To me I expected Dortmund to always show that dominance (that's when Bayern Munich are showing a sign of weakness) when it comes to games like this, I still don't know how long they'll settle for a draw each time they meet, the Barbarians were indeed lucky.

Bayern Munich are at the top of the points table in the German league so it cannot be said that they are performing well but other teams in this league are not performing well which is why we feel that Bayern Munich have improved their performance this season. If Bayan Munich's performances were good we would see them perform well in the Champions League regularly but they have always failed in the Champions League. Bayern Munich played in the last match against Dortmund where Bayern Munich had more chances to win even though they drew this match. I placed a bet on Bayan Munich expecting Bayern Munich to win against Dortmund with consistent performance in the local league but the match result did not go in Bayan Munich's favor due to which I lost money on this bet.

It is unfortunate for you that you lost your bet on Bayern Munich, basically most of us thought that Dortmund would lose this match, but the match was drawn. However, since Bayern Munich is currently in the best position of the points table in the home league, and they are at the top, they are the favorites to become champions this season. Although in the Bundesliga, all the other teams are not performing so well, those who played great last season have not done so well this season.
However, I see that Funkfurt, who is in the 2nd position of the points table, is only 4 points behind, if they play well, it will be possible to reach Bayern Munich's position. It is true that Bayern Munich is playing very well in the Bundesliga, but they are not performing so well in the Champions League. Accordingly, Bayern Munich may not be in a good position in the Champions League this season.

The last time they lost a game was on October 19th against Leverkusen. It has been 9 games of unbeaten streak... Only one of them is a draw.

This is superb statistics and I can say they are quite a productive team as well. They have Marmoush who scored nearly the half amount of their goals in the Bundesliga so far (13 goals). It is a big joy to watch their competition for being top scorer with Kane.

If Frankfurt somehow manage to prevent Bayern Munich from being champions then I can't imagine how disappointed Kane would be after all this effort.

I wanted Bayern to equalize early, but Dortmund’s defense were able withstand the pressure from Bayern attackers but they couldn’t hold the pressure till end which has lead to the draw and it’s a fair result for them because Dortmund was able to stop losing, and they can now keep fighting for the title ahead of Leverkusen even though they are still three points behind Leverkusen, but with this performance, if they can be consistent, I am very sure they will be able to challenge Bayern for the title since Leverkusen don’t look so serious this season.

The realistic goal for Borussia Dortmund this year would be to achieve a ranking that would allow them to participate in the Champions League. If they cannot achieve this ranking, it would be bad for them. Borussia Dortmund was a finalist last year and I don't think they are bad in the UCL this year either. They also led for a long time against Bayern but the match ended in a draw when they couldn't prevent a goal. I think it was fair for both teams.

Yeah, despite the level of performance Leverkusen pulled off last season winning the bundesliga trophy without losing a single league match, still, they don't match in comparison with Bayern Munich who have won the bundesliga back to back, whereas Leverkusen by way of their drop in form this season doesn't seem like they could pull such show because right now they're sitting 7 points beneath Bayern Munich and am convinced Munich isn't dropping points for Leverkusen to close in on them.

Dortmund is only one point behind RB Leipzig and three points with Bayer Leverkusen in the current Bundesliga standings, but Dortmund still has the same points as Freiburg which means Dortmund still has to win in the upcoming matches if Dortmund wants to chase the top three in the coming weeks. I also think Dortmund is a little smarter when they are able to draw with a top team like Bayern Munich although the result still does not change Bayern Munich's position in the Bundesliga standings.

If we are to talk about their position on the table I don't think that draw will be a really good one for them such that they will want, they haven't been of their very best and so it can be better said it was deserving of them based off their performance but for the preference of the league title chase it's not, as they happen to be one of the top team in the bundesliga that they continue to maintain the top four positions regardless of the the fact that they don't get to win the trophy often enough.

We have seen Dortmund's inconsistent performance in the past matches. So I did not think that Dortmund would get points against Munich. I considered Munich as the favorite. Even though it was Dortmund's home match, I thought Bayern Munich would win this match. But the match was drawn 1-1.

Dortmund did not play an attacking strategy in this match. After taking a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute, Dortmund's target was to end the match 1-0. So Dortmund tried to keep their defense strong. There is no doubt that Dortmund's overall gameplay was good. Even then, Dortmund conceded a goal in the last minute of the match and the match was drawn 1-1.

Bayern Munich is able to perform well in the Bundesliga this season. The inconsistent performances of Leverkusen, Leipzig and Dortmund have made it easier for Bayern Munich to take the top spot in the table.

They never had the mentality of winning that encounter, imagine leading by a goal and they all started defending against a team that loves to fall all out whenever they sees their opponent defending, that's not how to play against Bayern Munich if you want to win. I do blame some of the other clubs who are the contenders for the Bundesliga title, they're not making enough effort to mount pressure on the league leaders (Bayern Munich), they lose and draw when they are suppose to get a complete point. Even the Barbarians are not as good as they used to be, to me I still see those teams from number 1 spot to 5 as equal, non of them has that force of winning straight 5 games without dropping point.

Managed? No, this is beyond manage, it was a comfortable victory for Frankfurt. The victory against Heindenheim made it two away win for them within the week. Big matches are always interesting and I actually think this result is good enough to happen if you look at the performance of the two clubs when playing.
Although it cannot be denied that Bayern were very dominant in this match, but in some conditions Dortmund actually also implemented a good scheme by defending all out from the onslaught of Bayern, which was very dominant in this match.

Bayern tried bigger because they wanted 3 points as a form of dominance and securing their position in the standings but on the other hand the determination carried out did not seem to be enough to bring Dortmund to their knees especially when Dortmund played with full support at Signal Iduna Park so I think although there will certainly be many who regret this result but on the other hand I think this is an appropriate score for a big derby in the Bundesliga.

Dortmund did the right thing and a draw was fair enough for Dortmund because it is realistic that Bayern Munich is stronger so Dortmund played a little defensively.
Overall this is a match between two Bundesliga rivals where a draw is fair enough for both teams.

I highlighted Dortmund's current performance and it must be admitted that their performance is getting better after struggling at the beginning of the season but slowly now there is development with Dortmund's performance which means they will be ready to compete for the title, regarding being a few points behind Bayern at the moment I don't think it is a big deal because the journey this season is still quite long.

This season Frankfurt is much better than the previous season, they are back to being a team in the top 4 of the Bundesliga standings. In the match against Heidenheim, Omar Marmoush appeared good by scoring 2 goals that he created. It does not matter as much in the Bundesliga because all the other teams are losing points frequently, but these draws can become more painful if it happens in the Champions League. They have to convert that dominance into wins.

But Musiala being there once again makes him so valuable. Looking forward to his new price tag when this season comes to an end, but Bayern is fully aware that any contract extension will not be cheap.

The biggest fixture in the German Bundesliga was played today at the Signal Iduna Park as Borussia Dortmund hosted current league leaders Bayern Munich and just like many of of predicted, both teams had a difficult game that they had to settle for a draw. I expected better from Bayern Munich than what I saw from them tonight. Borussia Dortmund in my opinion was the better team which was why they were minutes away from claiming all three points before Jamal Musiala scored in the dying minutes to help his team claim a point

The match was a classic. It was an intense and captivating game, both teams showed relentless effort throughout the game. Dortmund started the game strongly, scoring an early goal but they later succumbed to the pressure of the Bayern attackers in the last minutes of the game. IMO Bayern Munich played well but their defense was once again their Achilles' heel. Vincent Kompany made some key changes in the second half that allowed them to regain momentum and get a draw in the game.

The defense of Bayern Munich has never been good and this season every team that plays against them do take advantage of the fact that they're not good and it would be better to get more goals if the opposing team are good with counter. I know Dortmund are not good when it comes to big games like this but this game was suppose to give them a heads up to penetrate the Bayern defense, even Aston Villa took advantage of that and won. To me I expected Dortmund to always show that dominance (that's when Bayern Munich are showing a sign of weakness) when it comes to games like this, I still don't know how long they'll settle for a draw each time they meet, the Barbarians were indeed lucky.

They are not doing badly and that is something that I think everyone deserves , from the fans to the last one who works at the club, for me Bayern is one of the best in the world , Leverkusen has not been able to maintain its good Streak , it seems Xabi Alonso is having problems to be able to get good results , what could be affecting him? it is strange, perhaps knowing that Maybe next season he could go to a Madrid of his beloved? we do not know, but it could be an imminent Reality.

It's not that surprising at all, rather than that one should look more like being first or second for them as something that isn't right, I said it 5-6 rounds ago, Leipzig had the advantage of easy matches, taking a look at their 5 out 5 losses in the CL is pretty clear that any title or at least fight for that title is out of their league in Bundesliga and a qualification in CL is another wet dream.
They started nice because they had the advantage in game matching, when shove comes to push the harsh reality comes to the surface1

Fair? Common, Dortmund players could pray for a week to all the gods in the universe and they would not get as lucky as they did this time, no way the result was fair based on what happened in the field, you can point the finger at Bayern for wasting opportunity after opportunity but it's still a ton of luck for Borussia.
