Leverkusen looks like they will maintain their record after in the ongoing match they were able to take the lead, and not only superior in goals, they could also be superior in number of players after Bochum played with only 10 men from the 15th minute. There is no doubt for Leverkusen now, that they will can win this match easily.
Since before this match, it really looked like they were going to win, because the opponent they will face is a team that is not very strong and can only compete at the bottom of the standings and now they are also struggling so that they don't get relegated. In my opinion, they will maintain their lead in the first half until the match ends, and they should also be able to increase their lead in the second half. Even though they have confirmed themselves as champions in the Bundesliga, they have not reduced their performance and continue to play well in every match. Maybe they are not as aggressive as usual, but they can maintain their consistency well in every match.

The match ended 5-0, they played incredibly against Bochum. Actually, they didn't need to play so seriously, I think they crushed their opponent too much. Bochum is already a weak team, they have no claim in the league. Despite this, they scored 5 goals.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were many more goals, it was a terrible night for Bochum Cheesy
I agree that Bayern Leverkusen should not be playing so seriously since they have beaten Bayern Munich for this season's Bundesliga title, but since they want to end this season unbeaten, they will be serious with every single match they play in the Bundesliga. Bayern Leverkusen needs to win or draw their last match in the Bundesliga this season to end the league unbeaten, and I believe Augsburg will not be a threat for Bayern Leverkusen.
Leverkusen wins. Unbeaten? Tremendous! Nobody does it like them. They have larger goals. Europa League Final, enormous! Smart Coach Alonso knows what he's doing. He may rest key players against Augsburg. So why not? Must keep them sharp for the big game. However, Leverkusen's bench is strong. So strong. Without the starters, they'll be tough to beat. Alonso has a tough choice. A perfect record? History right there. But Europa League? That's another level. Augsburg may not be league leaders, but they can surprise. Bigly. Alonso wins. I know winners. Even when players rest, he'll keep them winning. He has a plan. The game will be wonderful, folks. A terrific game.

Leverkusen seriousness against Bochum is because they want to avenge last season's defeat, they made good use of every opportunity to beat Bochum in the same place where they lost last season. Leverkusen are also getting closer to their unbeaten record in one season, they only have one more game left before closing a very brilliant season. Augsburg is Leverkusen's last challenger in the Bundesliga, the last match will also be played at Leverkusen's headquarters, a draw is enough for them to set a record as a team that is unbeaten in one season.

When Leverkusen have won the trophy but they are still chasing a big victory, isn't it a pretty crazy ambition of a team when a draw also can keep their record?
To be honest, before the game against Bochum I thought Alonso would play a young squad in that game to at least get a draw because they no longer need points at the moment, but it turns out that Alonso still fielded a full squad to face Bochum, not underestimating other teams of course might be a factor in Leverkusen being able to achieve maximum results this season to be able to continue to maintain their unbeaten record.

After beating Bochum, Alonso told the media that he was obsessed with making Leverkusen the first Bundesliga team to win the competition unbeaten for a season, with only 3 games left in all competitions they participated in, of course what Alonso said is likely to be realized especially if we see their opponents in these 3 matches are not a stronger team than Leverkusen,  Leverkusen have won the Bundesliga trophy and are now compete in  two finals in the European League and DFB, so if when they can get a treble at the end of the season with unbeaten of course  it will be a fantastic record that may be difficult for any club to break in the future.

And the result that Bayern Leverkusen had against Bochum in the Bundesliga yesterday was a perfect score to get back at Bochum. I think Bayern Leverkusen will not want to settle for a draw with Augsburg; they might be at risk of not ending the Bundesliga season unbeaten. What if they are playing 0-0 with Augsburg and, in the dying minute, Augsburg scores a goal against Bayern Leverkusen? Bayer Leverkusen will go for a win, and they will want to score a lot of goals against Augsburg so that even though Augsburg scores a dying-minute goal, they will still defeat Augsburg and maintain their unbeaten record this season.

Leverkusen have 1 more game to get the perfect record of the Bundesliga champion without losing. That gives them another chance to get 3 champions this season. DFB Pokal and Europa League. A perfect achievement for Xabi Alonso. Today they got a 5-goal win against Bochum. They dominated the game so much, even Bochum didn't have a shot on goal. Interestingly I want to wait for Xabi's action next season, because many teams cannot secure the championship in the next season. Because there will probably be a lot of players who leave because of the outstanding performances.
I have told about this before because Leverkusen was still targetting unbeated records until end of this season so they won't hold back and the match against Bochum is really easy for Leverkusen because they can win with big scores but for Bochum this result is very unfavourable because they were failed to wided their points gap with Union Berlin but for the last match this week Bochum only required draw result to secured their place and survive at Bundesliga and Bochum upcoming opponent is Bremen and considering Bremen is not strong team i think still possible to gets at least draw result from that team

If we talking about Leverkusen currently they can collect 87 points from 33 matches and potentially Leverkusen can able to gets 3 points again and extended their unbeated records because this weekend their opponent is only Augsburg and Augsburg conditions currently is not really good because they were suffering 4 losing streak so i am confident Leverkusen can able to beat Augsburg even probably Leverkusen can win with big scores again just like they did last week

With a 5-0 victory over the home team Bochum, Bayer Leverkusen officially set an unprecedented unbeaten milestone in European football history. As I said, Leverkusen won the Bundesliga championship and can rest to focus on the two important finals that follow. However, the unbeaten record that the players have been striving for since the beginning of the season still cannot be stopped. I believe they will be serious about creating history. Perhaps coach Alonso will rotate the squad to ensure the pillars are rested, while still ensuring the force is strong enough to maintain an unbeaten streak.

I hope Leverkusen will try their best in the remaining 3 matches. If they continue to maintain their performance, Leverkusen can dream of being undefeated for the entire season with an unprecedented treble. I believe Leverkusen will finish writing their name in history.
That's right, if Leverkusen succeeds in achieving the treble by never being defeated then their achievement will be an important piece of history in modern football. No team has ever done it, even though we realize that the Bundesliga, Europa League and DFB Pokal are not as competitive as the Premier League and Champions League, but in my opinion this record is extraordinary. Statistically, Leverkusen has officially recorded 50 unbeaten matches. If they succeed in wiping out all the remaining matches in the future, then Leverkusen will record a total of 53 unbeaten matches. Meanwhile, Xabi Alonso will most likely rotate his players for the Bundesliga match with second string players, and will field his best squad when playing in the two finals later.

Meanwhile, Xabi Alonso must remind his players not to be careless, they must remain humble even though they are now receiving a lot of praise. The matches versus Augsburg and Kaiserslautern are relatively easy to overcome, while in my opinion the Europa League Final match will still be difficult for both teams. Atalanta has the potential to make Leverkusen suffer its first defeat of the season, as well as thwart Leverkusen efforts to achieve a treble winner. Therefore, Leverkusen must try their best and give their best performance to make their dreams come true.

What a beautiful way to end the final day of the Bundesliga League Competition, hopefully they get no spoilers as they complete the hundred percent.
Every single name, player, coach, staffs and assisting coaches and co's likewise the great fans of Bayern Leverkusen traveling home and away for the success of the club has written a new history forever. Are we going to see a new club set such records? It'll be very difficult to see such happening.

They play a poor side in the DFB Pokal Competition but I'm not saying they should be underestimated, they have no other option but to stay out of Injury and face the next three games with passion.
I can wait to see them in the Champions League Competition next season. Rumours I read say Bayern Leverkusen has plans of signing Cristiano Ronaldo. I will be happy to see that because they have yougins ready to pass him the ball.

This is indeed how Champions do it, Xabi Alonso has a future with Real Madrid from here anf I'm certain about it.

I think no one will be waiting to see Bayern Leverkusen lose this season in the Bundesliga with the good performance they are displaying after winning the league title. Bayer Leverkusen might even end this season unbeaten in all competitions; they just need to win one match in the Bundesliga, the DFB-Pokal finals, and the Europa League finals, and they will end this season unbeaten in all competitions. With Bayer Leverkusen's three remaining matches in all competitions, it is only Atalanta that will be a challenge for Bayern Leverkusen to defeat, but with the performance of Bayern Leverkusen, they are likely to beat Atalanta in the Europa League finals.

Leverkusen managed to beat Bochum with a fairly large score, although no longer needed points but still Leverkusen againts seriously all their opponents this season including Bochum which was relatively easy to beat, a 5-0 victory over Bochum was quite reasonable because Xabi Alonso even still fielded most of their main squad in the match and this indicates that Leverkusen never underestimated every opponent they faced,   Currently Leverkusen have managed to reach an unbeaten record of 50 games and of course have passed Arsenal unbeaten record in the 2004 season with 49 games, to be honest, I would like to see a other team that is indeed able to break Leverkusen unbeaten record and want to see afterwards whether they are able to bounce back or even fall after the defeat.

For this season, of course, it has been difficult for us to see the defeat of Leverkusen, because indeed the matches they have currently only three games left, namely against Augsburg in the Bundesliga, Atlanta in the Europa League final and also Kaiserslautern in the DFB Pokal final, of course Atlanta is one of the big teams that has the potential to beat Leverkusen this season even though it is unlikely to happen,  Leverkusen have the potential to go 53 games unbeaten in all competitions this season.

In the last round, Hoffenheim will most likely lose to Bayern, so Freiburg has a more than real chance of getting into the Europa League rather than the Conference League. Therefore, the maximum that Union can count on is a draw, in my opinion. Therefore, the two-point advantage that Mainz already has should be enough to stay ahead. Well, it looks like Union needs to prepare for the playoffs. Remaining in the Bundesliga would be a modest but good result.
The final week will be very decisive for Freiburg and also Hoffenheim, because they must be able to ensure victory to be in European competition next season, even though it is the 3rd caste after the Champions League and also the European League. With a distance of 1 point in the standings table, they must still fight until the last match.

Freiburg will have an advantage because they will face Union Berlin, while Hoffenheim will face Bayern Munich who are definitely better than them. For now, the advantage is in favor of Freiburg, because it is very likely that they will be able to win against Union Berlin, and on the other hand, it is very likely that Hoffenheim will lose to Bayern Munich.

Competition does not only occur in the middle table, because even at the bottom of the standings, competition will still occur, because Union Berlin also still has a chance to survive in the Bundelsiga, as long as they win and Mainz lose in their last match. This is extraordinary because we will still see the decision in the final week of the Bundesliga this season.

This sounds funny but could be true because they actually had the chance to have stopped a goal or two and still be winners of that game but then Leverkusen went ahead and  made sure they were able to humiliate Bochum at the end of the game but it was a deserving victory going by their performance because they actually got to dominate the game well enough statistically and even by their performance on the pitch.

Last season Bochum was able to defeat Leverkusen a d away from that, they have been able to beat Leverkusen in most of their meetings too often that It was okay for Leverkusen to utilize this opportunity well enough to winning them and I think it was a very fair one that Leverkusen got. Leverkusen now have a game more to prove their unbeaten streak, they have been able to secure the league title now they are out for the records which I believe too they will be able to defend well enough because they are not looking threatened by Augsburg .

Home advantage for Leverkusen is everything and that is why I still believe in the fact thst most likely Augsburg doesn't have a chance at winning Leverkusen and I'd they re Lucky enough they will get a draw which I consider not to be a bad one for Augsburg but Leverkusen would want to get the perfect last straw with a victory in that game so Augsburg traveling all the way to Leverkusen home should be ready and expect to see anything happen.

Is anyone here waiting for Leverkusen to lose? I'm sure this season won't see Leverkusen lose at all. Xabi Alonso and his players are too solid. Scored 5 goals and all of these goals were very pleasing to the eye. Xabi Alonso perfect tactics are able to paralyze his opponents, and until now no one has been able to beat Leverkusen the record continues maybe we will see Levekusen lose next season when appearing in the UCL. So this season I'm tired of waiting for Leverkusen to lose. At least in football there are wins and losses but that doesn't apply to Leverkusen. lol  Grin

The three quick goals pulled the plug pretty quickly though. There was no coming back for Dortmund and Mainz knew that if they concentrate on their defense, they got the 3 points they need. This game was worth a bet in my eyes, but I didn't place one. Wink

Bundesliga games are coming to an end soon and from what I saw Borussia Dortmund already secured a place for UEFA Champions League which explains partially why they didn't took today's game against Mainz seriously. At the opposite, I find Mainz pushing to stay out of the Champions League
I get your perspective that Dortmund didnt play hard against Mainz. Avoiding injury and exhaustion is wise ahead of the Champions League final. Real Madrid is no easy opponent, therefore they must be at their best. The rotation of important players by Edin Terzic was smart. The London showdown is the greater picture right now. This win saves Mainz, right? Gaining those three points must be a relief after trying to avoid relegation. You can image the relief and rejoicing! Low-lying clubs' seasons can be defined by instances like this.
Real Madrid is never an easy opponent for any team and in order to win against Real Madrid they will have to perform much better than Real Madrid and there is no room for any mistakes against this team. There is no option to go to the field with their strong eleven in the final match against Real Madrid. If there is any injury problem in the club at the moment, then this problem will make a big difference in the final match against Real Madrid.

Dotmond should only plan on the Champions League final because now they have nothing else to achieve but only one thing to achieve and that is the Champions League title.

Leverkusen's season is a f***ing masterpiece. Unbeaten is their goal, and it shows. Bayern Munich? Tied. Other top contenders? Managed them. Augsburg? It's an easy win on paper, but these men don't play lightly. New standards from Leverkusen. They dominate, not just play. Every player is tuned, every tactic calculated. And it works. The final game against Augsburg will be electric. Watch them bring the same intensity and fire to end the season unblemished. It shows their determination, grit, and insistence on excellence
This season is actually a masterpiece for Leverkusen, only once in their club history. They are perfectionize it with 50 unbeaten matches and they are counting down very last matches of season to complete this season with a perfect unbeaten record and three titles. Two more final matches and if they win it, they will have two more unbeaten matches but more important, two more titles.

In Leverkusen history, they had one season with Michael Ballack, Ze Roberto, with chances to win three titles but that season ended like nightmare for Leverkusen, without any single title. Now, they have chance to make a different ending, perfect one.

Leverkusen achieved an undoubted victory this week, they destroyed Bochum with 5 goals without reply, once again they extended their unbeaten record this season. Leverkusen played with 11 men, while Bochum played with 10 men from the 15th minute, so this win was a very easy win for them.
However, I am more interested in how they can always score goals in the final minutes of the match, and they did it again in this match. Yes, they scored goals in extra time and made them record statistics by being a team that can almost always score goals in extra minutes. I don't know for sure how many goals they scored in the extra time of the second half, but I noted from the last few matches they played, they were always able to record that. Xabi succeeded in building the mentality of his players to continue attacking even though they have won and even when they lose they will continue to fight until the last minute of the match.
Leverkusen is undoubtedly a very tough team at the moment, they extended their unbeaten record by slaughtering Bochum last night, it is very difficult to beat the team coached by Xabi at the moment, they Leverkuse already have an extraordinary mentality which has been formed from the start of the season by Xabi, it all happened because Xabi formed this team into the extraordinary team it is today.

The Leverkuse team is always dangerous in the final minutes and doesn't give up easily, the stamina they have built up means they have to work hard when the opposing team is overwhelmed so that's when they will look for goals, this has been proven by Leverkuse now, with what they have achieved. Leverkuse and what is being achieved I think if the team's performance and the stamina they have are like this they will get what they are after this season.

I wonder what Tuchel planned in yesterday's match against Wolfsburg without using Kane but still managed to get 3 points from the results of 2 scores without reply from Wolfsburg.
I just thought without Kane, Bayern Munich could still look very good and even seemed to dominate the match even though it looked a little difficult to break into the Wolfsburg defense but the fact could still score 2 scores.
and the question is why when Kane was always present in the field with Munich but got bad results?
surely some people will say if this is a curse but for me it is not about the curse of Kane but it's just that when there is Kane in the composition of Munich players, other players rely too much on Kane while without Kane, other Munich players can look very good can make a very stable contribution in every minute.

reason I said like this when I always saw Munich appearance when Kane joined in the field, the Munich players always continued to give Kane ball ball hoping that Kane could score or in other words Kane was used as a scorer good and immediately scored without having to rely on Kane, surely Munich will not be bad like this.

Its little unbelievable with Union Berlin performance and current standings at playoff relegation zone, last season success finish as top fourth standings team and get first time appearance in Champion League competition. But in this season,
Union Berlin get potential will relegated to Bundesliga 2 depend on last match result against SC Freiburg to secure Bundesliga position or have to face Fortuna Düsseldorf as 3rd standings team of Bundesliga 2.
For last match against SC Freiburg is very important match for Union Berlin to secure relegation playoff round or moving up from relegation position if another match Mainz defeated by Wolfsburg.

Its alternative way for Union Berlin secure the Bundesliga position next season.

  • Win against SC Freiburg and Mainz defeat by Wolfsburg
  • Draw against Freiburg and must win against Fortuna Düsseldorf on playoff relegation round

Based on your prediction, which more prefer relegated this season between Mainz or Union Berlin?

In the last round, Hoffenheim will most likely lose to Bayern, so Freiburg has a more than real chance of getting into the Europa League rather than the Conference League. Therefore, the maximum that Union can count on is a draw, in my opinion. Therefore, the two-point advantage that Mainz already has should be enough to stay ahead. Well, it looks like Union needs to prepare for the playoffs. Remaining in the Bundesliga would be a modest but good result.

Bayern Leverkusen needs to win or draw their last match in the Bundesliga this season to end the league unbeaten, and I believe Augsburg will not be a threat for Bayern Leverkusen.

Leverkusen will still play seriously in the last Bundesliga match, especially since their opponent is Augsburg. even though this team sometimes gives surprises, in the last 4 matches they have suffered consecutive defeats. In this match, considering that Leverkusen has a meeting against Atalanta in the Europa League Final, Xabi Alonso will not field his main line-up to save the energy of several of his core players. Even though they don't play their core starting eleven, that doesn't mean Leverkusen won't play seriously. After all, they have other player options that Alonso can rely on when hosting the match against Augsburg at BayArena.

The point is, maybe now the Leverkusen coach wants to record his unbeaten record throughout the season in the Bundesliga. In fact, perhaps Alonso has the ambition to continue this in various competitions, namely the Europa League Final and the DFB Pokal Final. After all, Leverkusen has a chance for that even though it has to be paid with effort and hard work to make it happen. and if he succeeds in bringing his squad undefeated in various competitions this season, it will be something extraordinary for this Spanish coach in his career with Leverkusen. To find out, we'll just see how far Alonso can go. They already have the Bundesliga, only two trophies are Leverkusen's current targets. well, very interesting.
