Coach Tuchel is the reason for Bayern Munich's  plight? This is not unusual. Managing a team as big as Bayern Munich is not easy. There are many star players in this squad. And with too many star players it becomes difficult to manage the squad. But personally I don't think Tuchel is a bad coach.

Munich's chances of winning the Bundesliga title this season are slim. But is Munich underperforming too much? The Munich team is performing similarly to previous seasons. However, the Leverkusen team has performed incredibly well, so Munich are now second in the table.

This season Munich have lost 3 matches and drawn 2 out of 21 matches. Last season Munich lost 5 matches and drew 8 matches. So it cannot be said that Munich's performance has deteriorated too much this season.

However, it is easier to win matches against strong teams. There are many alternatives, the player pool is wide and you have the chance to get the player you want. I think there must be problems with Tuchel because when he cannot achieve such a simple thing, you have to look for the problem in himself. Bayern are a great team on paper, but it must be very frustrating for him that it's not like that in reality. I also think it upsets the management.

Considering their number of wins and defeats, Julian Nagelsmann is without doubt a better manager for Bayern Munich than their current manager Thomas Tuchel. Tuchel have been awful with his managerial approaches to games especially the very important ones and I don't expect him to retain his job if Bayern Munich continues like this.
Recently they were beaten in the league by Bayer Leverkusen and yesterday again they were beaten by Lazio again. Thomas Tuchel's job is on the line and if he doesn't improve his result with the squad, he'll be sacked

This is Heidenheim first season in Bundesliga 1 and before this season started Heidenheim only have realistic target that they want to survive at Bundesliga 1 and Heidenheim has starting the league with poor performance because they only gets 3 wins from 10 matches but recently Heidenheim can able to bounce back and so far Heidenheim was unbeatable in the last 8 matches in Bundesliga and they also can beat strong team Freiburg and gets draw result from Dortmund so these results can makes them to occupy 9th place and if Heidenheim can able to managed their consistency then is not impossible for them to compete for European competitions spots

Heidenheim manager Frank Schmidt as one of the longest position as a manager because he was managing Heidenheim since 2007 and Heidenheim has interesting squad because as a defender Jan-Niklas Beste was very productive this season and this player was scores 6 goals in Bundesliga but this week Heidenheim will gets strong opponent Leverkusen and not necessary to analysis because we all know Leverkusen as the strongest team in Bundesliga and obviously Heidenheim will be lost in this match

Tuchel's Bayern is disappointing me lately. There's promise, but the passion and desire arent there on the field. A lot of thinking about Tuchel's career shows that he excels in uplifting lesser clubs. How about his time with Mainz or Chelsea's UCL win? Manage a powerhouse like Bayern seems to be difficult for him. He excels in transforming underdogs, not leading dominant teams. His situation is difficult, and I wouldnt be surprised if Bayern changes things if things dont improve soon.

Looking at their opponents this week, it doesn't seem difficult for Leverkusen to win, especially since they are feeling great, especially after they beat Bayern Munich earlier. They have a very big chance of becoming champions.
Heidenheim will be their opponent this time, Heidenheim is a litle difficult to beat, but they are also not so strong because in the last 5 matches they got a lot of draws.
With their excellent conditions, Leverkusen should be able to win this match and continue their positive trend in the Bundesliga this season. I'm sure Xabi will give his team that mentality and continue their consistency in this mtch. Great work by Heidenheim, it figured out how to remain on the table and is battling with different clubs that have been in the Bundesliga for a long. However, Leverkusen is at another level. I always admire Xabi Alonso and when he accepted the position for the club, I figured he could accomplish big. Leverkusen has a mission greater than this approaching match with Heidenheim. Leverkusen will win or if unfortunate, Heidenheim can get a draw.

Leverkusen will, in my opinion, break the many years of domination by Bayern Munich this year. Xabi Alonso is about to make history.

Having lost to Leverkusen plus having to accept defeat to Lazio with a very painful score, 1-0, it must be disappointing and make Bayern Munich fans rumble and question what happened to the team so that there were successive defeats, like a lion who lost his fangs.

But when against Bochum in my opinion Bayern Munich is still able to beat them and not so draining, anyway Bochum does not have a frightening ability in my opinion, so yes beating it is an easy thing for Tuchel, but if you lose the match against Bochum the possibility of Tuchel will soon be kicked out of the Bayern Munich coach seat.

Obviously it will also be a concern if Tuchel fails to win the UCL and Bundesliga titles this season, because the heavy defeat they experienced against Leverkusen yesterday in the Bundesliga means they will have difficulty catching up to shift Leverkusen at the top of the standings, Munich also suffered defeat in the UCL when they visited Lazio, that's why against Bochum at least Munich can get three points to convince the management and board of directors that they are still consistently in the title race.

I also think that firing Tuchel just because he experienced a few defeats wouldn't make sense, because it's difficult to readjust the strategy used and it would change the style of play that Tuchel has developed, I think at least give him the opportunity until the end of the season to prove it to everyone. Their supporters, Tuchel must learn from their previous defeat and of course this must be immediately evaluated to be able to make Munich play better in the next match so that they can convince the club management that Munich can play even better.

Leverkusen are clearly the better team, but they should not underestimate Heidenheim.

I still think that Tuchel is gone after this year. I mean it's obvious that he is not good enough to turn an already great team into even better. They are really not looking all that great, which should be an important deal, if they could keep going for a while, then we should just avoid it all together.

Life is not easy for Tuchel now, he is great at making smaller teams overachieve what they should, like give them wolfsburg and he could make them second in a few years, or give them Mainz again and he could turn that team into bundesliga 2 winners (next season when they drop) and then get them european (conferenceo r something) as well. But when he goes to a big club, he is just not that good. Chelsea UCL win was his last achievement for a long time.

No matter how the game was lost yesterday, in the end only the result counts and that looks bad for Bayern Munich and coach Thomas Tuchel. He maybe not win a title in this year and that hasnt happened for a very long time. We also have to say that a lot of players are injured, but that also happens to other teams. If Bayern Munich continue like this for another 2-3 weeks and lose games, then I think Hansi Flick will take the place as coach. Or on March 5th when Bayern has lost against Lazio and is out of the champions league.

Over the years, every season, we've seen certain teams leading the top chart of the Bundesliga and there's been some levels of consistency especially for Munich who's most of the time finished at the first position. Before now, Leverkusen and Stuttgart weren't even seen near the top four, it was always a Munich, Dortmund show but there's been much of a difference this season.

 Now there's a kinda rub shoulders between these teams, Leverkusen and Stuttgart who's been on the sidelines for seasons have now come up to be competitive for the trophy. Since the season began, they've been able to be threats to the trophy race, Munich now have to be extra cautious in their games too. They've had a tough weekend game against Monchengladbach though but still they stood out. For Leverkusen, against Darmstadt away from home was very much impactful and advantageous to their advancement on the league standings too.

 Also for Stuttgart who's been doing their best to keep their spot in the top 4 space. It's very much impression that this season took a different turn in the Bundesliga. Leipzig and Dortmund still have to strive to regain back their usual space on the table because currently, they're seemingly below the top 3, although with not much points difference which they still have a chance to meet up with.

The bad news is that the defeat against Leverkusen still hasn't completely subsided and now Bayern Munich has suffered another defeat in a bigger competition in the Champions League. I don't seem to see Bayern Munich as serious contenders for the title this season and maybe they really won't produce any trophies this season. Tuchel has really become a nightmare for Bayern Munich and everyone also says that this is Harry Kane's curse.

Bochum is an opponent who can mitigate this bad news and of course Bayern Munich must achieve this by winning and if they still fail then it is certain that the club's directors and management will move quickly to decide Tuchel's fate. Actually, I still hope that he can train until the end of the season, but if the situation is so emergency it will be a very devastating failure for Bayern Munich because they have lost all their titles in the last few decades.

Depends on their quality and competitiveness against competitors but it seems Bayern Munich don't have enough strength to win double titles in this season.

In Bundesliga, Leverkusen have an amazing season so far and they just won over Bayern Munich with a big winning in a direct match. It is a strong voice from Leverkusen that they can secure their first position and turn it to a Bundesliga title at the season ending.

Bayern Munich can flip over Leverkusen because 5 points are not too much but a bigger challenge is a very stable form of Leverkusen. They are different than Dortmund in the last season, with more stable performances. Leverkusen will not give Bayern Munich too many chances to correct mistakes.

In Champions League, they played acceptable in a first match against Lazio. Even they lost, they created many opportunities and even their attacking players wasted all of those chances, they can play better at their home stadium.

The first match shows that Bayern Munich don't lack of ability to invade defensive system of Lazio and it gives them hope that they can win at home, at least to bring this pair to two extra halfs or even penalty shoot-outs.

Winning two titles in this competition is not easy for Bayern Munich at the moment.
For the Bundesliga with five points behind the most consistent team this season is not an easy thing to pursue because their competitors have successfully answered many doubts by successfully maintaining an unbeaten record this season and beating Bayern with a landslide score is the clearest answer that Bayer is not a team that will allow Bayern to dominate the Bundesliga especially this season.
As for the Champions League, although their appearance is very disappointing but to qualify for the quarterfinals is still wide open, and should be 1 goal behind Lazio is not a problem for Bayern Munich to overcome it in the second match.
Will Thomas Tuchel leave Bayern Munich, either because he was fired or his own decision? I think it is wide open because it is impossible for management to be silent when their dominance, especially in the Bundesliga, is broken this season because this is not a pleasant thing.

I also don't think Neuer has long years ahead with Bayern Munich from now on. After one or two seasons the most I expect him to be their second option or maybe to leave the team. I can't say that honestly.    After a point I'm curious about who their main goalkeeper will be. Peretz is their new transfer for example. He should be given chances in that case if they don't sign anyone else.
