I don't think Leroy Sané will extend his contract with Bayern Munich because it was stated before the end of last season that the club wanted to extend his contract, but it seems like he is not happy at the club. Sané performance was not that bad last season, it is only that he lacks consistency. Bayern Munich has signed another left winger to strengthen their game, they did not get the results they expected last season, and Sané playing time will be reduced next season.
There is no reason why he doesn't want to extend his contract at Bayern Munich because he will meet his former Manchester City teammate Vincent Kompany where he will be coach. I'm sure they still have good chemistry and will make the player more comfortable, but the club haven't proposed a new contract extension yet maybe if Bayern proposes the player will be happy to sign the contract he is also not too old. In my opinion he is a good player with the performances he gave last season he scored 8 goals and 11 assists in 27 appearances in the Bundesliga what what made Bayern Munich doubt him? I think he can still help Harry Kane up front.

I do agree that if Kompany does badly, he will be fired easily, and it would be easier to fire him, because everyone thinks that hiring him was a mistake to begin with, so firing him would be something that everyone would agree with in the end anyway. I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be watch closely how things are going, and if they see it going badly for even just a month, they could fire him.

This needs to be done quickly though, because they have very few people in mind they can get. I still think it was a mistake firing Nagelsmann to be fair, he was doing fine and his transfers were great too, I believe that his player selection was better than Tuchel and will be better than Kompany as well.
If Bayern Munich brings in Kompany as interim coach, they should give him a short-term contract. Firing a coach is not a difficult thing for a club to do, but there is compensation that must be paid as a result of terminating one party's contract. Bayern Munich seems to be solving a puzzle of its own making, and the consequence is that they will have to spend a lot of money for free if they fire Kompany midway.

Many doubt Kompany ability to handle Bayern Munich, he is not a reliable coach and his quality has not been tested. Bayern Munich will have difficulty winning the Bundesliga and is expected to fail in the UCL because of Kompany's limitations in managing a big team like Bayern Munich.

Of course, if we succeed, he will share the same fate as Tuchel, but I think Bayern does not have the strength to not be champions in the league for another year. The management may face a huge reaction. Naturally, there were people who criticized Kompany when he joined the team. He doesn't have a bright past as a coach, so the fans wanted to see one of the more successful coaches. The management took a big risk. Kompany must do wonders at Bayern, otherwise this may lead to reasons that will change not only him but also the management.

Perhaps Sane is not as good at Bayern as he was at City, but Bayern were going through difficult times and perhaps this is the reason. He plays well and I can’t say that Bayern doesn’t suit him, it’s a good team and I don’t see any reason why he would want to leave. He also had an injury that made some adjustments, but now he is fine and can play at full strength. And he is young enough to think about continuing his career in Saudi Arabia, and I don’t see where else he can aspire, except perhaps to Real Madrid, but I’m not sure that there will be a place for him there now.

Leroy Sane is certainly a very talented footballer. But he doesn't have the consistency to showcase his talents. If he wants to play for a team at the level of Bayern Munich permanently, he has to show consistent performances. If he doesn't accept Bayern Munich's conditions, he will continue to have the same problems in teams at the level of Bayern Munich. I think he should stay at Bayern Munich and improve his performances to a more consistent level. If I were him, I would try to stay at Bayern Munich. Because Bayern Munich are one of the best clubs not only in Germany but also in Europe and the world.

Tuchel is an accomplished manager, but he does not have the skills they need to coach Bayern Munich. He failed to be successful at Bayern Munich, a team where each coach goes and wins trophies repeatedly, while Tuchel comes and wins the trophy for his debut, I believe that if it hadn't been for Nagelsman, who developed the team, Bayern Munich would have gone trophyless under Tuchel.

I don’t still think Tuchel has failed so badly as a coach in Bayern Munich, in his first season, he won the trophy for them and in the second season he finished as runner up. If not that Bayern Munich have made up their mind that that trophy is theirs every year until Bayern Leverkusen changed the narrative of it, the result Tuchel gave them is great and doesn’t warrant him to be sacked. The league might look easy to be won by any coach managing the team, but it is indeed clear that Bayern Leverkusen’s success last season will be unmatched for any coach managing Bayern Munich at that time and not just Tuchel only.

I agree that Bayer Leverkusen's performance last season would be unstoppable for any coach who managed Bayern Munich, but Tuchel became the worst. Bayern Munich finished third last season, a team that had been winning the league and ended up third, which manager has done that in the past eleven years? It was unbelievable that Tuchel failed to finish at least second place with the wonderful players he had last season. To be honest, the Bayern Munich management made the right decision to fire him because he was not a perfect fit for the club. Of course, he won the league title on his debut, and Bayern Munich was already at the top of the league before he was appointed, he won the league with a goal difference over Dortmund, however, if Dortmund wins their last game in the last two seasons, Tuchel is not going to win the league title.

From the start, many people doubted that Kompany would be Bayern Munich's coach, but Bayern Munich's management continued to take the risk if in the end Bayern still failed to win the Bundesliga title, management was the one to blame for all this chaos because they appointed a coach with minimal experience even though his track record was it can be seen when the coach becomes the manager of one of the Premier League clubs but the club has to be relegated. We should be aware, not avoid saying "The Premier League and the Bundesliga are different" but competition is still competition. If the coach's tactics are smart, at least he can save his club.

Vincent Kompany must really show his abilities so as not to make management regret having hired him. Kompany has no shortage of star players because Bayern Munich has everything to win the Bundesliga title again.

If we pay attention, Leroy Sane is starting to disappear and we have rarely seen his brilliant performances lately. Maybe one of the reasons is that because he often changes coaches, he finds it difficult to adapt to new strategies, but this should not be an obstacle for him to continue to give his best.

On the other hand, if this bothers him so much it is possible that he will not be able to unleash his usual potential and therefore we will see him as one of the players who has experienced a significant decline. I agree with your statement, if Leroy Sane wants to stay longer at Bayern Munich then he must be flexible and whatever the coach wants he can do well. Because after all, teamwork is the first and individual skills are usually the next support for a player.

I also have no doubt about Kompany’s success, he is quite a talented young manager and building the team shouldn’t be much of a problem for him and with the kind of players he is bringing in you should know his plans for the team is very ambitious. The management has their reasons for assigning him as the right manager for the club and i believe he won’t disappoint.

Not only me, but Markus Babbel, the legend of Bayern Munich is also curious about Kompany's appointment. Championship experience will be carried to the Bundesliga, with a failed status and not much experience.  I think it's a natural problem when there are two different points of view. But we will soon see real evidence when the league has run. I think if he's not good he has the same fate as Tuchel.

I totally agree with you. Bayern Munich was too proud and treated coaches badly thinking their name and money would make coaches forget. But many coaches like Roger Schmidt saw truth and refused to work with them. It is not about money coaches want respect. Vincent Kompany is in tough spot and it's hard to see him succeeding unless he wins almost every game. Bayern Munich bad culture and lack of support for coaches will likely lead to another failure. Club needs to look at what they are doing wrong and create positive environment where coaches and players feel valued.
Bayern has always been focused on the best players and the best coaches, perhaps we underestimate Kompany, I doubt that Bayern would decide to hire a bad coach, they understand the importance of such a decision too well to risk their reputation. Changing coaches is a normal phenomenon, it would seem even for Dortmund, which reached the Champions League final, but even they had to look for another coach.
The point I've made all along is that Bayern Munich have taken a gamble by appointing a new manager at a club where winning is good but losing is going to draw a lot of criticism. If the club performs well under the company then people will say as they say now that Bayern Munich always focus on recruiting good quality players and good quality managers. But if the performance is a little bad through this manager, then people will question the professionalism of Bayern Munich. But we can't underestimate the decision made by Bayern Munich, if he didn't have a lot of team management skills, then definitely Bayern Munich would not have hired him in the club, at least I have faith in Bayern Munich.

Kompany failure with Burnley makes some of Bayern Munich former players including Markus Babbel didn't understand what is the main factor of Bayern Munich management when they had to decide hire Vincent Kompany as the next manager to replace Tuchel position because Vincent Kompany only good to bringing Burnley to playing on Championship division but in Premier League Burnley only can able to gets 5 wins during this season under him

Admitted or not Vincent Kompany status as a manager is only a mediocre manager so that's why many fans were doubt to him and i think it's normal because Bayern Munich is a big team in Bundesliga and i am sure the fans demanding the trophy and Vincent Kompany has hard task because Bayern Munich have to compete with Leverkusen for race title but indeed some people has been pesimistic Vincent Kompany can able to make Bayern Munich to performing well again

I can see Vincent Kompany will do a major changes in Bayern Munich and it proven with some of their important players such as Leroy Sane or Serge Gnabry were linked to other clubs and possibly they will leave Bayern Munich this summer however so far Bayern Munich have officially to gets 2 players and they are Joao Palhinha and Michael Olise but they hasn't stopped yet because probably Bayern Munich is still want to buy new defender and midfielder

I heard that Barcelona already got an agreement with Nico Williams’ agent.
It's just that this is still confusing, especially with the nominal amount that Barcelona has to pay, because at the moment 60 million seems to be a fixed price for this 22 year old player and his value could even increase after he succeeds in bringing Spain to the championship at the Euro this time.
Barcelona, despite Euro 2024 ending with Spain's victory, they are increasingly accelerating the signing of one of Spain's stars. Yes, Nico Williams' value is definitely increasing. However, the release clause that Barcelona must pay is around €58m. Negotiations are still ongoing. Moreover, he is in the same team as Lamine Yamal, who of course also often talks and invites Nico Williams to go to Barcelona together.
Here is the source:
https://www.football-espana.net/2024/07/15/nico-williams-has-offers-on-the-table-from-france-and-england-as-barcelona-look-to-move

Hansi Flick, as Barcelona's new coach, also assured that they could sign Nico Williams to partner with Lamine Yamal, his teammate in Spain. And this will be a very strong combination for sure, of course it will further increase Barcelona's strength in their attack line.

And for the champions league I believe the club will give him more time to develop and win the trophy.

I will see this beyond just the league and the strength of the league. No one will give a job this big to someone they don’t have trust in or see the potential of a fruitful prospect with them as their new head coach. Kompany is been given a big task and Bayern Munich is such a big team that wouldn’t make such a grave mistake of given the leadership of the club to the wrong person. I have no reservations for Kompany until I see how the next season goes for him before i begin to make partial conclusions about his stay in the club and how he can help the club build a formidable squad in all competitions.

Nico Williams agent could agree with Barcelona on the principle, but remember there is a ban on Barcelona to spend a limited amount, meaning that if the team doesn't want to sell for cheap, they do not have to sell for cheap and can hold the player until his contract is over. Nico knows this as well, so accepting the offer is easy, because that won't be his discussion at that point, teams will need to come to an agreement.

Best bet Barcelona has would be just trading players, and that could be very well for both sides, it would allow Barcelona to get players that are ready, and allow Bilbao to get a few young future potential players with one ready veteran player and be a lot better. I am sure Barcelona has players from catalan region too anyways. Bayern could still keep on chasing him, they have the money, they could get him before Barcelona can.

Why you can conclude that Kompany is a talented manager? Has Kompany proved it with prestigious trophies?
I think it is too early to claim kompany as a talented manager. He only won 1 small trophy with Burnley in the English tier 2 league. There is still no interesting achievement made by Kompany. I think it is very reasonable if many people doubt him to succeed in Bayern Munich. I even suspect he won't stay as Bayern manager until the end of the season.

Bayern management has a high target. They want Bayern Munich to win again domestic trophies and UCL trophy. Kopmany never has the experience to win domestic trophies with big team. Kompany also has no experience to win UCL trophy. Honestly, I don't expect anything from Kompany. He is very unlikely to win any trophy in his first season.

The previous bad relationship between Kimmich and Tuchel was the main reason for Kimmich current difficult situation, when Tuchel was still coaching Bayern Muchen, Kimmich had asked management to sell him but instead this condition continues to this day where there is no clarity about Kimmich future in Munich, whether he will stay or whether he still wants to leave even though Tuchel is no longer coaching Munich, currently there are several teams who really want to recruit Kimmich from Munich considering that so far his performance has been quite consistent with Munich, Kimmich is one of Germany  best defensive midfielders, and make he is a realistic target for the big European teams at the moment, Liverpool, Manchester City, Barcelona, Arsenal and PSG are the teams currently competing fiercely to get Kimmich signature, so Munich should be able to make it clear about what Kimmich wants at this time, because so far Kimmich still does not want to extend his contract in munchen which will expire in 2025.

A lot of people said there is a bad relationship between Kimmich and Tuchel, but if I'm not mistaken, Tuchel said personally that there are rumors about the problem with Kimmich, and I believe that statement he had, Tuchel wasn't having any issue with Kimmich, possibly the player wants to continue his career in other leagues because many clubs are interested in signing him, and he requested that the club should sell him due to his contract that will end next season, but the club refused. If the rumors regarding his bad relationship with Tuchel are true, I don't think Kimmich will leave the club again after Bayern Munich appoints Kompany as their new manager, he can extend his contract.

Tuchel is a good coach, it's not him who was wrong, it's Bayern's management who are wrong. Let’s look at the rest of the coaches:

1 - Real Madrid coach: this season Real Madrid won La Liga and the European Champions League. so everyone considers him a good coach, but in the last seasons under the command of the real madrid coach, they failed to win La Liga and the Champions League, but even so the management of real madrid did not fire the coach because real madrid has a management that thinks before acting, they know very well that not every season a team wins titles

2 - Manchester City coach: he has been at Manchester City for many years, during all the time he has been at Manchester City there have been years in which he did not win the Premier League and did not win the European Champions League and was not fired, because the management of manchester city uses their heads, they know that a team doesn't win all the time

3 - Liverpool, Arsenal: these are teams that had the same coach for many years, despite having some success and disappointments

Now Tuchel arrived at Bayern and managed to win the Bundesliga, but the following season when he didn't succeed he was fired, I honestly don't understand how this decision could be considered good, I don't see how Tuchel is wrong. In my opinion, Bayern's management made a big mistake by firing Tuchel and then hiring a new coach with no experience in the Bundesliga.

We can't compare Real Madrid's coach to Tuchel. Ancelotti's failure to win the La Liga and Champions League in the last two seasons does not make him a bad manager, he has won it four times for the club before adding another this season, so if Real Madrid considers firing him, they will have betrayed the best manager they will ever have, Real Madrid management believes he has won it previously, but the last two seasons were not in their favor, so they extended his contract, which will expire next season to 2026. However, I was only surprised when Chelsea fired Tuchel because he won the Champions League, which other managers were unable to do throughout their time at the club. We do not need to be worried about Kompany, he will deliver good results.

In addition, the coaches who managed the teams you mentioned in the previous season are among the best in the world, if they fail to win titles, they will not be fired. Arsenal, on the other hand, had the best manager, won their games, and challenged for the title. If they do not win a title, no one will blame their manager for their failure, because they have consistently failed to win a title, different from Bayern Munich, who win the Bundesliga title every season.

Everyone is having his own viewpoint about things with Kompany to Bayern Munich is still having surprise but as things are started by the new coach look like we will have something good for the club because he is currently trying to bring players which are suitable for his strategy at the club in the future, and we are also having few departures which are looking realistically not good but it needs of time as well so is he going to be had good start of the season with these changes, and we will be having good season for the Bayern Munich its still big question.

Best things happening for the Kompany he is in club which is having enough finances and also sources for the development of team and having great chance of staying at the top with this could be the next Pepe Guardiola, or we are having another hard season for the Bayern Munich things could be clear in few weeks after the start of the season.
Despite the various assumptions of many parties, the fact is that Bayern Munich is still an elite team in the Bundesliga, which still has a number of quality players in their squad. Kompany appointment as new manager is a bit worrying, but there's no harm in giving him a chance to prove himself. In my opinion, ups and downs in performance will probably occur, because Kompany needs a little time to adapt to his players, and vice versa. The steps taken by Kompany in polishing his squad are considered good, and each manager has his own view of the ideal squad that suits his strategic needs. Meanwhile, it could be that Kompany can overcome challenges in the Bundesliga easily, but will have difficulty when managing Bayern Munich playing in the Champions League.

To be fair, I would say that Kompany is no match for Bayern in name. Regardless, this is still an interesting combination. If they focus on young players then Kompany can develop that. There are still many doubts about Kompany's ability, but he is currently still receiving the absolute support of Bayern's Board of Directors. The proof is that they quickly brought in quality recruits for the Belgian strategist. If these contracts can be completed, Bayern will have a very strong super squad with a completely new look as a foundation for Coach Kompany to be able to compete in all competitions. If coach Kompany can grasp the pulse of the players and know exactly what will happen on the field. I completely agree. He will bring success to Bayern.
A lot of people are confused by this Kompany move. FC Bayern? Really? However, thats whats intriguing. Kompany's great at moulding young players. Check his Burnley work. He converted unknown players into a Premier League squad. Bayern requires that vitality today. I admire that Bayern isnt hesitant to try a new player, even though he's not a proven winner. Its more than chatter. The skill behind him is strong. Laimer, Guerreiro, and Kim Min-jae are real. Kompany has the pieces - now he must assemble.

Recruiting young coaches seems to be a trend at the moment after Alonso's success in leading Leverkusen to the Bundesliga title this season, signing Kompany is one of the last steps taken by Munich after they failed to get a senior coach after Tuchel sacking at the end of last season, although Kompany does not have much experience in coaching a bigteam but we cannot doubt his ability to coach, although he failed to keep Burnley in the Premier League last season, we should not forget his ability to lift his performance and promote Burnley to the previous Premier League.
Seeing the number of star players in the Munich squad and their continue to bring in many new players, it is not impossible for Kompany to restore the glory of Munich next season.

Differences of opinion are natural after Munich controversially announced Kompany as their new coach next season, although many doubt Kompany quality and capacity to coach at the moment, but I think Munich have taken a very bold step to recruit Kompany as coach after previously they have continued to rely on senior coaches to lead the team to dominate the Bundesliga all along.

Kompany has that winning mindset. He is the leader. He turned the team down in the dumps, Derby County, into contenders. Indeed, they did not win everything, but that is not the main point. He started building something. He laid a basis. Bayern right now needs something like that. They need a fresh viewpoint someone who can disrupt things; they have been on top for so long. Kompany felt fire in his belly. He is not reluctant to attempt novel ideas. He views the game as his classroom. And he's picked knowledge from the greatest, Pep Guardiola. I understand it will not be simple. Still, Bayern has finances and the talent needed. They merely need that hunger, that spark. Kompany is able to offer that. Therefore, people, be patient. This is a long-term play. But Vincent Kompany might help Bayern return to the top.
