My biggest surprise this season was actually seeing Dortmund letting Edin Terzic leave the club without a more experience manager as his replacement, Nuri Sahin too me wasn’t that well too qualified to actually drive them forward he was an expensive gamble but who will they have gone with no other person so I was even thinking they will leave Terzic as he had taken the club to a champions league final and the season before only missed out on the league in the final day, so I was thinking time luck will most probably hit them with Bayern Munich looking as of last season a team that is in trouble and a well run of games will give Dortmund a chance.

This season although Dortmund is finding the season rough they can still get back and maybe challenge for something, there biggest problem this season is winning away from home, there home form isn’t bad but away they have look very bad and I think if they can actually have same results as the home form they will go a long way

especially since they lost last season and this season they can prove that they can still win the Bundesliga. if their competitors are not good enough at this time, I am sure Kane and the team will get the Bundesliga trophy this season.
regardless of their performance in UCL, I think the opportunity is still open for Munich, they just have to try harder first in the first half to be able to ensure entry into the next round.

We are still at the beginning of the league and a change of coach at this time could have a negative impact on Borussia Dortmund. I read the other day that the management is behind Technical Director Nuri Şahin. This means that the management trusts him. Maybe they think that if they have done this year like this, they will be better next year. However, when the team in question is Borussia Dortmund, who were finalists in the Champions League last year, the fans expect success. The pressure from the fans may end the manager's job.

To me, the European competition will be a distraction for Vincent Kompany because his team is not among the favorites, and based on their performances so far in the Champions League, they have a chance to win the competition, but it will be very difficult for them, maybe that is why Kompany is trying his best to keep dominating the Bundesliga. I also want Bayern Munich to focus fully on the Bundesliga title, at least  Harry Kane will lift a league title in his career, and they should also take other domestic competitions seriously so that Kompany will record more than two titles in his first season.

Winning the Bundesliga represents hard work, but being undefeated, it is clear that it is a fortune that is difficult to repeat.
Leverkusen still has the same composition of players as last season, but their strategy seems to have been read by their competitors this season. In addition, the improvements that have occurred in other contestants make Leverkusen efforts to defend the trophy even more difficult. Bayern Munich has not been defeated so far, Leverkusen is already 9 points behind, of course it is not an easy job to reduce the points difference.True, I also think Xabi Alonso will renew his priority scale if they find it increasingly difficult to be directly involved in the competition for the trophy. However, the history they made last season will also be difficult for any team to surpass in the future.

Since Harry kane arrived at Bayern Munich he has proven himself to be an asset to the club and has always been scoring goals helping his team in the best way he can and am sure he would end this season as the highest scorer in the bundesliga. Bayern Munich haven't really had a wonderful campaign in Europe and I guess it is as a result of the introduction of a new coach who came in with a new philosophy different from what the former coach had , so I think that could be one of the factors that has influenced the performance of the team but there is still room for improvement as they still have their domestic league to contend for which obviously they're doing fine on  there, at least a league title will help strengthen the confidence of the Bayern side for next season.

Real Madrid should be one of the busy clubs in the January transfer window. They need players in mainly the midfield and defense. I would have added the attack due to Rodrigo's injury but they have some young players such as Arda Güler and  Endrick can be used and his injury will sideline him for five to six weeks. But with players like Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, and others still injured the club will need some backup players.  Luca Modric is a good player but if I were a coach I would not depend on him.  He is now an old war horse that should be tactically used. A younger and experienced player needs to come in.

Dortmund had a bad start the season before last (if I'm not mistaken they fell to 5th place) but at the end of the season they should have won gold. Everything depended on them but a home draw with an outsider deprived them of gold. I say this because Dortmund is used to the highest volatility of results and is unlikely to fire the coach now. But at the end of the season or closer to the end of the season if Dortmund do not improve their results, this could well happen.

Before this season started, I knew it wouldn’t be easy for Leverkusen to repeat what they did last season, despite their squad. In my opinion, the squad isn’t strong enough to sustain the level of performance they showed last season. To me, last season was just a stroke of luck for Leverkusen to be in that kind of form. They performed beyond everyone’s expectations, and playing unbeaten was one of the main reasons why many people believed they might still win the Bundesliga this season.However, with only 9 points so far and their current form, I have no hope for them catching up with the top teams. At this point, I don’t think Xabi Alonso will be focusing on winning the Bundesliga title again but rather on securing a spot in the top four.

Regardless of whether this is used as a target or not I don't think it's a problem that should be debated because after all, even though the Champions League is not a target for Leverkusen but of course when they are already in this big competition then indirectly they must be able to give their best so that what they get in terms of bonuses or experience becomes more optimal.

Regardless of the results that are eventually achieved later I think it is not a benchmark but they must still do their best so that what they are doing now has a greater impact on them in the future. Because being in the Champions League for some unexpected clubs is actually not a matter of trophies but self-proving whether they deserve to be in the competition or not.

To be honest, if you look at what is happening to Leverkusen at the moment, I am starting to wonder if Leverkusen was only lucky last season because of the slump of Munich and other teams in the league or that it indeed pure the ability from Alonso and Leverkusen?
Currently Leverkusen is still able to compete and is ranked top of the Bundesliga standings, but the ability they are showing today is actually far from what we saw last season, especially if we pay attention to the fact that the squad they currently have is no different from last season squad, but despite my curiosity, at the moment Alonso seems to have greater ambitions in the UCL and Alonso has shown extraordinary managerial ability, although UCL is a very competitive competion with many strong teams from all over europe, but I hopefully they will be able to provide strong resistance to favorite teams, so we can see a tighter competition with new format.

Dortmund are in a really desperate condition this season. They collected only 16 points in 10 games so far. I must they aren't productive enough. However the main problem is their defending... 

The number of goals they scored and conceded is the same now. I mean Dortmund never had an amazing defense for many years. But this is just too much for a team which is called one of the biggest teams in the Bundesliga. Do you think Nuri Şahin will be given a season-long time? Normally I would say they should be patient at this point. There are stories turning into good ones after starting in a similar way. For example Arteta - Arsenal. 

Yes of course I think everyone will think the same as you including me, moreover the difference in points between Bayern Munich and Leverkusen is now quite far even though Leverkusen is still in the top four of the standings, Bayern Munich is ahead by 9 points over Leverkusen and they went through it without experiencing any defeat at all since this season started which of course the result makes many people assume that it seems like we will see Bayern Munich again win and seize the title from Xabi Alonso's squad.
On the other hand yes it is true that even though the situation now looks difficult for Leverkusen but it does not mean everything is over for them, there is still time which means the opportunity is still open even though the space may be getting narrower.

By the way, in the next match Leverkusen will play against Heidenheim, Heidenheim is not too favored, they started the season badly which resulted in more defeats than wins but I am quite doubtful that Leverkusen will be able to get full points in this match considering that in the previous match they failed to win the match against Bochum which is the team with the worst performance this season without getting a single win, but Leverkusen should be able to get maximum results considering that they will be playing at home in this match against Heidenheim.

Bayer Leverkusen is still a good side but four draws in five games really affected their position in the Bundesliga. There are still many games to play, therefore, we cannot write them off so that they would not defend the title. But comparing their performance last season, we might conclude that their output has drastically reduced. Last season they were invincible because they were strong and also lucky. They were fortunate to be having late wins as if Mother Luck was always by their side. Comparing Bayern Munich and the former champion, the former is having a good time in the German League, while Bayer is having a slightly better experience in the Champions League because they are one point better. Vincent Kompany and Xabi Alonso are championing a new phase in the German League.     

Coincidentally, there are weeks where big teams across Europe tends to lose their games against supposed "smaller" teams but there's no such thing in football as designated weeks for big teams to lose their games. Bayern Munich were surprisingly beaten by Aston Villa because Aston Villa was the better team on that very day. Bayern Munich under Vincent Kompany without doubt have improved from what we saw from them last season but they'll have to learn how to remain consistent to win a major trophy this season.

Of course, that was definitely known, we are not going to end up with Leverkusen winning like they did last season, that was one season only and they are not going to get the same result again at all. I bet that they are going to have some issues even further down the line. Xabi Alonso already proved to the world that he is doing great, and he is already rumoured with REAL Madrid after Ancelotti term is over, right now Ancelotti is not doing amazing neither, which means that if somehow we see Ancelotti get sacked, which could happen with the way things are going for them, we could definitely end up with a much worse result as well.

I believe that Xabi to Real Madrid would be a good move, that will give Real a chance to keep dominating and Xabi to show himself at the very top level as well. We have seen him take a Leverkusen level team to win, so imagine what he could do with a team like Real Madrid, so this Leverkusen time is very limited there.

One of the reasons that their performance is not as we all expected was because they joined the Champions League. If not, they are still trying, but as it is their first time joining the Champions League, it has to affect them that they will not be able to perform as they did last season. That is why they are not trying as we all expected.
 
Although if Xavi Alonso tries bringing in more talented players, then I think they will be able to perform better, but for this season, I don't think we need to have hope in them any more because the title is not on their level for now; they can’t get it.

You said it well, I thought the same thing too but they really disappointed me against Aston Villa, before the game they should have known how good Aston Villa played last season, I also think Bayern Munich will win but they deserve what they got why will they loss focus like that, I thought the will want to break Leverkusen unbeaten record since they are still maintaining unbeaten in their home league but they choose not to. Bayern Munich are still the only team that haven't lost a game in Bundesliga, at the beginning of the season I thought Leverkusen will be a serious headache for them but the choose to decline in the performance which make me give up on them, what happen to the motivation they got last season, it so bad to see a team played well last season and lost in the following season, now they are in fourth place with 17 points, 4 wins, 5 draw and a lost while there last season competitor are leading the table with 26 points and unbeaten.

Bayern got a manager bounce effect. They struggled last season. But, after a new coach arrived, they performed better. They're leading with 5 points gap to the 2nd position. Their odds are also getting smaller. Many bookies now believe they will win this season.

Although, we're still far away from the late season, we could see a surprise at the end of season. That could force Bayern to ensure its stability until season's end. Another club could surpass them as the gap is thin.

What Xabi Alonso done last season at Leverkusen is very fantastic because basically Leverkusen is not a big team in Bundesliga and Europa League even if we see from the current squad of Leverkusen their quality is below to Bayern Munich but Xabi Alonso can makes this team very solid even Leverkusen can ended Bayern Munich domination in Bundesliga and this team also can successfully to advances to the final match of Europa league

These achievements makes some people predict in the future Xabi Alonso could being an great manager and if he can handle big teams such as Real Madrid or Bayern Munich then people believe he can bringing those teams to gets the trophies besides that Xabi Alonso also potentially can being an the replacement of Ancelotti in Real Madrid
