A new manager has taken charge of a big team so he needs some time to implement his strategy well though the season has not started yet and when the main phase matches start we will know what strategy he has adopted for the team and how well his strategy is working. When a new manager takes charge of Bayern Munich, everyone questions his ability to run the club and it is natural to do so because the current manager's ability to run the club is not much better than the one that Bayern Munich let go.

If the manager that Bayan Munich handed over the responsibility of their club can do something good for the club then the fans will certainly appreciate their decision but if the team under the current manager is doing worse then the fans will question the professionalism of the management.
That's why pre-season tour matches must be maximized well, especially for a new coach like Kompany because he must find an effective strategy to bring the team to victory. Indeed, quite a lot of people will be waiting for Kompany performance with Bayern munich because last season Die Roten's performance in the Bundesliga was so bad because they closed the season in 3rd place.

But in the match against tottenham where Kompany managed to lead bayern to win the match with a final score of 2-1. I also think that a coach must be able to show a positive pace in the first few matches of the season because that will increase the confidence of the players or the coach.

It seems that Bayern Munich did not make a mistake in choosing Kompany as their coach because it could also be a turning point for Bayern Munich in dominating the Bundesliga next season, because last season they were left behind because of a stronger rival. And if Kompany succeeds in bringing Bayern Munich to be champions next season, I think there will be many people who want to praise him like what happened to Xabi Alonso last season. Because Kompany has a difficult task at Bayern Munich even though the Bayern Munich players are very good players and also have enough experience.
We’re yet to see the impressive good work of Vincent Kompany in Bayern Munich. He needs time to lay things down and go completely for the big games. He has priorities to meet up and expectations from the team’s supporters are extremely high, either ways he has to keep the club in good looking shape. As usual, Kompany will get praise when Bayern Munich wins and will get criticism when they lose, it has become a tradition in football. It is difficult to find a concrete reason why Bayern Munich management is so brave to appoint Kompany as Thomas Tuchel replacement, what is clear is that they do not want to get rejection from the targeted manager again. For Kompany, becoming Bayern Munich manager is a leap in his career, and he must understand very well what is at stake. His job will never be easy because he has to conquer the Bundesliga and the Champions League, that is the target set by management every season. If Kompany is able to record good results at the start of the season, then the journey ahead will be easier. I think Kompany will prioritise the Bundesliga trophy in his first season, and that looks more realistic to achieve.
I think it's not just Vincent Kompany who feels that way, all coaches will be praised and criticized according to the results achieved by their club, it's not easy for Vincent Kompany to accept Bayern Munich's offer, he will also be seen as an ordinary coach compared to previous Bayern Munich coaches who have great experience but if he is able to prove his greatness in the first season he might be appreciated by the club and also the fans and slowly he will be liked by the fans.

Yes, I think the Champions League target is too heavy for the coach because he has to be able to beat Real Madrid and also Manchester City who are strong candidates for the Champions League, winning the Bundesliga title is enough for the coach rather than forcing himself to win both.
Criticism and praise is a normal thing for a football coach to get, in fact, when a team experiences defeat or decline, the coach will be the target of this criticis although in fact the players also have a share in the team decline, whereas if the team wins then 99% of the praise credit will go to the players and the coach will only get the rest, recruiting Kompany as a coach is one of the big gambles that Munich is taking at the moment because Kompany is not an experienced coach, but Kompany who has a lot of experience playing under great coaches certainly won't we can also underestimate at this time, the burden borne by the kompany is very heavy and whatever results Munich gets next season will determine his career in football in future, Kompany failed to bring Burnley to stay in the EPL last season because they did not have a qualified squad, when Munich It is filled with many star players, but Kompany failed to get one of the trophies between the Bundesliga and Champions League next seasons,
of course Kompany will get fired from munchen and he no longer get the trust of other teams to coach the clubs in  future.

Unlike what was reported some time ago where Xavi Simons would join Bayern Munich or even return to PSG again but now it is all clear where he will stay in Leipzig on loan for one more season. It seems that Xavi Simons still feels comfortable in Leipzig and he has not encountered any obstacles with his current club since last season and is determined to continue to give his best.

I think this decision is quite right considering that even if he goes to Bayern Munich he may not necessarily be the main choice considering that Vincent Kompany is quite sorted for player matters and indeed from the start this was only the desire of the club management who were interested in bringing him in. Even if he returns to PSG he may not find challenges like in Leipzig so if he returns it will only waste the potential that he has built.

If Kompany had considered him to fit into his plans, I believe they would have made arrangements for him to be back but since he's got no place just yet, it would be needless trying to get him on the team, rather it will be even better he stays back there on loan where he's getting more potential development on the future advancement of his career, he's been of help to Leipzig since his arrival even if they are yet to get a trophy just yet but they have gotten some good achievements in the time he's been with them.
Yes Ximon will be loaned back to Leipzig, but if you look back that the opportunity to be in Munich is very right there will be good competition to get into the first team and of course development for him, especially Muellert who wants to retire of course he can open up opportunities there with his playing minutes, especially Kompany is also very interested in the player of course the hope for him to be a starter is there, but it's too late Xavi will be back on loan at Leipzig although I hope he will choose another big club because PSG don't respect him.

Of course for him in Leipzig he will get playing minutes but there is no club that is a title contender, and I see Xavi as a good player he has talent if he chooses the best team of course he will be more respected because he has good skills and can score goals, I think Munich is an option in the future of course he will be a good replacement for Muelert later.

Friendly games are preparation before facing other teams in official games, Vincent Kompany must evaluate his team to face the competition when the Bundesliga starts. He must be able to fill the big holes in the Bayern Munich squad that caused them to fail to win a trophy last season, his task in Bayern Munich first season is not easy, because he inherits a squad that failed to maintain Bayern Munich dominance in the Bundesliga.
Now great expectations are on him, the fans no longer want Bayern Munich to perform like last season, change is their demand and Kompany must realize all of that. The players must be able to adapt more quickly to the strategy used by Kompany, an approach also needs to be made between the coach and the players because a good relationship between the two will make the players more comfortable when playing.

Regeneration in the squad is indeed needed, but Dortmund is already known for its policy of cashing in on its star players. Niclas Fullkrug is already 31 years old, his contract will expire in June 2026, of course Dortmund does not want to waste the opportunity to get a little profit from the transfer. Reportedly an agreement with Maximilian Beier has been reached, and Hoffenheim has agreed to release him for a price of around 30 million. If the transfer is successful, Dortmund will win the competition with Chelsea and Aston Villa who also want Maximilian Beier services.
Even its sad that Niclas Füllkrug will be leave Dortumd to West Ham United i guess its maybe the right hing for both the player and also Dortmund.
With all the younger players he has at the same position it would be hard for him , figngers crossed that he will be score in West Ham the same as in the german league.
Hopefully Maximilian Beier will be come to Dortmund and getting his chance to grow more and also score goals there.

Bringing in Stuggart point and target man Serhou Guirassy also must have lead to the exit of  Niclas Füllkrug from Borrussia Dortmund to West Ham United.
In my own terms, I do feel like they have done things the right way because Serhou Guirassy will obviously do better than he did for Stuggart last season. Have you seen the numbers he got playing for Stuggart last season? I was even expecting a move abroad but he decides to partner with Borrussia Dortmund. Would be sad again to see them failing to win the Bundesliga.

West Ham United needs more defenders than they need attackers but then, the addition of Niclas Füllkrug is also a plus to the attack.
Truthfully, I don't know who the hell is Maximilian Beer. But one thing I know is that he currently plays in the Bundesliga League Competition. He will definitely have a quick start to life if he moves in. Borrussia Dortmund has currently made him top priority to be signed.

In the next two days Bayern Munich will undergo pre-season match against Tottenham, this will be very interesting match because Tottenham is also not weak team and can provide good game against Bayern Munich.
Indeed, it is likely that some of the core players from each team will not play or will only play for few minutes, but it will still present match full of surprises.
We can start to assess how Bayern Munich is performing slowly under the leadership of Vincent Kompany, if in various pre-season matches they perform well then it is likely that Vincent Kompany can bring Bayern Munich to perform optimally in the Bundesliga.

Seeing the odds that exist, it is clear that both are quite large, this is difficult thing because we are given choice that is really much more complicated but I sure Bayern Munich will still be favored.

Of course this match will be very interesting to wait for, especially since both teams have big names, in my opinion this match will also be tough for Kompany's team and also not easy for Tottenham, both teams have started their pre-season several times and Tottenham has scored goals very often and they also concede goals very easily of course Munich will play some of their senior forwards to make it easier for them to score goals and of course this match is very testing for Kompany how tough Munich is under him.

Seeing this match also has good opportunities and I see this as a great opportunity to cover because I am sure this match will produce goals, it is not difficult because both teams play attacking and open so covering this match is something that is possible.
Yes, in the end they played as expected, Bayern Munich and Tottenham both showed good games and put up quite good resistance to be able to beat each other until the second half was over.
In the match, both team managed to score goals and Bayern Munich had 2 goal advantage while Tottenham were only able to provide one goal in return, from this match we can also see that Kompany is quite happy with the results.
Since the first half started, Bayern Munich has been more dominant and they have had some very good chances after their first goal was scored.

I took Bayern Munich as the favorite and that was good chance that could be obtained from match that brought together two big team.

~snip~
This match will also be interesting because Kane will play against his former team, perhaps this means little and Kompany will not give Kane much time to play, but the choice of opponent for Bayern looks ambiguous. I think that if they wanted, Bayern could find more famous opponents for friendly matches, but perhaps there is no sense in this at the stage of preparation for the new season. And yet the intrigue remains, can Kane score against Tottenham?)
Unfortunately Kane was absent from the match, he could not strengthen Bayern Munich and meet his former teammates when he was still defending Tottenham.
After finishing Euro 2024, it seems that Kane has some vacation time and he reportedly has several Bayern Munich pre-season matches that he cannot participate in.

I think you are right Kompany will get a lot of attention as Bayern Munich new manager. He will be praised when they win and criticized when they lose as we are looking this situation already. It is surprising that team chose him to replace Thomas Tuchel maybe because they did not want to be rejected by other top managers. This is big step up for Kompany and he knows there is a lot expected of him. He has tough job as he is supposed to win two big competitions. If he does well at start it will make things easier. I think Kompany will focus on winning Bundesliga first which is a more realistic goal, and then try to achieve more.

This will be experienced by all coaches and clubs, of course they will be blamed for losing and praised when they win. However, Kompany was indeed chosen by Bayern Munich as a coach from the beginning, it was a very controversial decision. So if one day Bayern Munich loses, of course the criticism of Kompany will be even greater, coupled with the doubts from many parties for the new Bayern Munich coach. They seem to really doubt Kompany's ability to replace Tuchel even though the new round of the league he is waiting for has not started.

The latest info is that West Ham has closed the deal for Niclas Füllkrug with €27m plus €5m, where, his contract will expire until June 2027. Yes, since long ago, Dortmund has been quite famous for its skill in raising the player and then selling it. It's like a business. But whatever it is, maybe it's one of their strategies. For this season, at least we see some of their arrival transfers that are quite good for the team. Although not the top players, at least they can get the player to strengthen the club. They also managed to get 2 mainstay Stuttgart players with a fairly large fee, Serhou Guirassy in the Center-Forward position and also Waldemar Anton in the Center-Back position. As for the other arrival players, and at least they got Yan Couto on loan from Man City. Ah, this may not be as spectacular as signing other top clubs. But I am also curious about some of the young players from Dortmund's academy, can they become stars again?

Blaming the manager when a team fails to make progress or get good results and praising him when the team succeeds is not a new development in football. It's a norm that's been in existence for ages and that's why it's advisable for football managers to take jobs they know they can handle. For Vincent Kompany to accept that he'll become the next manager of Bayern Munich, he's already accepted his fate and is very ready for what will come afterwards. He's been giving all the necessary support he needs to succeed at Bayern Munich and will definitely get all the backlash from fans of the club of he fails to deliver.

Kompany does not yet have sufficient experience in managing a big team and this season is his first season coaching a big team and of course he will have a lot of work to do. I think he should be able to bring Bayern Munich to become champions because that will increase management's confidence in continuing to believe in him for a long time.
But if he fails to bring Bayern Munich to a trophy this season, of course his position will be quite vulnerable to being fired.
Indeed, defeat is not something he wants, but the work of bringing the team to always win is not an easy thing, but he can balance it match by match. Of course, the first thing that Kompany must achieve is to gain full trust from the fans because fans can always make the situation on the pitch change for the better. The players get support and the coach gets support so the game will be better to continue looking for victory.

That's generally a true point, but Kompany himself has nothing to lose. The only people who have something on the line here are the bosses of Bayern Munich. I am sure that many people don't really understand the decision to go with a coach without any experience on the highest level whatsoever and I also think that it won't be easy for Kompany to gain the respect from all the Bayern Munich star players. But then again there was hardly any top coach available on the market.

West Ham United have made an offer of 25 million Euro with bonuses to Borussia Dortmund for Niclas Füllkrug. Dortmund were expecting at least 30 million Euro. Füllkrug scored 15 goals and provided 10 assists in 43 appearances for Dortmund last season. I don't know why Dortmund are so comfortable letting him go, although he is getting a bit older and 25 million Euro might be a good offer. If Dortmund sells Füllkrug, they will replace him with Maximilian Beier. Hoffenheim's young talent has a long way to go. It may seem like a gamble for Dortmund to replace a veteran with a youngster, but we all know Dortmund's track record of letting youngsters shine. I think it will be a good transfer move.
IMO, it is a very good offer. West Ham wants to spend 25 million Euros, it is above the market value of Niclas Füllkrug (15 million Euros). I don't understand why Dortmund doesn't easily accept it? As far as I know, Dortmund bought him only with 17 million Euros. Basically, Dortmund already get enough profits if they accept 25 million Euros from West Ham. Moreover, Niclas Füllkrug is already 31 years old, Dortmund is better to focus on younger striker. Dortmund still has 3 striker even if they sell Niclas Füllkrug. There are Serhou Guirassy (28), Sébastien Haller (30), and Youssoufa Moukoko (19). I think Serhou Guirassy should be the main striker, his stats is much better than Niclas Füllkrug. So, it is actually the right way to sell Niclas Füllkrug to West Ham.

By the way, I just checked the latest news related to Niclas Füllkrug. He will undergo medical test in West Ham today, West Ham and Dortmund already got an agreement about the price (transfer fees). Not sure how much West Ham will pay to Dortmund, there is a media stated it is 27 million Euros but other reported 25 million Euros.

Kindly check the news below:
1. West Ham agree £27m for Fullkrug's price
2. West Ham ultimately agreed to pay £25.5 million
3. Füllkrug will undergo medical test today

The match has been going on for 75 minutes and Bayern Munich is still ahead of Tottenham even though Tottenham recently scored 1 goal but I think this time Bayern Munich will win the match by a narrow score or maybe it will end in a draw. I see Bayern Munich's formation without Harry Kane Bayern Munich's attack is also still strong against the Premier League club Tottenham, the opposing club seems using their main players while Bayern Munich chooses to use reserve players, Vincent Kompany is quite good at using strategies so that his main players maintain their stamina I hope Bayern Munich wins this match.

The game ended in favor of Bayern  Munich and I must commend their brilliant performance especially in the first half. Although, Bayern was a little bit sloppy in the second half but their overall performance was excellent and commendable. It is the right time for Kompany to pay attention to their deficiency and work on them. I noticed how they were holding on to the ball even when they are surrounded. There's no point fooling about with the ball, they should pass the ball and advance to prevent unnecessary losing of possessions. Kudos to Kompany and the lads thou.

I am confident Kompany came to Bayern Munich to help the team since he has shown development in the preseason, but he is not yet clear about what to expect in the league. But I'm hopeful he'll try his best and win the league next season. Tottenham need to get difficult players since it has been a long time since they have won a trophy. They normally do well and then perform poorly, which is why Harry Kane left the club because he believes he will not win a title if he stays. And Harry Kane needs to attempt and win titles with Bayern Munich next season with the new coach. Let's see how the new season will be if Bayern Munich gets the chance on Leverkusen and wins the Bundesliga trophy next season. I'm just thinking Tottenham will face difficulties if they don't have enough experienced players in the team next season.

With all the younger players he has at the same position it would be hard for him , figngers crossed that he will be score in West Ham the same as in the german league.
Hopefully Maximilian Beier will be come to Dortmund and getting his chance to grow more and also score goals there.
Dortmund will never be able to remain silent in the transfer market, where they always cash in on their mainstay players, in fact this has become their tradition. In every season, Dortmund always succeeds in turning other players into star players, so in this case they have managed to balance quite well. But what Dortmund management is doing is certainly not a good thing for fans because fans always fail to see Dortmund become champions.

Regarding Maximilian Beier, of course the progress of his transfer to Dortmund is almost complete, where Dortmund will complete all the requirements next week. So Beier is certain to be a replacement for Nicklas Fulkrug who left in this transfer window.

Bayern Munich will cope with the new pattern from Vincent Kompany and the players will swiftly fit in and some will not, probably take time.
We haven't even seen any official matches yet and they've only had 2 friendlies so far with a massacre in the first and a draw against Duren in the second.
The early results actually still look pretty good although there are still gaps and some notes especially the massacre in the first match actually it can also be considered his opponent who is still not worth it.

But in this case we still cannot make a thing that really considers that Kompany cannot be at Bayern because of his poor performance. We still have to give time at least until the new season starts to see whether Kompany is worth it or not. It's just that if we read in recent weeks especially after Kompany was made a coach by Bayern we seemed to be affected and considered him a failure just because he lacked achievements but we did not give him the opportunity to do his job at the beginning of the season.
