players remain at Leverkusen to welcome a stronger next season to win many prestigious titles.

Marco Rose will be at Leipzig until 2026 and i personally thinking he deserved to gets contract extension because during this season Leipzig performance is quite consistent and they can finish at 4th place at the end of league above to Dortmund and after losing several important players such as Josko Gvardiol, Christopher Nkunku, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Konrad Laimer last summer i thought Leipzig will be unable to bounce back and lost their consistency because they have decided to sell those players above which their status at that time as the key players in Leipzig
Indeed, he literary deserves this contract extension.
He has served as coach at Leipzig since September 2022 and has brought Leipzig to a fairly good achievement. And they also persisted in continuing to enter UCL. With his abilities, Leipzig really understands that they still need Marco Rose to be their coach, because the results are in line with Leipzig's expectations and it is hoped that in the future they will be able to bring Leipzig to another performance.

Unbelievable did by Xabi Alonso how to destroy 11 years dominance from Bayern Munich back to back winning Bundesliga trophies before destroying by Bayern Leverkusen with great achieving after creating invisible record.
Recently after Bayern Leverkusen winning Bundesliga trophy make this competition withdraw from farmer league called with usually only Bayern Munich as the dominance team and won until eleven consecutive season.

For next season, seems Bayern Leverkusen keep dominance for winning Bundesliga trophy after Bayern Munich appointing lack experience manager Vincent Kompany. Xabi Alonso defend almost 90 of current composition but Bayern Leverkusen keep active signing new player prepare for next season keep quit well performance exactly will participants in Champion League.
As far as I am concerned, Xavi Alonso has written his name on stones in the German Bundesliga. In fact I saw some group of people wanting to talk low about Xavi Alonso in my neighborhood, I had to seriously come in for Alonso. You cannot talk low on that very great personality just because he lost the Europa League finals. How have we forgotten so far how Bayern Munich dominated the German Bundesliga for a decade. It was not easy for any club to come in and contest with Bayern Munich because Bayern Munich had the players and also had the money.

At every season it used to be Dortmund close to contesting but in the end they will have nothing to show for it. But from nowhere Alonso created his own players and did wonders. I seriously respect that personality and I also believe that other lovers of football will respect him also.

They fumbled, due to Injury and faulting from Thomas Tuchel. The same happened last season as he had some difficulties winning the Bundesliga League Competition only for Borrussia Dortmund to bottle the chance they had during the last game of the season. They was lucky two seasons ago but not in the recently finished season.

The Staffs, management, the fans and the squad who gave all they have for the club last season, it's the very first Bundesliga League Competition thy have won and it feels good to see that, they did by also becoming invisibles last season. Xabi Alonso also did well as he was the master mind behind all of these success. T's a good thing to see that he'll not be leaving. They can maintain a good stay In the top four for sometime of he stays as head coach

Few players are wanting to leave at most Jonathan Tah. He considers the move to Bayern Munich a priority. He will leave on free transfer if he doesn't leave this season.

Leipzig has announced a contract extension for its coach, Marco Rose, until 2026 and this is the right step taken by management to retain him. The reason is that since being brought in in 2022, Leipzig has always appeared consistent by successfully finishing in the top four and this former Dortmund coach has not disappointed at all and he just needs to continue his current adventure in bringing Leipzig to the ladder of competition for the title.

During the 23/24 season, Leizpig only suffered 7 defeats from 34 matches and I think this is still normal even though there were several moments that they could have turned into wins. Well, let's see whether Leipzig can still maintain its performance next season and we know that this Bundesliga will be even more difficult to predict considering that Bayern Munich will no longer be able to dominate.

Marco Rose is at least a competent coach for Leipzig, at the start of his career with his team he was able to present one trophy, namely the DFB Pokal. In the Bundesliga, he was still able to bring his team to the top four of the Bundesliga, even though Leipig was in the phase of rebuilding its team because several players had left. At the very least, it's a good move for RB Leipizig to keep this coach. Even though initially it was widely rumored that Marco Rose would leave to join Bayern Munich, he brushed it off and in the end extended his contract to manage RB Leipzig.

By the way, I like Marco Rose's typical coaching style. a trainer who is very confident, has a strong mission and a trainer who is clever enough to have tactics and a lot of strategy. Reportedly, Rose's contract extension comes a few days after striker Benjamin Sesko chose to extend his tenure at the Red Bull Arena. Well, it will be interesting to review the 2024/25 season. Will Marco Rose be able to maintain the consistency of his squad, or will he try to step on the gas at the start of the competition? yeah, considering the fact that some of the competing teams have changed coaches and are still young. This is interesting, it is very likely that RB Leipzig will not release players in the transfer market. Plus, maybe they will target some new talent or newcomers to add depth to RB Leipzig as the new season begins. At least, RB Leipzig might be able to compete more closely with Leverkusen and Bayern Munich. Thus, the Bundesliga will remain like last season, which was more exciting and interesting.

Bayern Leverkusen have broken the title winning streak of Bayern Munich and this is a very big congratulations to them to have come to stop this big force Bayern Munich in the end. They are very tactical in their games and to me it was not a small ride to come out victorious, they had to put in those efforts and make worthwhile for themselves before they could achieve it.

This should be an encouragement to them and serve as a pushing force that they can do and achieve anything they set their mind at, this is indeed something to praise them for. Bayern Leverkusen is a team with a lot of great potential and if they keep up the hard work in the following season, they will be the new champions of Germany just like Bayern Munich are all this years.

Ofcourse, this is transfer window, every team is looking at adding players to their squad, Leverkusen did well last season, but that isn't enough reason not to sign single player or never sign a player at all, just saying, but if Leverkusen does not sign players,it will be difficult for them to win the league again especially now that Bayern Munich have started signing players that they assume can take them to the level they want.We will 'all see If Leverkusen will be able to retain their tittle or they will let it slip  away from them.
Although new players are fantastic and exciting, it takes more than that to win a title. Leverkusen has to be smarter than only more showy. They gotta know their opponents inside and out. Every game is unique. They must change, adjust, and outsmart the opposition. It has to do with toughness and taking chances when the moment is right.

Now, defending the title? That is a somewhat difficult task. The Bundesliga is tough. There is hunger on every team. Try to place in the top 4. Confirm your Champions League spot. Thats where the big boys play. One creates a legacy there. So, Leverkusen, forget about repeating. Focus on getting better every game.

It's a really strange sight. 11 years of domination and the season when it finally broke was the 23/24 season, and an unexpected team is Bayern Leverkusen. Really, Xabi Alanso did a great job, he was very close to winning a trophy, I am sorry that he lost it that trophy. But being the leader in the league and beating Bayern Munich was a very special situation. They really brought dynamism to the league.

Of course, the presence of new coach will indeed lead Bayern Munich to make several changes in the strategy of the team lineup and also the playing style, each coach will have their own characteristics in game and they will always use what they consider appropriate and can improve performance.
In fact, this change of coach has made most fans doubt the quality of Kompany performance, but after all, all of this is choice and decision from Bayern Munich team officials and hopefully what is joint decision can really result in every success.
But Bayern Munich is little different because they have quite strong support and already have quite lot of great players.
This is what will make it easier for Kompany to achieve success and of course he just needs to find the right strategy and style of play to be able to match every team in the competition next season or even surpass it.

For example, Leverkusen where Xabi needed one season to show significant improvement in performance, hopefully Kompany can do the same thing or be faster.
I do not think that Kompany can do that, I mean not like Xabi was some superstar manager before this season, so it is not like it is going to be a fair comparison, but the reality is that we are not seeing Kompany with his premier league bad rep coming in here and suddenly be great.

Don't get me wrong, Bayern could win the league this season, there is really nothing wrong with that and it is possible, but if they do, that wouldn't be just because Kompany, I would give him a bit of credit, but not a whole lot because it is Bayern Munich we are talking about and that means they are going to end up with a title no matter who the manager is, last season was a fluke and if they win that would be because they are the best team in that league.

If Atalanta is able to beat Bayer Leverkusen, then playing in the Champion League which basically Bayer Leverkusen will playing against teams with better quality, then of course Bayer Leverkusen still has to bring in new players. At least, to prepare the team to be even better next season with the best possible rotation that can be done if Bayer Leverkusen brings in some new players. Although indeed, I also still recognize that Xabi Alonso will still be able to provide good results for Bayer Leverkusen next season but it seems, only limited to the domestic league. Because anyway, if they want to get good results also in the Champion League, then total rotation will be something that must be done, so they need second-tier players who also have good quality.
Leverkusen is showing a pretty good performance at the moment in the Bundesliga, but on the contrary the first defeat of the season they got in the Europa League against a team that has never been the favorite to win the Europa League, the defeat to Atlanta of course indicates that the mentality possessed by Leverkusen is not enough to compete in the current European competition, this season Leverkusen failed in Europe after the lack of mentality they have so that our doubts arise To be able to see them go far in the Champions League next season, as you said, of course at the moment Leverkusen still needs to improve the quality of the squad they have to maintain their Bundesliga champion status and also compete in the Champions League next season.

Currently it is reported that some Leverkusen players are starting to be approached by big European teams, so if Leverkusen loses some of their main players this season, of course it will be very risky for Leverkusen, in addition to having to maintain the current squad, of course Leverkusen must bring in several other players who are able to improve their mentality and performance next season,  I personally see if maybe Leverkusen is still able to compete in the top 4 of the Bundesliga next season, but competing for the title again certainly seems impossible because currently Bayern Munich is starting to improve their squad.

But clearly i was wrong because Marco Rose can solved to losing those players and Leipzig is quite consistent this season and if i am not mistaken since arrived to Leipzig on September 2022 Marco Rose can give 2 trophies total to Leipzig with 1 DFB pokal and 1 Germany Super Cup and in Champion League this season Leipzig can advances to round of 16 but unfortunately they lost from Real Madrid on that stage

Leverkusen must definitely make transfers. Of course, they have very good players, but getting through the transfer period without buying players carries a great risk because the opposing teams now know the players' nature very well. They can resist Leverkusen better. It is rumored that Real Madrid wants to transfer Wirtz. It may be very difficult for new players to replace the players leaving the team.

I understand this condition. The Bundesliga side will learn from Atalanta who frustrated Leverkusen with possession that could not score in the European Cup final. Atalanta was able to win 3-0.  Atalanta was able to make Leverkusen's strategy not go well. I'm sure at that time Atalanta had learned how Leverkusen worked with a pattern that worked very well in the Bundesliga. If the Leverkusen players are added, it will worsen Leverkusen's situation. In fact, they will find it difficult to defend the champion next season.

If Atalanta is able to beat Bayer Leverkusen, then playing in the Champion League which basically Bayer Leverkusen will playing against teams with better quality, then of course Bayer Leverkusen still has to bring in new players. Xabi Alonso will have to maintain last season's performance if he wants to still be held in high regard in Bayer Leverkusen. Club management don't really give a damn about your past performance because they want current results. It will be difficult for Leverkusen to replicate the unbeaten run next season but they should at least make a mark in the UCL League next season.
Leverkusen's performance has been phenomenal this season. They don't have a squad with star players but they managed to get an unbeaten record in the domestic league and almost became the first team in history to win the invisible treble. And it will be very difficult to repeat the same results next season. Leverkusen's defeat to Atalanta in the UEL final has exposed the weaknesses of Leverkusen's current game. To be honest, Alonso's tactics are really great but it seems like the players can't implement them fully. Correct me if I'm wrong. At that time Leverkusen often used tactics by placing many players on one side so that the opponent was really under pressure. But then Atalanta used high press man-to-man marking which made Leverkusen lose in the UEL final.

Gian Piero Gasperini knows that Leverkusen does not have strong players one on one so this exposes Leverkusen's weaknesses. I think if Alonso manages to improve this aspect next season then Leverkusen might be able to shock Europe once again.

One good thing about Leverkusen is about the good performance they have in this team. In fact, Leverkusen was not in the situation to beat teams like Bayern Munich and even win the Bundesliga title and if I am not mistaken, Leverkusen won the Bundesliga title for the second time in their history which is a great step forward for them.
Leverkusen didn't even spend too much money like Bayern Munich but they mostly won the game because of the amazing teamwork they have in their team thanks to their coach.

Leverkusen was not in a position to beat Bayan Munich in the beginning of the season that's why this team was not that tough opponent to all the other teams but gradually when this team won one match after another everyone considered this team as a tough opponent. The biggest surprise from Leverkusen's side was that they went undefeated this season and won the league title in addition to beating Bayern Munich. The team that all the other teams did not have much plans for last season, now the big teams will plan the most with this team. Bayern Munich will certainly not want to lose the league title to this team at least this season. If Leverkusen does not want to lose the title to Bayan Munich again, Bayan Munich will have to play well from the start and not drop any points in any match to win the league title next season.
