We will see, because we really don't know who is telling the truth in this case, but probably the lessons here for Tank is just to surround himself with good people and not those who wants to take advantage of him, and now he will be dragged in this court case wherein he should be enjoying his holiday and then looking for a fight against Hector Garcia first week of January, not it seems to be in jeopardy including his fight with Ryan Garcia.

From what I understand on his posts, it seems that it is not true and there are individuals who wanted money from him obviously as they know that Tank could have millions in his bank account and so this individuals wanted to take a part of it, easy money for them, and it's like black mailing him. I was surprised that everybody who joined the poll voted for Gervonta Davis winning by way of knockout. If only Hector Luis Garcia would see this result, he should be worried. Or perhaps all of his worries will be gone because he is already expected to lose. So in other words, he has got nothing to lose in this fight anymore. He knows he is just a tune-up opponent. So he has everything to gain. He should be motivated by this and train hard to give the world the shock of the century. Or can he do it?
Gervonta Davis has 92,59% knock out rate and he's fight with Luis Garcia which is a cherry picket opponent, how can anyone doesn't think Gervonta wouldn't win via knock out in this match? it would be different if he's fight with a champion or someone that hasn't been defeated e.g. Ryan Garcia. And Luis Garcia is high unlikely visit this forum to read the poll
he might still training very hard and wouldn't wasting his time to scroll his device. 
Everyone is rooting for Davis to win by KO.. well, I'm not surprise because considering his record and his opponent, this fight will likely end up in a Knock out, of course in favor of Davis as we know who is the better fighter here. I missed this event, I thought he doesn't have a tune up fight, but thanks to one of the posters in this forum, he pointed me to this thread. I'll follow the conversation of this thread. 
Well, Garcia could be the underdog here which I think everyone will agree. But mind you, Hector Garcia could also be a dangerous opponent too knowing he’s a world Olympian and a world champion so probably he has also the skills of a good boxer. But we’ll see what this upcoming match has to offer. If Davis will beat Hector Garcia, then the next on the line will be Ryan Garcia. So another must watch for all of us as Davis has always been vocal that both Garcias will never be a complete fighter for him.

Unfortunate turn of events for Davis though, we shall see, he is out of bail for now but chances are after new year there will be hearing so maybe the judges will decide if there is a cause for this cause and hopefully he will allow Davis to have this fight push through in January 7.
Unfortunately, it seems Gervonta doesn't want this fight anymore and suggests that it's over for him because of the trouble he is in, this is very unfortunate he has a great career and is considered to be a top boxer in the lightweight division, his team should talk him out of retirement and proceed with the fight, but if he thinks that he will have a hard time focusing on the fight they might as well postpone the fight, anyway this fight is not challenging for Gervonta, we all knows how the fight will turn out if this did not happen.

Good for him that he is out on bail but definitely this will affect his mental preparation against this tough, undefeated Hector Garcia.
As i saw it, this domestic violence charged against him is different from the hit and run case which has a hearing on February huh.
If ever this fight with Hector Garcia pushes through as he is free for now but the critical scenario for Davis is his case on the hit and run as per report, high chance that he will be jailed for six months to a year and definitely will put an end on the proposed Ryan Garcia vs Davis fight.

I believe domestic violence is bailable so there is a chance that Gervonta Davis will request to bail and the scheduled fight can continue unless the judge in charge forbid Gervonta Davis of participating in any sports event. Let us hope that all is fixed so that the fight scheduled this January will commence.
If Davis is found guilty the fight between Ryan Garcia might not happen at all until Davis has completely served the term or got a parole.

Previously he almost had a fight with Garcia in a club where he allegedly grabbed and threatened him. Now there's this news of an arrest for domestic violence.
You can see the guy is weak mentally, there's too much pressure on him before the fight and he makes this dumb moves. Even if they let him out before the fight, sitting in jail for a day or two when you should be eating good and working out is really bad for any fighter.

So most likely this fight is going to be push and if that happens then it might affect his fight with Ryan Garcia as well. So let's see what happen in the next couple of days for Tank Davis and it could have a negative impact on his mentally as well.
It would greatly affect his mentality when the deal discussion behind closed doors is just as worse as his bail bond. The thought of the mafia behind this is not too farfetched, right? He already has many legal issues before this domestic violence as said in the article.

Although Tank last fight is Rolando Romero which is undefeated boxer too, but Romero is really dominating the fight. If the fight goes to distance, Romero might win via split or majority decision. Luis Garcia also have a good KO rate too, he could become a trouble for Tank.
It could be like that but most likely what will gonna happen is Davis will surely dominate Garcia simply because he already matured from his last fight with Romero and he won't give other chance to get him like that again. He obviously is different in this one and that would be much more interesting because we will gonna be excited to watch it a few weeks from now. Who would be the next for Davis after this one? because if he completely dominates Garcia, it would be not fun for him to fight a low-key boxer again.

Tank Davis is still a developing, and I think he hasn't reach his peak yet, not sure though about his fight against Romero, yeah Rolly did enjoy some in that fight but Garcia is trying to be very careful and cautious and he is leading in the judges scorecard if my memory serves me right prior to his knocking Rolly Romero.

He'll win by knockout, of course, I hate this trend of so many cherry-picked fights and warm-up fights, Fury, Spence, Crawford, Garcia, Davis, and Beterbiev all of them have warm-up fights before fighting their respective rivals, not doing the boxing community good we boxing fans don't want to see cherry-picked fights, there's no excitement on these kinds of fights, it's very rare to see upsets on cherry-picked fights, we want to see two even and equal in talent fighters fighting in the ring.

With Davis being one of the best boxers now, this would be easy for him, it's always a tune-up fight before the big fight which he was still the favorite to win.
