It's not easy to beat Mönchengladbach especially play at their home even in the second half Mönchengladbach can keep up Bayern Munich and threaten Bayern Munich defense and i thought this match will ended to draw because Bayern Munich having difficulty to broke the defense of Mönchengladbach but luckily the referee give the penalty to Bayern Munich and Kane have done well which bring Bayern Munich can collect 3 points from this match although i am not too satisfied to see Bayern Munich performance but at least Bayern Munich still able to win this match

I was also one of those who expected high goals from Bayern Munich. However, I was also surprised to see a one-goal victory in the match by mistake. Also, this goal was scored from a penalty. It was a match that could not be resolved for Bayern Munich, where attacks did not score. They were lucky that they were able to score with a penalty kick. However, the opponent had a strong defense. It was important for them to gain three points in the German league. Leverkusen is currently following them. If they had lost points in this match, it would have been impossible to make up for it. At least they can be happy that they gained three points.

Bayern Munich actually went to a difficult away game. It was very important to leave this away game with three points, even if it was by one goal. Assuming that this is correct and he somehow was the decisive parameter in Leverkusen's game, what other statistic of the screenshot you posted implies that it is "not surprising that Leverkusen won the game". Now please assume that you can't see the result and someone shows you that screenshot. You would instantly say that Leverkusen won the game?

I did felt disappointed at some point,  though Bayern Munich did won the game and made three points but for me they could have done better, they had the chance to do better,  they didn't utilise their chances enough and at some point it felt like they won by luck because even the winning goal came in the last minute and not one thar they had much earlier,  so for me I even want to come down their opponents enough to have held the game that much,  though I expected both teams to have a goal each.

Bayern Munich recorded a 0:1 win today against muchenglabash to extend their lead in the bundesliga to four points I didn't expect bayern to get a win away from home but a penalty was all that they needed to get the three points I think bayern has to show character going forward because if they are to win the league Then they need to be consistent with their performance going forward

I think one good reason for Leverkusen to win this match was having Xabi Alonso in this team since he is experienced enough and he helped this team win this match.
Checking the possession I think Dortmund had much more control over the game, and to be honest, Dortmund had perfect defensive power but having more control and good defense couldn't help them at all. Now Leverkusen is even closer to Bayern Munich.

 

They still want to try to maintain their dignity as defending champions so that they can maintain that then they definitely have to change their situation at the beginning of the season which is not very good to be more consistent and for now they have got this momentum.

Today's match against Dortmund is actually a blessing for them because at the beginning of the first half Dortmund really played badly where their cooperation was not formed, the defense was poor and there were so many penetrable cycles that made Leverkusen excel 3 goals quickly so they only had to play more safely to secure 3 points.
Although in the end there was a condition where they had to concede 2 goals but in the end it did not change their victory and 3 points managed to get them while maintaining a 4-point margin from Bayern at this time.

I watched the Bayern Munich game at Borussia Monchengladbach and if you ask me, there wasn't anything convincing about the win. Bayern Munich struggled to win the game but the gesture from Vincent Kompany when the final whistle was sounded proves that he was happy with the result regardless.  When you're hunting for the league title, there are games you must win even when you didn't play well and that's what the away team did in that game.

That said, Bayern Munich must understand that Bayer Leverkusen are now trying to catch up with them in the league table which is why they really need to improve from what we saw today or risk losing the top spot before the end of the season

With Bayer Leverkusen breathing down Bayern Munich's ass, they would take and be happy about any kind of win that they can get. Had Bayern Munich failed to score even the one goal, Bayer Leverkusen would have been just two points behind them, hopes higher to defend their bundesliga title. Harry continues scoring, with his 15th league goal this season. I am thinking that a big part to determine if Bayern will win the Bundesliga will be if Harry Kane keeps scoring and finishing off opportunities created for him.

I am also a bit disappointed at Bayern Munic in today's match because they were supposed to score minimum of three goals given the level of dominance we saw in the match. The only consolation is the fact that they were able to win the match and collected maximum point against a strong team like Monchengladbach. They will mee Hoffenheim next, a team that lost to Wolfsburg today so I expect Bayern Munic to win that match with many goals continue their lead over Bayern Leverkusen that seems to have picked form and are energized by their defeat of Borussia Dortmund yesterday.

The must important thing is the three points, and they get it right.
Sometimes, matches like this are hard to win, ability to escape defeat or a draw is what makes you a champion because such matches do spoil plans as the teams will strive to win, until you show strength and experience before you can defeat them.

Nevertheless, it wasn’t a good result for Munich, but the three points speaks because they are able to keep consistency and maintain their position above Leverkusen with four points gap; any mistake from Bayern Munich can affect their League position, and it will give Leverkusen more confidence of challenging harder for the Bundesliga title.

It is actually boring because no one expects Bayern Munich will have to suffer these in that game considering their performance and how everyone put hope on them to win the trophy this season. When I saw the performance, I was even weak because I don’t think Bayern Munich will be able to fight back against Bayer Leverkusen. Because of the way Bayer Leverkusen is playing, I think they will be able to win this trophy again because Bayern Munich's performance today has made me lose hope in them. If not for that penalty, they would have ended up on a goalless draw with Gladbach. It was not encouraging at all.

If the referee had not given Bayern Munich a penalty in this match, it is likely that no goals would have been scored and the match would have ended in a draw. A result that is not at all impressive.

In this match, Bayern Munich not only dominated in terms of ball possession, but they also continued to lead the attack. 23 shots in one match is a fantastic number, but it is very unfortunate that only a few shots were on target at Monchengladbach's goal. In this match, Monchengladbach displayed a fairly tough and solid defense, they only gave a little space for Bayern Munich players to shoot directly towards the goal. Monchengladbach managed to overcome the pressure given by Bayern Munich throughout the match, and if only they could maximize their counterattacks, maybe Monchengladbach would have gotten a better result.

Although Bayern Munich was only able to win narrowly in this match, and this was through penalties, at least with this victory Bayern Munich managed to increase the points difference with Leverkusen, which was originally 1 point to 4 points.
