No i would not post about being homeless and asking bitcoins because i am homeless and under a new username. theymos please correct your statement because it sounds like i was getting the bitcoins.

Jackie told me that she is living with someone for a weekend and that he introduced her to bitcoins and she is posting under his username or something.

My friends call this used cigarette smoking practice, "smoking refries." I've never seen someone use new papers, though. Usually they just pick up the butt, light it, and smoke it.
What the heck I gave her .2 BTC. I remember the first time I got bitcoins. It was on IRC and a guy gave me bitcoins just like that. So I guess I can give a bit to a self-proclaimed homeless girl begging on the net.

That would be kind of ironic for someone who asks for bitcoin donations. I sure would not give bitcoins to someone who would just burn them.
In her last blog post she explained how to scrounge cigarette butts if you want a smoke.
Its ironic these days that smoking is banned in most buildings that the homeless can easily have a smoking habit just from raiding the butts outside office buildings in the city

That said, people get sick of pan-handlers very quickly so Jackie's likely to wear out the empathy of people here sooner rather than later.
Meh, we've had guys here financing someone's sex change in exchange for porn, so there's enough possibilities for this particular "operation" to last a while by rekindling interest.
