Bayern Munich is a big club in Germany and we know how well they perform but since last season they haven't been themselves, struggling to even win games they're suppose to win without much stress and the first game they won it wasn't convincing that they (Bayern Munich) are back to that standard form and we shouldn't look at the coach but how well the players perform on the pitch. The coach can direct from outside the field but the players can as well play something different due to lack of understanding or something. So i won't say Bayern Munich did well with a 2-3 win against Wolfsburg, they manage to get a win which is not how they have to be this season.
Honestly I agree with you, he needs all the support he can get because he is working under pressure not to make any mistake and I don't even see him as the manager they wanted, is like the Bayern Munich board appointed him (Vincent Kompany) out of desperation just to occupy that position as the manager, no high profile manager as of then and should anything went wrong they'll take their time and get their preferred coach to lead the side, that's what I think because how far has Vincent Kompany gone to coach Bayern? Just a season with Burnley, getting them to the EPL and back to the  championship then boom he got the Bayern Munich job as head coach, not really clear.
If by chance he gets any trophy that's not the champions league title I think it will be a big achievement for him, I don't know how they want to see it but the man Kompany would be so happy to win something as a coach. The board have to expect more from him because last season is like they lost their throne and I believe they need to get back to that path of winning and clearing every trophy so Kompany need to be in his toes.

I agree with this, even in that match, I gave data that they were the ones who dominated the match, more than 70%, but their finishing was not good enough, only a few shots and only scored 2 goals, while 1 was OG. That means there is still something to evaluate so that when competing with a bigger team than Wolfsburg, they can be much more accurate and effective, especially their finishing.

In his first game in the Bundesliga, I realized that he had the same problem that the two previous coaches had, I'm talking about the problem in defense, in the last two seasons Bayern has conceded a lot of goals and even when they manage to score a lot of goals, sometimes they can't win the games. This has been a problem in past seasons that Vincent Company will have a lot of headaches about, if he can't solve this, then he will have a lot of difficulty winning the Bundesliga and the European Champions League, conceding a lot of goals will not make the team win the European Champions League.


When I saw the odds for this game, I thought: Bayern is @1.21, I'm not going to bet on them, I didn't even put them in my multibet, because despite the low odds, I think Bayern still hasn't convinced me that they are better than last season. Its good for him that they have won the first game against Wolfsburg but it needs more at Bayern Munich for give them a positive aura , that can change quickly there.

All coaches should be respected , the true question is what he will be doing when they lose a game or more.
Its hard when you at Munich as a coach if just some little things looks a bit wrong , they have high standarts on all.
But for now it looks like that he maybe can get something out of the team.

Kompany has gone through his first match by winning and that is the initial capital for him to continue to give a positive aura to Bayern Munich. I still have high respect for Kompany and he got a special offer to be able to coach an elite world team like Bayern Munich. Yes you are right they are work with interest and hard work and they play with each other and success in score goal. Obviously the opposition team also score goal and stop a lot of goal and with a lot of hard work and struggle Bayern won the match by one goal. If they work hard it is an advantage for them not to have to face so much difficult in the match.  And their team will be quick and smart and play as each other partner it will be very beneficial for them and they will be able to win the match easily and it will be easy for them to score more goal. Every team match is not a match with an easy team, some matches have to be lost because the opposing team is also strong and they are also skill in play then the perform of such a team does not work. By the way Bayern team need to work hard if they  Want to go to the border of the destination. For this they have to face a lot of hard work and difficult.

I think Xabi Alonso's situation when he was appointed as head coach of Bayer Leverkusen, it seems that it cannot be compared with Kompany and Bayer Munich. While I do agree that Burnley was always a team that was designated to relegate and Kompany didn't really had much chance, the point is that he didn't take a relegation level team and kept them in the league, Burnley was suppose to go down and they did, so he had no impact, I could have been their manager and they would have gone down the same way, it wouldn't really have any real difference, maybe a bit less points, but still the same results, if he has shown no promise and di nothing exceptional, people have right to question his ability for a team like Bayern Munich.

Normally you do not go from premier league relegation to Bundesliga most dominant team, usually Bayern hires managers who proved something before. First game wasn't that bad, while score looks close, they were dominant, I expect that Kompany will have time to focus on showing people why they are wrong, if he keeps winning games then people will shut up about him, if he loses then the pressure will be even bigger.

Bayern Munich have started well I must say, hope they continue this good performance to the end.

Bayern lost two strong defenders who moved to Manchester United, De Ligt and Mazraoui are reliable defenders. Yes, the real challenge is to beat Bayer Leverkusen and reclaim the Bundesliga trophy that was stolen last season, this is real proof that Kompany must show this season to eliminate all doubts that are currently pinned on him, if you look at yesterday's match that Bayern Munich played when they beat Wolfsburg I see Munich ready to fight for the Bundesliga title with Leverkusen and Dortmund, as long as in every match that they will play "Munich" can be consistent.

The problem is not as if they can not do it but they have to be very careful since there jobs are always at stake, if you have not achieved it people will look down on you and people don't want their expectation to be high to much so that he wont disappoint them when they have started believing in him and if you look at it Bayern Munich is already a made club, I don't think he should be struggling with trying to put Bayern in place so that when ever they did not meet up with their expectation they wont be carried unaware. I will say that he his actually trying is best but you know just because we are not in his shoe we are not going to know what he is facing as a coach, he should be given time so that they wont make decisions just because he wants to please people which will affect the team i feel even the management should not bother him they should allow the man showcase himself, and been free is the best thing, because again when the pressure become to much their wont be any tangle result coming am not sure if Bayern will be able to win any trophy.
