I guess that they have for sure a few players on there list that they want to come to Leverkusen.
The players that will be coming will be not the Star players as this would be bad for them.

Lets see what they maybe playing in the Champion League next season.
For sure that they try to defend the title from the last season but it will be hard for Leverkusen to doing that.
I think that we will see new Players in leverkusen and also that some maybe leave.

Lets not be in too sure of Bayern munich improvement this season even in the presence of a new manager because whats improves a team with a good manager is understand and team work, I wouldn't doubt the fact that Bayern Munich is good team but the fact is that they are on seruous lapses, though it is good that mangement decide to hire the service of kompany to do the managerial job, kompany is not a bad manager for now but what if he doesn't give them the expected result immediately will they still want to approve his continuous stay as the manager, for me the problem with most football club management is that, they don't give their managers to prove themselves, they always want fast result which may not see the light of the day because hasty decisions, although bayern needs to adopt a new style of football play to see if it can work for the team but will they be patient enough to enable the manager do his Job? If yes, then good result is inevitable for them this season.

Bayer refuses teams to transfer their players, they try to preserve the team, and even buy young players, so they bought a defender from Barcelona from U-19. Guirassy surprised us all last season by always being productive with Stuttgart and ultimately leading this club to experience the Champions League next season. Now Stuttgart no longer have him and I'm not sure if they will be the same team as before when Guirassy was here. Apart from all that, Guirassy deserves to raise his career level at a better club and good luck for his new career journey with Dortmund.

It is very likely that Leverkusen will remain a contender to win the Bundesliga title next season, whether they are able to defend the title or not. I am sure they will remain in the top 4.
This is all because Xabi Alonso is still the coach of the Leverkusen team, because so far Leverkusen's success cannot be separated from Xabi Alonso's contribution so why should there be any doubts for next season if he is still the team coach.

I will blame Bayern Munich's management for their poor performance this season; they saw how they struggled in the Bundesliga last season to top the Bundesliga league table and win the Bundesliga title. Bayern Munich management should have checked its squad to know the positions that needed to be strengthened to help them maintain their record in the Bundesliga league, but they were in a hurry to sack their coach, thinking it was his fault why Bayern Munich struggled to beat Borussia Dortmund for the Bundesliga title last season. Bayern Munich management should sign new players that will help the club perform better; if not, they will fail to win the Bundesliga title next season. Football is changing; so many clubs are rising to challenge for the league title in different leagues, and you can't use the same players to achieve success for a long time.

Serhou Guirassy rejects new VfB Stuttgart deal

Serhou Guirassy has agreed to sign his move to the Dortmund squad, this is good thing for Dortmund because they got one of the best Bundesliga players who is Stuttgart mainstay goal machine.
Dortmund got Serhou Guirassy with clause of 17,5 million Euros and this was Dortmund success in this summer transfer window because it can also be seen that Guirassy is player who is being targeted by several other big team thanks to his greatness.
Even though I quite regretful about Guirassy departure to Dortmund because he could have been sold at any time if it was profitable and the chances of winning the title were quite remote, but everything has happened and this is the decision that Guirassy took.
He will be the same as Kane with Bayern Munich where both were the best goal machines for the team that had them, but had no chance of winning the title in the previous season.

Next season is another opportunity for elite teams to try again. Bayern Munich had their worst season in previous Bundesliga campaign, they went home trophyless and we they fought through but couldn't achieve their aim. Bundesliga is a tough one and the possible elite clubs will exert tough job for success. You can't compare Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich because the differences are huge. Bayern Munich have won major titles and Bayer Leverkusen are simply in their best form and winning the Bundesliga title with unbeaten.

Bayern Munich is still best club in Bundesliga even though they lost to Leverkusen. They had some ups and downs which allowed Leverkusen to take the lead. But I think Bayern will come back stronger next season because they learned from their mistakes. A big club like Bayern won't give up after one bad season. They will work harder and be back on top soon. Bayern hired new coach Kompaney but he did not do well in his last job so it is unclear if he can help Bayern improve. One thing is certain Leverkusen is likely to have another great season while Bayern still has a lot to prove.
By the way Leverkusen is doing well and Bayern Munich is struggling. Leverkusen has good players and good coach so they will likely keep doing well.

It cannot be denied that Bayern Munich is indeed the number 1 club in the Bundesliga, it is still a widespread club. I'm yet to see an official categorization of talents in the bundesliga so I wouldn't want to agree so we'll with your point of view as it regards the fact that Bayern Munich possess the most talent in the bundesliga because I know there are others too in the bundesliga who happen not to be in Bayern Munich and that doesn't mean any less of them not been talented and skilled in playing football enough. We have in Leverkusen where a few talented players can be spotted, same applies to Leipzig and other teams in the bundesliga.

The move with kompany for Bayern Munich isn't a bad one at all and like you did said he's a prominent coach who has been known for the teams he has handled awhile in the premier league which happens to be a top league across Europe too so I believe with him Bayern Munich will still do a lot, because they have still got talented and young skillful players there to support kompanys efforts to get the team to be able to get back their known form and strength in the bundesliga probably by the end of next season. Bayern Munich maintained Many of their old players still so they may not have much challenge getting along.

If they had gotten some players changed along side the Coach, it would be possible to say that they may have some inconsistency in their performance in this new season because they may need time get along and work with a definite rhythm that will be particular to their form on the pitch so much that they will be able to give the kind of results that will get them back on the top of the bundesliga table.

Bayern Munich dropped form last season and started having a very poor result even  with the level of players they have got in the team but since they are able to identify the problem of the team to being a good manager and they have gotten a young coach as the new head coach so I think they are ready to reclaim back the throne they lost to Bayer Leverkusen.

The competition will increase because apart from Bayern Munich and Leverkusen being the biggest rivals, Stuttgart is another team that's eyeing the league next season and if the other teams are unable to improve in their performance then we may see another team winning the league ahead of Bayern Munich and Leverkusen.
