Even experienced coach Tuchel struggled to keep Bayern on top last season. Bundesliga is a different playground. Leverkusen and Dortmund are set to strike. Bayern hired Kompany strategically. It's more about future dominance than instant glory. Injecting new ideas and enthusiasm. Kompany may be green, but he's talented, tactical, and driven

There may be some growing pains and hitches. Part of the process. Building unity and a winning mindset takes time. Instead of pouting over a loss or two, take a big breath and let the man do his thing. A championship squad and Rome weren't constructed overnight

If many others can reason in this direction, they won’t be looking down on Kompany as not being the perfect person for the coaching job at Bayern Munich. It is unknown to us what happened between them before an agreement was signed for that long with him. He is still in is grooming stage as a coach and was still awarded a big contract in a big club, don’t you think they know better than us what is to come for them if he doesn’t succeed as the manager?

It may just be as you’ve said it, he is a long term project with the team. The results may not start coming from the first season as he will be building the team gradually and replacing some players where they are not more fit in the club. Kompany has done it before at Derby County and that gave him the rise to manage a premier league team. Another opportunity is now with him  and I don’t think he’ll let this slide by without trying his best to make it a success yet now again.

It just feels strange when Bayern Munich appoints Kompany, because basically Bayern Munich always expects quick success even though it remains for a long-term project. But anyway, if for example Bayern Munich really wants a long-term project with a process that is not fast, then I'm sure Bayern Munich has previously kept Nagelsmann or maybe Tuchel. But anyway, when the two coaches approached failure, the fact is that Bayern Munich also did not hesitate to fire Nagelsmann suddenly.

After that, with Tuchel's failure due to heavy opponents Bayer Leverkusen last season, the fact that Bayern Munich also could not afford to be patient for a long process for Tuchel, because Bayern Munich also made a quick statement with the plan to fire Tuchel at the end of the season. It has happened, but what makes me unbelievable is the appointment of Kompany because basically Kompany also still does not have much great experience like Nagelsmann and Tuchel, but Bayern Munich seems to be gambling with his choice like this.

Now we can only wait what will happen to Bayern Munich after Kompany takes charge of the club, everything has happened, Bayern Munich must be ready to bear whatever the results are as long as Kompany serves as coach there. Now the face of the Bundesliga has changed, the competition is not as easy as it was a few seasons ago. Tuchel has felt how difficult it is to compete in the Bundesliga since Leverkusen showed his class, he had to end his career early because he was deemed to have failed to improve Bayern Munich's performance.
And Bayern Munich fans do not expect Kompany to suffer the same fate as Tuchel experienced last season in the Bundesliga next season even though Kompany is also listed as a new coach at Bayern Munich. Because Leverkusen could still be strong enough next season even though they might not be able to repeat last season's achievements next season in the Bundesliga. However, what is of concern is not that, but rather the coach from Bayer Leverkusen himself who is still rich in brilliant tactics so that he can make the Leverkusen team remain as strong as last season.
I have no doubts about Bayern Munich and Leverkusen but if I was given the choice to choose one of these 2 clubs I would choose Leverkusen.
Bayern Munich still has reliable players and professional strikers, but Vincent has just become Munich coach and needs a little time to adapt and find the right tactics for his club.
Meanwhile, Leverkusen has had several seasons with Alonso and last season managed to win the Bundesliga title.
In the coming season, Leverkusen will indeed have a very busy match schedule, having to appear in other competitions and that is a tough task, but Alonso already has the experience to be able to manage players so that they remain consistent.

We'll see how Vincent Kompany is able to compete with Alonso and for me this will be a very interesting competition.

The situation of Joshua Kimmich is not clear yet and we can't predict to his situation in the next season. During the time when Tuchel was working in Bayern Munich, Joshua Kimmich was about to leave the team because of the bad relationship he had with Tuchel now Tuchel left and Joshua Kimmich is still in the team.
Now Joshua Kimmich hopes to see Kompany use his talents in Bayern Munich. Also, Bayern Munich doesn't want to lose this player because some teams like Barcelona, Liverpool, and Chelsea are trying to hire this player.

The previous bad relationship between Kimmich and Tuchel was the main reason for Kimmich current difficult situation, when Tuchel was still coaching Bayern Muchen, Kimmich had asked management to sell him but instead this condition continues to this day where there is no clarity about Kimmich future in Munich, whether he will stay or whether he still wants to leave even though Tuchel is no longer coaching Munich, currently there are several teams who really want to recruit Kimmich from Munich considering that so far his performance has been quite consistent with Munich, Kimmich is one of Germany  best defensive midfielders, and make he is a realistic target for the big European teams at the moment, Liverpool, Manchester City, Barcelona, Arsenal and PSG are the teams currently competing fiercely to get Kimmich signature, so Munich should be able to make it clear about what Kimmich wants at this time, because so far Kimmich still does not want to extend his contract in munchen which will expire in 2025.

I think this shouldn't be coming as a surprise to Bayern Munich that most persons would want to really be skeptical about their choice of coach seeing that he's  not got a very high level of experience and yet he was chosen to be the head coach of the team, for them to have chosen him they will just have to be optimistic amidst allhe doubt from others and not lwt that sway them from making at the possible positive side.
Different people's reactions were different, but the most dominant was the doubt that immediately emerged when Bayern Munich appointed Vincent Kompany as the new coach. However, there are quite a few who are very optimistic about his arrival even though he doesn't have a good track record so far.

Now there may be a challenge that is clearly in front of Vincent Kompany's eyes and if he can bring Bayern Munich to the highest level of their game or come closest to snatching the Bundesliga title from Leverkusen then no one will doubt him. I think we can find out more clearly later in the pre-season match in Seoul against Spurs and then we can judge at least the first impression.

One thing is for sure, they are going to face a lot of backlash if Byron Munich does not perform really well from the start and also does not win the Bundesliga title. Right now there is a trend going on. Club is appointing young coaches because you know, the young coaches can actually implement new and effective playing styles. Everyone is thinking and why everyone is actually losing their mind is because everyone is almost certain that the Reds had better options. I am pretty sure that if they actually tried hard enough, they would have actually gotten Zidane.

Actually judging a coach the first impression is not going to be a good idea. We have all seen what de Rossi has done with Roma. He was speaking in an incredible result at first. but after A few matches the performance from Roma got pretty average.

Meanwhile, without underestimating Leverkusen, Xabi fleet will not necessarily be able to repeat an impressive season like last season, it could be that next season a club like Dortmund, Stuttgart or Leipzig will succeed in lifting the trophy. There are many possibilities that could happen, and Kompany certainly understands the risks he will take if he fails to meet expectations. The preparations and adjustments that Kompany is currently making are quite good, the opportunity to bring Bayern back to dominating the Bundesliga next season is very open.
The five teams you mentioned, including Bayern Munich, are teams that are often at the top of the standings so it would be quite embarrassing for Kompany if he couldn't bring Bayern Munich back to dominating the Bundesliga next season even though he is the new coach at Bayern Munich. Because a big team like Bayern Munich always wants better results in a short time, even though a new coach actually also needs time to be able to make better preparations and adjustments once they are in the team.

It would be a shame if Kimmich left because after all he has been an important figure for Bayern Munich for many years. If he leaves, it will certainly make Bayern Munich a little fragile for next season. However, Bayern Munich doesn't seem to need to be confused considering that they have also got Palhinha who plays as a defensive midfielder this summer.

Maybe the problem is that we often see Kimmich occupying the right-back position and I don't think there is a replacement at the moment. While watching Kimmich's development, I think Bayern Munich must be on guard to find a suitable right-back if Kimmich leaves. The pressure from several teams trying to bid for him will make Kimmich even more willing to move.

Exactly and I think it was about time that things will backfire for them. Bayern Munich thought they are this huge club and they can treat coaches whatever they want, but the reality is that this didn't go unnoticed. Imagine how many coaches turned down their approaches. Money is certainly not the issue as no coach ends up being poor when they sign a contract with Bayern Munich, but guys like Roger Schmidt knew that at this time it is no fun to go there and get treated like a piece of trash.

I am more than curious to see how this will end for Kompany, but I can't really see how this will be going well unless he wins 90% of the games.
I totally agree with you. Bayern Munich was too proud and treated coaches badly thinking their name and money would make coaches forget. But many coaches like Roger Schmidt saw truth and refused to work with them. It is not about money coaches want respect. Vincent Kompany is in tough spot and it's hard to see him succeeding unless he wins almost every game. Bayern Munich bad culture and lack of support for coaches will likely lead to another failure. Club needs to look at what they are doing wrong and create positive environment where coaches and players feel valued.
Yes, before it was officially announced that Vincent Kompany would become Bayern Munich's coach, Bayern Munich previously approached a number of big names, but unfortunately several of the coaches they approached rejected the offer made by Bayern Munich. Obviously this is not about money, because if we talk about money, Bayern Munich has a good financial situation so they can pay the money the coach wants. There is something else that makes them reject the offer submitted. And one of them is that we speculate about what Bayern Munich's treatment will be towards them.
Apart from that, they will definitely be well aware of the pressure they will receive there, because Bayern Munich have just lost the title they have defended for more than a decade. There will definitely be huge pressure from the public on the coach to return the title to them. They also don't mean they are cowards, because if they get a lot of pressure and the management or club (it is feared) will not respect them, that is also something to consider.

It was not easy for Tuchel to work in Bayern, since his conflict with the players most likely led to such poor results in the Bundesliga, this ultimately became the reason for his departure. And they asked him to stay only when they saw that they had problems finding a new coach, I think otherwise they wouldn’t have done that. And I think the decision to appoint Kompany as head coach was hasty, although on the other hand I watched some of Bayern’s matches with Tuchel and was perplexed by his decisions, although I consider Tuchel an experienced coach.

We can’t deny the facts that this current Bayern Munich board have definitely been in haste to make some decisions. The first was the unprecedented decision to sack Julien Neglesmann which to me was definitely a wrong decision and that’s what lead to this managerial crisis. The appointment of Tuchel was definitely not going to sit well with some board members and to worsen his own reputation he had a fight with some players like Kimmich, De Ligt and Goretzka which were what aided his departure.

There were rumors already that Bayern Munich had wanted him to stay after reaching out to multiple managers and this was definitely a disrespect to him, and not wanting to take the job back was for Tuchel’s ego which I will second was better though to show his true worth. The signing of Kompany on the other hand is a very good signing to me because of his pattern of play

The situation of Joshua Kimmich is not clear yet and we can't predict to his situation in the next season. Some of the teams discussed here would probably exclude Leipzig from the list of candidates for title holders next season. I don't doubt Leipzig, but looking at last season and the player transfers made by the team, it is not convincing enough that Leipzig can surprisingly win the title, beating Munich and Dortmund.
Regarding bringing in Kompany which is still seen as a problem in the coming season, I think that's the wrong idea and actually Munich is not one of the teams that wants to get instant results but this team chose Kompany just to enjoy the process of getting big achievements with a coach who hasn't yet too popular like Xabi.

Leverkusen, who won the bundesliga title for the first time, has so far provided great motivation for most of the teams in the Bundesliga and Munich is one of the teams that is motivated by Leverkusen's results. Give Kompanya a chance and he will prove that he can succeed with Munich.
Let's look at it realistically, Leipzig was built by a team as strong as Bayern or Leverkusen so there is little chance of them winning the title, maybe this team will only match its performance last season to remain in the top 4.

We don't know the reason why Bayern management recruited Kompany as their new coach even though Kompany does not have sufficient achievements or experience, but even so, Kompany cannot be underestimated.
Now we can see several young coaches with a pretty good vision of the game in the modern era of football, so Bayern management has entrusted Kompany with them, perhaps because of that.

After Bayern Muncih dominated the Bundesliga for quite a long time before finally being broken by Leverkusen last season, of course this will raise the motivation of other teams and I see this as very positive for the future progress of the Bundesliga, now the Bundesliga will be even more competitive and there are several teams that have the potential to won the title unlike several seasons ago when only Bayern Munich was the favourite.

Bayern has always been focused on the best players and the best coaches, perhaps we underestimate Kompany, I doubt that Bayern would decide to hire a bad coach, they understand the importance of such a decision too well to risk their reputation. Changing coaches is a normal phenomenon, it would seem even for Dortmund, which reached the Champions League final, but even they had to look for another coach.

Let's give kompany and bayern Munich too the benefit of doubt atleast the deed has already been done and what everyone has to do is to wait hold and see what and how Bayern Munich are going to hold seeing how though that the German league has turned to be, they are so many tougher team although even that too can changed

In terms of ability, Kompany is not ready to handle a big club like Bayern Munich because there are so many demands that must be borne. Several great coaches who managed big clubs had to leave before their time came because they were unable to meet the targets set by the club, especially Kompany who had never tasted the heat of competition in managing a big team.

Folks,Adding Vincent Kompany to Bayern Munich is excellent. Some say, "But, he was at Burnley!" Burnley and Bayern, odd, right? Kompany has the resources to construct a dynasty. The pressure's on. Bayern is best. However, Kompany is used to pressure. He played with and learnt from the greatest. He's a football genius and knows how to handle superstars.

His DNA matches Pep Guardiola's. Pep did what at Bayern? Kompany has the same drive to win. Let naysayers naysay. We'll see Kompany elevate Bayern.
Actually, it's not about disagreeing or agreeing, but more about being a little worried that Vincent Kompany won't be able to lift Bayern Munich back to its peak of glory next season. Because for me, one full season for a new coach will certainly be very little for him to bring a team as big as Bayern Munich back to its peak of glory again, remembering that there are still strong rivals like Bayer Leverkusen who could dominate the Bundesliga again next season. Apart from that, everyone also wants to see how genius Vincent Kompany was when he managed a team as big as Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga even though some people have no doubts about his experience at Burnley.

I mean, if there aren't doubts about a manager, can they ever be a manager? Every time a new manager gets appointed, there is a group of people who are constantly sharing doubts over it. And this time it's even more intensified because it’s Kompany from Burnley, who had his team relegated.

But Kompany is an equipped manager, who knows how to handle a dressing room well. He has modern footballing tactics up his sleeves and is a brilliant person off the pitch. His personality suits any top club, hence he might succeed at Bayern. Interesting future for sure.

When an experienced manager is removed from the club and a new manager is given charge of the club, there will naturally be criticism of the new manager and criticism of the club's decision. Bayern Munich replaced their old manager and appointed a new manager to their club, which is why their decision is currently being discussed and criticized. If the company can apply its skills and change strategy to bring success to the team then those who once criticized the decisions of the team and the manager will appreciate it. It is definitely a big challenge for the company. The company should focus only on improving team performance. If he can perform well in the team and finish the season in a respectable position again, Bayern Munich will definitely extend his contract.

Apart from looking at Kompany age as a young manager, Bayern also consider that Kompany has quality, it's just that at Burnley Kompany didn't have good squad depth. Meanwhile at Bayern, Kompany has a number of world-class players, who can increase their chances of winning every week. Honestly, if you look at the composition of Bayern current players, there is no excessive concern about their chances of winning a trophy next season. Kompany just needs to be given the time and full support to do his job well.

I have said this in several previous posts regarding why Kompany was appointed by Munich as coach of the Bavarians. if we look at when Kompany managed Brunley in the Premier League and he failed, the biggest factor was that the team was not supported to compete in the premier league. and if I'm not mistaken, there were many Burnley players at that time who were injured. although, in reality we don't really know whether these players are the most important part or not. but one thing I saw from Kompany, he was able to take Burnley from the first division to the Premier League. Therefore, Kompany is also considered a competent coach and able to develop, considering that he is still very young. His creativity can be honed with experience, plus Bayern has quite capable player resources.

Kompany's task now is to take advantage of the opportunity he gets, handling a team at Bayern Munich's level is not easy for him. but at the same time making it a way to move on in a much better career if he is able to make good use of his opportunities, just becoming Bundesliga champion again is already a big achievement for his career. therefore, he will mobilize his energy to realize his vision and mission with Bayern Munich. Whether it is successful or not, time will tell. After all, the league hasn't started yet and currently Bayern is rebuilding the depth of its squad by bringing in several newcomers.
As for other competitors, especially Leverkusen who won the Bundesliga last season, yeah they have a chance to retain the League title. including Dortmund, RB Leipzig also has potential considering that currently the coaches are young. I just hope that next season the Bundesliga will be much more competitive than the previous season. That way, it adds to the excitement for us as football fans.

Because a big team like Bayern Munich always wants better results in a short time, even though a new coach actually also needs time to be able to make better preparations and adjustments once they are in the team.
In my opinion, the only ones who are often at the top are Bayern Munich, Leipzig and Dortmund. Apart from that, Leverkusen and Stuttgart are clubs that performed impressively last season.
If Bayern Munich fails to win the Bundesliga why should it be embarrassing? Isn't it natural that Kompany couldn't win a trophy in his first season? he doesn't have much experience, even Thomas Tuchel, who has a lot of experience as a coach, couldn't maintain Bayern Munich's dominance and he was defeated by young coach Xabi Alonso so Kompany was not Bayern's only mistake, the club itself chose him even though the coach was actually quite hesitant to coaching this big club.
Even so, the expectation is that a club like Bayern Munich wants another Bundesliga trophy, they will change coaches so they can make changes for the better, every club has the opportunity to win the Bundesliga depending on how they perform next season.

Since he has a bad relationship among the players of Bayern Munich, he has no longer comfortable to stay in Bayern Munich. I think it is the right decision to leave Bayern Munich, but Bayern Munich surely won't be easy to find the replacement.

Actually, there were already some top coaches with free agent status at that time. Conte is one of the coaches who are available in the market. I don't know why Bayern Munich has no idea to contact him, Bayern scout prefers to take a look on Kompany. I can agree that Bayern Munich must fire Tuchel, but I am also a bit disappointed with their decision to hire Kompany. If they are not hurry, they may hire Xavi at that time because Xavi finally left Barcelona. Xavi or Conte should be better than Kompany, they are more experienced. However, I don't judge that Kompany is bad coach.
